    Ok I'm super sad today I have to downgrade my 5* review from August! So I got a Gold certified vehicle from them, BUT since taking it to my local Toyota dealer 3 weeks ago they said Springfield never linked the 7 year warranty! Ok, NP. Easy fix right? Should be. So guess what, called x5 times in 3 weeks asking for Will, Aaron (General Manager) and who ever else can help me. But no...seems it's easier to ignore their customer. No call back no help at all. So now I have to go up the ladder and seek legal assistance for something I PAID for and should be legally bound...Seriously? Just do the right thing, Springfield, it's not hard.

    We recently went in to get my daughters first car. Alonzo was great to work with. He was able to work out a great deal for us and my daughter walked out with a brand new car. We couldn't be any happier with the help she received especially being her first car. We will definitely be back.

    Lackluster experience. Not a fan of this Springfield Priority dealership for 3 visits now (I'm a slow learner), under previous ownership group or new owners. Always an issue with them, forgetting to check on issues I mentioned at drop-off, resulting in more delay as they go back yet again to check on my request originally to look at. Often vehicle is ready for pickup and I get no notification, so vehicle sits for days UNTIL I CALL or text. Speaking of text the system seems flawed, they don't necessarily get them properly, per a Priority employee, I asked beaause on a call he was asking me about info answered in a text, a text he didn't see. Employees told me about new higher service rates and lack of employee appreciation events with the new management. Just this month I dropped off an old Avalon and told service representative I'm considering taking them up on their offer of no vehicle repair fees (special) if I trade vehicle in, did I get a call or text regarding this, NOPE. I had to prod them to give me a purchase offer on the old Avalon. I suspect no established handoff method between service and sales department. Offer employees incentive! Lastly during service I often wander around looking at showroom vehicles and used vehicles on the lot, it is a LONELY walk, no salesperson bothers to get out of their chair to inquiry if I would like to purchase a vehicle! Yet they are busy at Priority Toyota in Springfield I got to say! Good for them. I just don't feel like I'm the priority with them. Lastly Priority asked me how they did after the job, I gave them a low rating and they said they would CALL ME, did I get a call, nope. FAKE giving a damn by Priority. Shop around, plenty of places can do what the dealer does, for less and not a mess. ;(

    Terrible costumer service. Keep an eye on when bringing your car for service. They try to upsell you and scam you for unneeded services.

I had come in, no one seemed to want to help me, several people made eye contact with me, no one made any effort to help. 2.5 hours there to only be communicated through unprofessional text to find out it would cost $1,100 to order the part and replace it. They didn't even tell me that by ordering the part, 2 additional parts would be needed. They didn't check anything else or to tell me that additional service was needed. On top of that, they broke my wheel lock key so I ended up going elsewhere after I ordered the parts online myself. My wheel locks had to be broken off, one was missing. I called the service manager and explained what happened and scheduled another appointment where they said they would replace the wheel locks. In addition, I would likely need service and an oil change based off the fact my car was telling me service was required. I made the appointment and went in. They mentioned that they would also check for the fuel tank recall replacement. I was there for 4 hours. 2 hours in, I received a link with a video that my undercover was damaged. I responded and asked what all needed to be done and if someone could come and chat with me. An hour later, I followed up. No one came to talk to me in person. 10 minutes later, they texted back saying it was ripping and needs replacement and if I wanted to get it done, they could get me the quote. I responded yes, and 10 minutes later, they said "will do". 10 minutes later, I received a quote for $700 for just the part and saying my vehicle was all set. I responded asking how long it would take and what my current cost was. I received no response and followed up 10 minutes later. I was told my current cost was $114 for the oil change and that the wheel locks (What I scheduled the appointment for) was out of stock. I went to talk to the service and he said that the oil change was completed. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. The wheel locks were out of stock. They didn't have the fuel tank recall part, none of which was communicated the entire time I was there. I saw another service individual come into the customer lounge and talk to several of the customers and I never received the same courtesy. In the text when they checked me in, it does say texting is the preferred communication but to wait there 4 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I was given a discount for my wait time but this was frustrating and an absolute waste of time. The service individual asked me if I wanted the service manager to reach back out and I said yes. It's been 3 days with no reach out. Disappointing to waste 4 hours based on a conversation with the service manager with no resolution. I will not be coming back to this dealership and will be going elsewhere because the service here is the worst of the worst of what I've received. The service here makes me never want to buy a Hyundai again.

I have a 2019 one month old NV 2500 with a problematic sliding door that kept locking up in the closed position. While all the mechanics were busy Ronnie took time to research this annoying issue and found a service bulletin that said to adjust the strike plates alignment, then because that didn't do the trick he looked inside the door mechanism and found the door wasn't releasing because the upper latch needed adjustment, there is only one adjustment bolt he showed me and then fixed it. He proceeded to educate me on my new NV and helped me understand other things. Ronnie is to be commended for his superb customer service and attention to detail. While this service department doesn't have the greatest reviews I plan to give them my business! Thank you Ronnie! Alex.

Thankfully, Sheehy Subaru was of reasonable driving distance so we decided to try them. The experience is night and day compared to the previous location. While the lot may feel a bit more congested, it's probably due to the fact that everyone comes here for their service! Someone had come to my car immediately, asked me what services I was here for, and got started right away. I was working with Tyler, who is extremely informative and so easy to talk to. He made sure to tell me all the recommendations and everything that I needed to change, but was honest if I had time to change certain parts of my vehicle. In addition, he was able to provide me with additional quotes like leather replacement on my seats. I also feel like their prices are fair. He even offered to teach me how to replace a filter (which I politely declined because I had done it before)! It was a pleasant surprise. I'm sad that I didn't come to Sheehy Subaru sooner, but I'm so glad that we finally did. Big shoutout to Tyler for his impeccable service and professionalism.     My wife and I purchased a new 2021 Subaru Forrester in Fall of 2021. We were excited to purchase a…read morevehicle with a high safety rating as we geared up to start a family. On 10/28/22, I dropped the Forrester off at Sheehy Subaru of Springfield dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought I would do something nice for my wife; I added a car detail service. On 10/29/22, I awoke to a voicemail stating that there had been an incident with our vehicle. Jonah, the manager, seemed sincerely upset, and gave assurances. I was shown our damaged vehicle at the nearby detailing company that the dealership uses: Pure Polish. Pure Polish is where the vehicle incident occurred, not the dealership. Jonah has been helpful in helping us to navigate this process. My insurance had the vehicle evaluated for an estimate, which is required for the diminished value claim we have to file against the insurance of Pure Polish, in order to be compensated for the drop in asset value after the incident (the vehicle is only a year old and was accident-free). We are thankful for: No one got hurt. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle to us. Jonah has been very helpful during this inconvenient time. We will be compensated for repair costs. We will be compensated for vehicle diminished value. We are concerned about: Heightened risk of future issues with the damaged vehicle. We didn't feel like the dealership's first priority after the incident; we had to do our own research regarding the pursuit of compensation for our negative impacts. It felt like the dealership prioritized its business alliance with Pure Polish, over us, their customer.
