Great Service! Selective inventory to choose from highly recommend. staff friendly and great prices. located in Springfield Virginia check them out!

Drove from Carroll County Md. to DNT to check out a '22 Ram 3500 Mega Cab . Was impressed with the quality of the truck . Road tested it and couldn't say no . After signing your life away (like purchasing a house) drove the truck home that afternoon , leaving my Chrysler 300 behind . The guys there said they would take care of getting my vehicle to my home in Baltimore at no charge to me . Sure enough 9:30 a:m that Monday morning , my car was delivered to me by trailer . How awesome that was . That was the icing on the cake . I had to get the truck Md. inspected which went through with flying colors . Even the inspector said how nice of a truck it was . The only probIem I have with the truck is , figuring out what all the buttons and options are on this monster . I am strongly considering my next vehicle purchase to be through DNT . One of the smoothest transactions that I've done . Thank you Ali and MJ .

    Lack of communication

The customer service received was only okay when they didn't know I couldn't qualify for their 2007 Corvette. Once they found out they couldn't help me out, they started ignoring my text messages nor followed up with me on auto loan status. I understand if they can't help you out but a simple call would've done the trick and personally wouldnt be writing this review now. Note :I've also told salesman I could settle for a cheaper car but even then they still didn't care and never followed up with me and had to reach out to them myself.

The guys (Sham) at Dealer Network Trade were very nice to work with. They were the only dealership that was able to get me in the car I wanted. Thank you.

This is a scam business. Don't waste your money on these people. They stole my money and they sent me home with a car that they knew could have killed me. I am taking it to the junk for scrap metal and I didn't even have it for 8months. Save your money and stress and go somewhere else like Nissan or Toyota. They offer lifetime warranty

The reason…read morefor the downgrade is driven by what I consider an unsafe and reckless incident on the part of who I believe was a Priority employee, that I witnessed upon leaving Priority after the service was complete. When leaving Priority Toyota on 30 July at approximately 1225 PM, I was exiting the parking lot on the north side turning right on to Loisdale Road. I had come to a stop and was looking left at the oncoming northbound traffic to judge when I could proceed. I began to move forward on to Loisdale Road, when suddenly, from my right side, a silver vehicle traveling south in the left lane (I think it was a Toyota, but not sure) passed closely in front of me while making a left turn into the parking lot, causing me to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. Through the rear view mirror I observed that the driver did not stop, but proceeded east through the parking lot and through the gate back to the rear area. I do not know if the driver was an employee of Priority. I believe this is the case however, because the vehicle went through the back gate - not normally where customers park or have access. Whomever the driver, his / her actions were reckless and unacceptable. Loisdale Road splits just north of the intersection referenced, so this driver made a conscious decision to illegally drive down the left lane on the left side of the median to enter the parking lot. I have to think that the driver saw me, but made no indication as such. Perhaps an employee, running late on their way back from lunch? I provided the above feedback through the standard "Rate Your Service" email received from Priority shortly after completion of service. Apparently, nobody at Priority felt obligated to follow up with me. We will continue to patronize Priority for our service needs, but I feel obligated to bring the above to managementʻs attention.

The first employee I met was friendly, professional, and helpful. My service advisor, Marvin, was also pleasant during check-in, and I initially planned to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill because of the lack of communication. I provided my correct phone number and expected to receive updates about my car throughout the day. Instead, I spent the entire day waiting without receiving a single call or text. I repeatedly called the dealership trying to get a status update and was continually routed to voicemail. At one point, I finally reached someone who assured me they would not put me on hold and that they would get an update for me. Instead, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes and then transferred to someone else's voicemail. By this point, I had spent hours trying to get a simple update. When I called again, I was finally told that Marvin had already left for the day without ever contacting me. I was shocked and frustrated. I had dropped off my car in the morning and spent the entire day waiting for information, only to find out near the end of the business day that my advisor had already gone home. After expressing my frustration, I was told that I could come pick up my car, which I did around 6:15 PM. What makes this especially disappointing is that the entire situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call or text message. Had someone taken a few seconds to update me using the phone number I provided, I would not have spent nearly three hours making calls, sitting on hold, being transferred, and trying to track down basic information about my car. I understand that service departments are busy, and I respect the hard work that goes into servicing customers. However, communication is a critical part of customer service, and on this visit it was completely lacking. The staff I met in person were great, but the follow-up and communication were among the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had.

I initially reached out because my son is absolutely obsessed with Ram pickup trucks and all he wanted for his birthday was to see some "real Rams" up close. From that first email, Matt Johns, the sales manager, went above and beyond: he asked what my son's favorite colors were and had Ram trucks in those exact colors pulled up and waiting for us when we arrived, which made my five-year-old light up. He even had a special gift ready for my son, a thoughtful touch that made the visit feel especially personal. If this is any indication of how they treat customers who are actually purchasing a vehicle, their attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional. I would highly recommend Safford CDJR Fiat of Springfield to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about people and creates memorable experiences, not just sales.

We…read morewanted a new Palisade Limited and they only had a pre-owned Calligraphy in a color we didn't want. We left there and went on the hunt for a Palisade to many different dealerships. Not sure what made us come back there a couple weeks later but we did and a new sales guy (Jonathan) helped us. Oh right, it was one of the few places that would sell the car at MSRP if they had one why all the other dealerships were selling for $5K-$12K over MSRP (never buy over MSRP). Still they didn't have what we wanted but he told us we could order one. We looked at the specs and ended up ordering the top of the line Palisade. I have never bought a top of the line anything. I have always bought new but never thought of buying top of the line but a few things happened. To start off the journey, I wanted a Palisade and she wanted a Telluride. Somewhere along the way our desires flip-flopped. We ended up deciding to get both, a Palisade for her and a Telluride for me. She was going to pay the difference between the middle of the road trim that I was going to buy and the top of the line that we ended up buying. We had time to figure out the logistics bc the wait time was 90 - 120 days. This was 12/7 and we had hoped to get the cars as Christmas gifts but with how unavailable these cars were, that wasn't going to happen. After about an hour or so going over the different specs, we decided we would go home and think about it. We waited for another dealership to tell us if they had something immediately and when they took too long, we called up Jonathan and said we're ready to do business. I confirmed the build and paid the $2000 deposit on my credit card (I love me some Best Buy rewards). Deal was done and now we wait, 90 - 120 days. The following week, I called Jonathan to see if my order was in fact accepted and they would be building my vehicle (I've heard horror stories and even have a personal unhappy one with my Telluride). He said the order was in but there's no way to know where in the queue of the manufacturer it was and they would just get notification once it was being built. Christmas comes and goes (we already knew we weren't getting it by then, we just ordered it) she asked me to call him again on 12/26. I said, I'm not bothering that man, it hasn't even been a month yet. Tuesday Jonathan calls and says, you can come pick up your vehicle. Whatutalkinboutwillis? I said, Jonathan, why you playing? He says, it just showed up, its here, its ready for you whenever you're ready to come and get it. He said I'm scheduling it for detailing for delivery. I said we'll be there within the hour. Get there and like he said, the car was getting detailed. While that was happening, it's time to take care of the paperwork. This is the only thing that I didn't like about this process. I hate wasting time. There really wasn't much for us to do because I had a check from my credit union, I just needed to get some numbers on the extra warranties and protections that I usually get and let me sign this thing over and get out of here. I was presented with a credit application. I told them, I don't need that, I have my own financing already. They said, ok, just fill this out, this is how we capture all your information. I said fine and filled it out. There was only one finance guy and he was working with someone else so it took longer than I had hoped. Finally get in with the finance guy and he says, if he can get me a better rate, would I go with his financing. I said yes, because of course, why wouldn't I go with a lower rate. The price of the car is locked in so that would just save me money. I HATE WHEN THEY SHOTGUN THE APPLICATION. There's no need for that. You know the lenders and the lowest they advertise offering. For those that advertise a lower rate, send it to them and them only. No one was offering a lower rate so he shouldn't have sent it out at all. Now I got 10 hard inquiries on my account and I'm right where I was when I walked in. Anyway, we get through the process which took me just as long as when I bought my previous car and that was a fresh deal. This deal was already done. I just needed to sign some papers. That shouldn't have taken 4hrs (really 3.5 but I'm rounding up). All-in-all, she loves the car. So much that she went on Amazon and ordered a bow to put on it as a Christmas gift. Other than the long 4hr process to sign papers, everything else about the process and the people was delightful. I would definitely do business with them again. If I can't find someone to sell me a Telluride, I may go back for another Palisade. They were helpful with identifying features and even did a pretty extensive overview of the features of the car once the car was delivered. Also invited us to come back if we have questions about anything even the feature that are in the manual.

I had come in, no one seemed to want to help me, several people made eye contact with me, no one made any effort to help. 2.5 hours there to only be communicated through unprofessional text to find out it would cost $1,100 to order the part and replace it. They didn't even tell me that by ordering the part, 2 additional parts would be needed. They didn't check anything else or to tell me that additional service was needed. On top of that, they broke my wheel lock key so I ended up going elsewhere after I ordered the parts online myself. My wheel locks had to be broken off, one was missing. I called the service manager and explained what happened and scheduled another appointment where they said they would replace the wheel locks. In addition, I would likely need service and an oil change based off the fact my car was telling me service was required. I made the appointment and went in. They mentioned that they would also check for the fuel tank recall replacement. I was there for 4 hours. 2 hours in, I received a link with a video that my undercover was damaged. I responded and asked what all needed to be done and if someone could come and chat with me. An hour later, I followed up. No one came to talk to me in person. 10 minutes later, they texted back saying it was ripping and needs replacement and if I wanted to get it done, they could get me the quote. I responded yes, and 10 minutes later, they said "will do". 10 minutes later, I received a quote for $700 for just the part and saying my vehicle was all set. I responded asking how long it would take and what my current cost was. I received no response and followed up 10 minutes later. I was told my current cost was $114 for the oil change and that the wheel locks (What I scheduled the appointment for) was out of stock. I went to talk to the service and he said that the oil change was completed. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. The wheel locks were out of stock. They didn't have the fuel tank recall part, none of which was communicated the entire time I was there. I saw another service individual come into the customer lounge and talk to several of the customers and I never received the same courtesy. In the text when they checked me in, it does say texting is the preferred communication but to wait there 4 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I was given a discount for my wait time but this was frustrating and an absolute waste of time. The service individual asked me if I wanted the service manager to reach back out and I said yes. It's been 3 days with no reach out. Disappointing to waste 4 hours based on a conversation with the service manager with no resolution. I will not be coming back to this dealership and will be going elsewhere because the service here is the worst of the worst of what I've received. The service here makes me never want to buy a Hyundai again.

On 10/28/22, I dropped the Forrester off at Sheehy Subaru of Springfield dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. I thought I would do something nice for my wife; I added a car detail service. On 10/29/22, I awoke to a voicemail stating that there had been an incident with our vehicle. Jonah, the manager, seemed sincerely upset, and gave assurances. I was shown our damaged vehicle at the nearby detailing company that the dealership uses: Pure Polish. Pure Polish is where the vehicle incident occurred, not the dealership. Jonah has been helpful in helping us to navigate this process. My insurance had the vehicle evaluated for an estimate, which is required for the diminished value claim we have to file against the insurance of Pure Polish, in order to be compensated for the drop in asset value after the incident (the vehicle is only a year old and was accident-free). We are thankful for: No one got hurt. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle to us. Jonah has been very helpful during this inconvenient time. We will be compensated for repair costs. We will be compensated for vehicle diminished value. We are concerned about: Heightened risk of future issues with the damaged vehicle. We didn't feel like the dealership's first priority after the incident; we had to do our own research regarding the pursuit of compensation for our negative impacts. It felt like the dealership prioritized its business alliance with Pure Polish, over us, their customer.
