    I recently purchased a '18 C43 from this dealership and I must say that have a beautiful collection of vehicles. Murad is the name of the gentleman who helped me and his customer service is some of the most patient and accommodating I've experienced, they are very thorough. I asked many questions and they were always willing to help they know how to make you a customer for life I will definitely be considering them in the future when I am in the market for a new vehicle again. Definitely paid them a visit and see what they have to offer it's worth the visit.

    1st Class Dealership in EVERY way! Ask for Naser!! This is now the 2nd car I've purchased from Naser (Sales), Robert (Manager), and Teri (Finance). First is a Mercedes CLA 250 for my wife. Second is a 2014 White BMW 435i with every option and low miles. Both vehicles are clean Carfax, certified and gorgeous. So, I drive over 2 hours to get there and 2 hours back because Select Auto sells the BEST used cars serviced by the best staff. It's a WIN-WIN all around. I enjoy having all of the negotiations on price ( which are already extremely reasonable), financing approval and best rates available complete BEFORE I leave the house. At my age, 55, I don't have time to be sitting around a dealership. These guys can have you In and out within an hour on average if you prior plan. In addition, because it was such a long drive, Naser recommended that I get a 1 Way Car Rental and leave it at either Enterprise or Hertz. This was brilliant since my wife and I could ride there and back together and we didn't have to take two cars, gas, tolls etc...Lastly - Comment for Robert. In my option Teri should receive commission on Extended Warranties. I wasn't going to buy one because of cost and I didn't feel I needed it. Teri did a great job of getting cost down to "reasonable" and she and my wife tagged teamed me until I agreed. Great job Teri! Last comment is that I'm actually happy that I DO NOT live closer. If I did, I would want them all!!! You will never go wrong buying from here. I recommend to ALL of my friends!!! Now I will be watching my emails they send each week while waiting for a Porsche Panamera S !!!

I've attempted to contact on multiple occasions and heard nothing back. Asked to speak with a manager. All they gave me was a voice mail. Still nothing.     I initially came here a couple weeks ago because of what I thought was a leaking windshield wiper…read morefluid. I had come in, no one seemed to want to help me, several people made eye contact with me, no one made any effort to help. 2.5 hours there to only be communicated through unprofessional text to find out it would cost $1,100 to order the part and replace it. They didn't even tell me that by ordering the part, 2 additional parts would be needed. They didn't check anything else or to tell me that additional service was needed. On top of that, they broke my wheel lock key so I ended up going elsewhere after I ordered the parts online myself. My wheel locks had to be broken off, one was missing. I called the service manager and explained what happened and scheduled another appointment where they said they would replace the wheel locks. In addition, I would likely need service and an oil change based off the fact my car was telling me service was required. I made the appointment and went in. They mentioned that they would also check for the fuel tank recall replacement. I was there for 4 hours. 2 hours in, I received a link with a video that my undercover was damaged. I responded and asked what all needed to be done and if someone could come and chat with me. An hour later, I followed up. No one came to talk to me in person. 10 minutes later, they texted back saying it was ripping and needs replacement and if I wanted to get it done, they could get me the quote. I responded yes, and 10 minutes later, they said "will do". 10 minutes later, I received a quote for $700 for just the part and saying my vehicle was all set. I responded asking how long it would take and what my current cost was. I received no response and followed up 10 minutes later. I was told my current cost was $114 for the oil change and that the wheel locks (What I scheduled the appointment for) was out of stock. I went to talk to the service and he said that the oil change was completed. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. The wheel locks were out of stock. They didn't have the fuel tank recall part, none of which was communicated the entire time I was there. I saw another service individual come into the customer lounge and talk to several of the customers and I never received the same courtesy. In the text when they checked me in, it does say texting is the preferred communication but to wait there 4 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I was given a discount for my wait time but this was frustrating and an absolute waste of time. The service individual asked me if I wanted the service manager to reach back out and I said yes. It's been 3 days with no reach out. Disappointing to waste 4 hours based on a conversation with the service manager with no resolution. I will not be coming back to this dealership and will be going elsewhere because the service here is the worst of the worst of what I've received. The service here makes me never want to buy a Hyundai again.

The car was in immaculate shape and was priced very competitively. The manager even showed me the histories on the other cars I was considering elsewhere. My relative decided not to go forward but I'm sorry that one got away - almost bought it myself. Being that I didn't complete the deal I don't feel comfortable giving a 5-star review.

They knew what it was but told me it was the O2 sensor but did no effort to confirm. It was the catalytic converter. It was a very expensive job to replace. They offered me 300 dollars towards repairs to get the sale. This all after spending 7 hours in the dealership. They couldn't even scan the free sirius xm free trial to my vehicle. It was a sloppy experience all around, from the lack of effort to the repair team to the salesman to signing paperwork. Brutal. They tried to sell me the wrong vehicle to start. I had requested it days in advance. Did they verify it. Nope. 2 hours in. Oh. Not this vehicle. We have to drive it from 2 hours away in a different state. Then, they rushed the inspection. Get the sale. Who cares about the quality of what is being sold. They didn't do any work on it to make sure it was safe for the road. There was literally a bolt falling out of shocks and axles. Did they notice? Nope. Make our sale. We need a new axle. More than half the lights didn't work when we left the dealership. Lights? The easiest thing to fix. Meh. Who cares. Get the sale. Safety? Who cares. They got their sale. Given the opportunity to make it right and pay even a few hundred dollars extra. They refused. Good luck with the 10 thousand dollars in repairs 2 weeks after buying from eastern.
