Fixing flat tires is not something they do but they offered to help me! The man in charge was so kind. He told me they were super busy and understaffed but that he would send someone to out as soon as possible. While I was waiting, I watched how they all worked together so beautifully to help each and every customer. I wish I knew the name of the man who came out to help me. He had just finished a heavy job and had helped a few more customers, but he made sure to take care of me! When he looked at my tire, he knew right away that there was a hole. He patched the hole and filled my tire with air making it perfect again! I asked to go inside and pay for it and he refused payment. I can't tell you what this little moment meant to me! The people who work at Auto Zone in Lorton Plaza are professional, experienced, expedient, and KIND! I'm emphasizing "kind" because to me that is the greatest trait of all of these! Make sure you visit them soon!
