    I got a oil change from there and they left the vale loose and it leaked all over my engine and other things causing my car to squeak when I drive, its just horrible. I went back from them to fix it and they tried to charge me $150 just to check my car not fix it they I would have to pay more money to get it fix ‍ that's just crazy. I asked around and people say they are known for messing up peoples cars just they come back the owner is some miserable lady and she is a scammer and a thief DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR MESSED UP!!!

    Very disappointed with the disrespect from internet manager or owner or whomever responded to my inquiry! I inquired about a 2018 Mercedes E43AMG with over 21K miles on it and asked if they would work with me on reducing the price since there are other cars with lower miles and a lower asking price. I even mentioned that I was willing to come the same day to do business including financing part of the purchase if we agree on a lower price! Guess what the response was?? Instead of offering some additional discount or whatever, but here's what I got as an answer from Uzair Malik! "Why are you inquiring about a car if it's way above your budget" !! Really!! Maybe you shouldn't be selling cars if you expect people to pay whatever $ number you put!!

Alex was by far amazing. He was patient, kind, polite and very straightforward throughout the entire process, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. He truly took the time to make sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with my decision. He made us feel heard and valued. His manager, Kevin, was also incredible and worked hard to get me an amazing deal. I walked out happy, with great perks and an amazing car! Farid in finance was just as wonderful. He made sure everything was taken care of, explained things clearly, and helped us secure some really good perks at a very reasonable price. Overall, I am more than happy with both my purchase and my entire experience. I will absolutely be recommending Alex and Kevin -- and the whole Sheehy Honda team -- to anyone looking for a car! Left part in back seat instead of replacing it where it belongs. Picture 1: Back of console removed to fix recalled fuel pump. Never replaced by Sheehy mechanic. Didn't notice till couple days later as you can only see from being in the back seat. Back of console with cover removed to "work" on recalled fuel pump. Never replaced by Sheehy mechanic. Took them 2 days to do 20 minute job. Absolutely terrible service. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these losers and go elsewhere.

I work in insurance and deal with a lot of dealerships that don't always have their act together. That was not the case here. Omer, Angel, and Pete were a total delight to work with, and every person I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. This was an out-of-state purchase, and they made transferring my plates through the MVA seamless. Beyer will definitely be my go-to going forward, and I'll be recommending this team to all of my clients. Thank you, guys, for everything--I love my new car!

I feel like the atmosphere is very drab, people aren't quick to move, so I end up staying here for hours on end for services that should be more efficient. I had a service done here a few months ago and ended up staying all day. No one told me it would take that long, no one recommended that I maybe take a loaner, and at the end of it all, they had me take a loaner because they never got to my car. As a courtesy, they gave me a "free detailing". When I came back, they never got to the detailing and by the last hour of when they were open, they ended up doing a super quick job (albeit a fairly bad job) in detailing the car. It wasn't even worth the courtesy service for their inefficient services. I'm so disappointed in how long they've been taking to do routine maintenance. Every time I would check in and ask, the service advisor would not necessarily own up and take accountability. Even state safety inspections are estimated to take 2 (or more) hours, despite how early you may schedule your appointment. Since the intense downturn, I've been taking my car to another Subaru dealership, which has been a much more pleasant experience. Please do better, Beyer Subaru. You were once so great.

But that is a different animal, this Ourisman Kia dealership service center is efficient, thorough and the first time I visited this place to address a product recall for my 2022 Kia Niro EV, I was advised it would take roughly 90 minutes. Pinch me and call me Shirley, they were finished in less than an hour. While on site, I asked the Sales Department about the Kia EV 9 and they advised me they do not keep any EVs in stock on site, because they don't want to have it sitting around losing value while people don't want to buy one and they would have to have it shipped to them, so they tried to get me to check out the Telluride, as the EV 9 was based on that model. I bought the Niro EV used from a third party dealership (Carvana) and have had to bring it in for service a couple of times since I purchased it. Basic regular maintenance for an EV is typically just tire rotation but this Niro EV has had a couple of part failures that the 10-yr/100000 mile warranty does not cover (A/C unit refrigerant), so I am likely to choose Hyundai for the next vehicle I purchase, as my wife has purchased both the Ioniq 5 and 9 and we haven't had many problems that the dealership couldn't address quickly.

Ahead of my most recent service appointment, I received an unsolicited text message offering a trade-in value above the Blue Book for my Sportage. Since my vehicle was in good condition and we were already considering an upgrade, I decided to explore it. Unfortunately, the sales process quickly became frustrating. I asked multiple times for a clear, written breakdown of the out-the-door price, but never received one. Instead, I was given vague, back-of-the-napkin math that raised serious concerns about whether fees were presented consistently and transparently. My impression was that the inflated trade-in offer may have been offset elsewhere in the deal, and the lack of clarity made it difficult to feel confident that I was being treated fairly. The overall approach also felt very high-pressure. After I initially walked away, I was contacted the next day with a revised offer that came in just slightly above the maximum price I had already stated. When I reengaged, any attempt to negotiate further was essentially shut down. I was then told signing would be quick, but I ended up waiting at the dealership for three hours and did not leave until an hour after closing. By the time the paperwork was finally ready, I was tired, frustrated, and just wanted the process to be over. I signed, in part, because I was told the documents would be sent digitally and that there was a 72-hour satisfaction guarantee. It has now been a week, and I still have not received the documents, even after requesting them again at the 36-hour mark. This was one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences I have had. I plan to continue using the service center, but I don't plan to work with the sales team again.

As soon as I drove out, I heard a noise as if I still had a flat. I returned and asked the front desk employee to check, but he brushed it off, saying it might feel off because I refused to replace all four tires. I reminded him that I came for the front tires, not the back, and he assured me everything was fine. For a week, I kept hearing the same noise and called multiple times asking if I could bring the car back. When I finally went in, there was no mechanic available he just looked at it himself and said a "knob" had broken off and quoted me for additional repairs I couldn't afford. I got a second opinion, and the new mechanic discovered the bolts had never been tightened. When he lifted my car, the tires literally wobbled off. I had been driving for weeks with four loose tires on the highway. The "broken" part they mentioned wasn't broken at all; it was missing. When I called the manager, he said there was nothing he could do because he didn't know which mechanic worked on my car. By then, I had already paid another shop to fix their mistake. As a single mom, I cannot afford this kind of negligence. It's terrifying to think what could have happened if a tire had come off. I contacted their district office as well, but they refused to help or refund me. This entire experience was frustrating, careless, and unsafe.
