My advisor Dwayne very nice, friendly and helpful. And more importantly he was efficient! Also, when my car was ready, there were many advisors, ready to go get the cars and almost everybody interacted with here was very friendly, which is far different than my previous experience. Glad management has made some changes and I would consider returning again.

The first employee I met was friendly, professional, and helpful. My service advisor, Marvin, was also pleasant during check-in, and I initially planned to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill because of the lack of communication. I provided my correct phone number and expected to receive updates about my car throughout the day. Instead, I spent the entire day waiting without receiving a single call or text. I repeatedly called the dealership trying to get a status update and was continually routed to voicemail. At one point, I finally reached someone who assured me they would not put me on hold and that they would get an update for me. Instead, I was left on hold for over 30 minutes and then transferred to someone else's voicemail. By this point, I had spent hours trying to get a simple update. When I called again, I was finally told that Marvin had already left for the day without ever contacting me. I was shocked and frustrated. I had dropped off my car in the morning and spent the entire day waiting for information, only to find out near the end of the business day that my advisor had already gone home. After expressing my frustration, I was told that I could come pick up my car, which I did around 6:15 PM. What makes this especially disappointing is that the entire situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call or text message. Had someone taken a few seconds to update me using the phone number I provided, I would not have spent nearly three hours making calls, sitting on hold, being transferred, and trying to track down basic information about my car. I understand that service departments are busy, and I respect the hard work that goes into servicing customers. However, communication is a critical part of customer service, and on this visit it was completely lacking. The staff I met in person were great, but the follow-up and communication were among the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. This upgrade was especially meaningful for me--I'm moving on from my 2010 Ford Escape with 260,000 miles on it, which is still going strong and is now being passed down to my 15 1/2-year-old. That kind of longevity says everything about Ford vehicles and why I've stayed loyal to the brand. I've been a Sheehy customer for many years, and this purchase reminded me exactly why I keep coming back. A huge shoutout to Rene Ramirez, my sales consultant--he was absolutely incredible. Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right vehicle, not just making a sale. If you're shopping for a new Ford, I highly recommend asking for Rene. Driving the Raptor off the lot was pure excitement. Thank you to Rene and the entire Sheehy team for another outstanding experience. If you're looking for a dealership with great vehicles, honest service, and people who stand behind what they sell, Sheehy Ford of Springfield is it. Couldn't be happier!

My assigned sales rep, Chas, was polite and professional -- he really knows about cars and likes his job. The issue was with the General Sales Manager, Chris Barr. He is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful: He repeatedly interrupted me and discouraged me from explaining what I needed. He refused to engage with my written quote as a baseline and instead presented a substantially higher, non-competitive offer. When I pointed out the pricing gap, he questioned the legitimacy of my quote in a dismissive tone and essentially told me to leave if I wouldn't accept. BUYER ATTENTION: This was the only dealership--across all my recent visits to Subaru, Honda, Mazda, Toyota, Volvo, BMW, and Audi stores--where I experienced this level of rudeness. I've purchased cars in California and Michigan and never encountered this approach. There are MANY Subaru dealers nearby; buyers do not need to settle for this experience. Importantly, I completed my purchase the same day at another Subaru dealership with a respectful experience and a competitive discount. Even a few dealerships that couldn't match the price still maintained a professional, constructive attitude, leaving the door open for future business--exactly how it should be.

I have a 2019 one month old NV 2500 with a problematic sliding door that kept locking up in the closed position. While all the mechanics were busy Ronnie took time to research this annoying issue and found a service bulletin that said to adjust the strike plates alignment, then because that didn't do the trick he looked inside the door mechanism and found the door wasn't releasing because the upper latch needed adjustment, there is only one adjustment bolt he showed me and then fixed it. He proceeded to educate me on my new NV and helped me understand other things. Ronnie is to be commended for his superb customer service and attention to detail. While this service department doesn't have the greatest reviews I plan to give them my business! Thank you Ronnie! Alex.

I initially reached out because my son is absolutely obsessed with Ram pickup trucks and all he wanted for his birthday was to see some "real Rams" up close. From that first email, Matt Johns, the sales manager, went above and beyond: he asked what my son's favorite colors were and had Ram trucks in those exact colors pulled up and waiting for us when we arrived, which made my five-year-old light up. He even had a special gift ready for my son, a thoughtful touch that made the visit feel especially personal. If this is any indication of how they treat customers who are actually purchasing a vehicle, their attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly exceptional. I would highly recommend Safford CDJR Fiat of Springfield to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about people and creates memorable experiences, not just sales.

I had come in, no one seemed to want to help me, several people made eye contact with me, no one made any effort to help. 2.5 hours there to only be communicated through unprofessional text to find out it would cost $1,100 to order the part and replace it. They didn't even tell me that by ordering the part, 2 additional parts would be needed. They didn't check anything else or to tell me that additional service was needed. On top of that, they broke my wheel lock key so I ended up going elsewhere after I ordered the parts online myself. My wheel locks had to be broken off, one was missing. I called the service manager and explained what happened and scheduled another appointment where they said they would replace the wheel locks. In addition, I would likely need service and an oil change based off the fact my car was telling me service was required. I made the appointment and went in. They mentioned that they would also check for the fuel tank recall replacement. I was there for 4 hours. 2 hours in, I received a link with a video that my undercover was damaged. I responded and asked what all needed to be done and if someone could come and chat with me. An hour later, I followed up. No one came to talk to me in person. 10 minutes later, they texted back saying it was ripping and needs replacement and if I wanted to get it done, they could get me the quote. I responded yes, and 10 minutes later, they said "will do". 10 minutes later, I received a quote for $700 for just the part and saying my vehicle was all set. I responded asking how long it would take and what my current cost was. I received no response and followed up 10 minutes later. I was told my current cost was $114 for the oil change and that the wheel locks (What I scheduled the appointment for) was out of stock. I went to talk to the service and he said that the oil change was completed. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. The wheel locks were out of stock. They didn't have the fuel tank recall part, none of which was communicated the entire time I was there. I saw another service individual come into the customer lounge and talk to several of the customers and I never received the same courtesy. In the text when they checked me in, it does say texting is the preferred communication but to wait there 4 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I was given a discount for my wait time but this was frustrating and an absolute waste of time. The service individual asked me if I wanted the service manager to reach back out and I said yes. It's been 3 days with no reach out. Disappointing to waste 4 hours based on a conversation with the service manager with no resolution. I will not be coming back to this dealership and will be going elsewhere because the service here is the worst of the worst of what I've received. The service here makes me never want to buy a Hyundai again.

When I came in to drop the car off I was told it was a $255 diagnostic fee. I told the guy that that was not what I was told over the phone by Brad who said he was the manager. The guy then wrote on the paper that it was a $210 fee per Brad. I got the link to pay today because I'm transferring to a different shop and the invoice is for $271. I questioned it and was told that I had shop materials to pay for. I was never told that when I dropped it off. So then he said it was reduced for me by Brad so it was only $225 plus tax. Well $225 plus tax doesn't come to $271. On the receipt it only shows $225 no calculation how it went up to $271. The tow truck was waiting to pick my car up so I had no choice but to pay it. But this is an incredibly dishonest and non transparent way to do business. This is why I always try to avoid dealerships but I thought the issue was a warranty issue which is the only reason I stepped foot in a dealership. Definitely won't be back. Also I'd love to see where on the receipt it shows how we got to the final number. It looks to me that they put in the cost and $271 was the total then they changed it up top to "appease" me but still made what they wanted in the end.
