IF I CAN GIVE 0 I WOULD!! I recently bought a car from this dealership, and when I signed the paperwork, everything was done electronically. I wasn't given a copy of the documents to review at home. Later, when we tried to add the car to our insurance, we noticed an extra $1,200 added to the total price. When I called to ask what the charge was for, they told me it was "insurance in case of an accident so the car could be towed." This was added without my knowledge or consent. When I went back to the dealership to cancel it, everyone acted like this was something that happens all the time. It felt dishonest and misleading. Adding charges without telling customers is basically taking money from people, and it's not right. read more

I'm very disappointed with the service at Priority Toyota Springfield. I had an appointment for a simple oil change, yet I still ended up waiting 4 hours, and my car didn't even get touched until 3.5 hours in. I was originally told the wait would be 1.5 hours, but after that, no one bothered to give me a single update while I sat in the waiting room. It felt like they have no respect for their customers' time. While some employees are polite, I've had several interactions where staff were rude or short with me, and it's happened more than once. I own four Toyotas because the brand is great, but this service department definitely does not reflect the brand. Very disgusting service center damaged my car and made me wait for 2 hours even with appointment just for an oil change.

I bought used Escalade from them 3 months ago, $73 thousand and some change. I paid $20000 down and finaneed 53000. received bill saying 63000 instead of 53000, went to complain and met someone who said I bought extra warranties and services that's why it's 63 and not 53000. I made clear that we have not even discussed those services let alone buying them, It is Escalade not toyota why would someone buy service from Toyota dealer for Escalade. she said that she has canceled the service and should show in my coming statements but it's been 3 months and still getting $63000. really disappointed in their services and feels like they are cunning. read more

This place has a manicurist, cafe, and gift shop but the service sucks, absolutely sucks. From the assembly line of people who are busily typing nothing on their computers, ignoring customers standing 2 inches away from them to the cashiers who can't keep paperwork straight because chatting and sorting would be multitasking and that just doesn't vibe with flower-adorned pens. Over two hours now I've been waiting for my vehicle to be serviced for only an OIL CHANGE. Tried to quote me $787 for 30k mile service which consists of BS stuff and replacing cabin air filter, engine air filter, adding windshield wiper fluid which all 3 are cheap and easy to do yourself. Tire rotation isn't included with oil change and they said it's $89. Might as well go someplace else like pep boys. read more

REALLY bad experience when trying to buy my car. Negotiated the deal over the phone for a specific car in their inventory. When I came in to close the deal, the sales manager tried to jack the price up. I walked out. Was able to get the same car at another dealer for LESS than what I originally negotiated here. Worse, their service department is aweful also. Made an appointment for the first of the day right when they open. It's just for a tire rotation. They said I would be waiting for at least an hour and a half! This place just abuses their customers. The only Priority at Priority is to treat you like dirt and try and convince you that you are the problem. I had a SIMPLE appointment and was first in the morning for a safety inspection (I could see my vehicle paperwork in the cue). As a part of the service (or lack of service) for life, the inspection is complimentary. So I show up and they say 1:20 minutes, which in and of itself is silly for a safety, but oh well. I went for a walk and made it clear I was waiting. After 1:20 minutes I come back and they HAD NOT EVEN STARTED the inspection!!! I spoke to the lack of service manager, Fabie, who tried to tell me they were busy and it was first come first serve. I was first! Regardless, after a total of more than TWO HOURS I finally got the inspection done. AVOID PRIORITY AT ALL COSTS. The utter lack of service, lack of respect for the customers time, and downright combative attitude to try and make you feel guilty for asking for service are this businesses hallmark. I regret every interaction with this dealership. I wish there were ratings less than 1 star. read more

Came here for my complimentary 5,000 mile ToyotaCare service. Busy day being Saturday and wait was as expected with COVID measures. Asked to include an additional oil change and was told it would be 70ish dollars. Received only one text update during the 2 hours I was waiting saying updates would be provided via text. I saw my car be driven out and left for about 15 minutes and not receiving any update before going in to ask if my car was done. I spoke with the girl for my vehicle and she had told me that the oil change actually was going to cost me $98 total because of the type of oil or something like that. I was upset because I didn't receive any update or message or approval of paying the additional amount and if it would of been ok to continue with the oil change. After being there that long, I did not want to extend possible exposure time to COVID trying to sort this out so I just paid and left. The main issue being not being informed or asked to continue with the oil change and having to pay more than what was preciously stated. read more

This dealer is the Wal-Mart of Toyota dealers. My previous car was a Honda Accord and my dealer experience was much more personal and less Wal-Mart like. I scheduled a maintenance visit per Toyota Care which comes with the vehicle. It was scheduled with a 'clerk' not a service advisor. Turns out I didn't need service yet because my oil is synthetic, not regular. I basically 'wasted' my 6 month/5K maintenance visit because I wasn't told Toyotas come with synthetic oil. This could have been prevents if a). I was told Toyotas have synthetic oil OR b). I would have spoken to a service advisor when scheduling. Hence, the Wal-Mart experience rating. My experience with my Honda dealership is completely different. read more

This is my first time using this place, today is the worst experience I ever had in my life. I have waited to be serviced for an hour and 35 min (recorded the whole time). After that, I asked a gentleman to assist me, and the manager came. When the manager came, Anthony, he introduced me to a sales person by the name of Mohamed. When Mohamed came back to give me an estimate, he gave me different estimates than the ones on KBB. If you're black, I would not recommend you to go to this place. If you're white or Asian this place would worship the ground you walk on. I can't believe how terrible the people treated me. I have never been treated this way in my life. I highly recommend anywhere else but here. Also, I believe just because I was wearing a "BLACK LIVES MATTER" face mask, it had something to do with my treatment. read more
