Car i came specifically for was just under a car cover and was told they couldn't remove the cover and i would have to return another day. DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST. **2 stars, because luckily I believe I purchased a decent vehicle.** I was pleased when I found a 2012 VW Tiguan in pretty great condition for what I thought was a decent price for the mileage, etc. I was however, put off by a comment Walter made when we were negotiating during the purchase, "I don't negotiate. I let the car speak for itself." Well you are in the wrong business if you don't like negotiating, but that's fine. Car salesmen, I get it you have to hustle. The attitude was a warning I ignored. The windshield had a wear-and-tear crack, which we noticed after the purchase. To FC Auto's credit, they offered to repair it for us since we didn't argue the price of the vehicle. Fair enough. We arrive to pickup the vehicle after the windshield replacement to find glass all over the dash, leather seats, floor. Dirt all over the car, like someone had been stepping on the seats and panels with dirty worker boots. We were extremely alarmed and started a thorough inspection of the vehicle to ensure we accounted for all damage. Not only was the wrong windshield installed for the car, whoever installed it force-jammed it in, shaving it to fit, which broke the trim on the right side, scratched the paint above the install and broke the rain/light sensor. FC Auto cleaned the car, picked up all the glass vacuuming everything out, but refused to give us information regarding the installer. They gave us the runaround for a better part of 2 weeks, not answering phone calls and such. In the end, I had to show up in person twice to get things straightened out. Still never found out who the installer was (very sketch in my opinion)... FC Auto ended up reimbursing us $250 for what ended up being $1,000's worth of damage (the sensor underneath the windshield was broken from jamming it in inappropriately, $470 fix, and the windshield is an incorrect fit, $475 replacement fee). I understand that businesses need to turn a profit, I'm not naive. However, if they didn't want to replace the windshield, they should have just said so. Now instead of a $475 fix, we are forced to pay double to rectify the situation. All of this headache because they cut corners with their service. I won't even get into the headache we experienced regarding our tags and their submission because its frankly not worth typing out. I understand now why used car dealerships get such a bad wrap. It didn't have to be a bad experience but when you're spending so much money, it should at least be pleasant. read more

They proceeded to sell me a $1500 warranty and they assured me it would cover all the repairs the car needed. It was an old Porsche so I bought the warranty they kept pushing. BUYER BEWARE!!! This place claims to "cater to our veterans" and "sell to you like we sell to our family" and "care about your happiness" and all those cliche`s... and then sell you a lemon. We bought a used 2000 Volvo S40 car for my niece just over a year ago. Walt said "I would get this car for my daughter. "It's all been checked out" and we even bought a "warranty" to cover major issues. Within a month of driving off the lot, let the repair bills begin. First an oil leak....not covered by warranty. Wiper stops working, not covered by warranty. Car break downs on road, hoses disengage, car overheats... but OH NO, the warranty JUST expired. Try to work something out with Walt over this ongoing lemon situation, and get "Duh, well what do you expect us to do"? These guys are the WORST, I am telling you, if you value your hard earned money, DO NOT SPEND IT HERE! They will RIP OFF YOUR DAUGHTER, YOUR GRANDMOTHER, YOUR SISTER, YOUR AUNT, and anyone you care about that is vulnerable and trusting. SCUM OF THE EARTH and completely without remorse, morals or conscience. This place gives used car sales a BAD NAME. Short version: Bought a car for my niece for $4K....had in depth convo with salesman about getting a reliable car for her and we were assured that they had just spent $1k in repairs, car is in impeccable shape, and had passed inspections with flying colors. 2006 Honda S2000 (W/ Mileage Rollback!!) This dealership is something else i'll tell you, so let's begin with the fact that when i called the dealership just to see if this vehicle was still available and the condition in which it was in, i was immediately told its a nice car and how much would you be thinking about putting down.. Set aside the fact that i told him i was driving 4 hours to check out this vehicle and i was a serious inquiry, EVEN IF the Carfax on this car was very strange due to a mileage rollback? on a car like this? That i plan on taking the vehicle home that day if it was up to preference. After the phone call with Gerard, obviously my information taken down (as you would think) i called back shortly because i forgot to ask an important question and suddenly no one at the dealership knew who i was, even the salesman that told me to call and ask for him, forgot who i was after having a conversation just 5 minutes prior? talk about customer service from the start, but it gets better. I requested more pictures and i waited a week..2 days before i was getting ready to make my trip up there to check the vehicle out, i gave Gerard a call to wonder if he forgot about me, once again forgot who i even was or that we set a date for 08/01/2018 to see the car. I was told 07/31/2018 that FC auto would be closed on a short notice and sorry for any inconvenience, so i then called asking for my salesman and he made an agreement to meet me still with his boss so that i could see the vehicle...IF a down payment was going to happen and of course like i said i was a serious inquiry and replied with yes i will be ready for one. (but he remembered me this time..?) That next day the salesman has his phone off after i drove 4 hours. I am so happy i found a better vehicle 24 minutes away from this dealership, with better customer service. Then he began to nitpick little nothings and refused to honor the purchase offer that he-HIMSELF-had written. We were the intended victims of a trick to lure us down there under false pretenses. We drove off. While there, three other customers left after discovering the same thing: the price they quote is not the price they will honor. Let me tell you guys about this place. I went to buy a vehicle with my little brother. He wanted to spend $6000 to buy this 07 Toyota Camry. when we got there they already had the same model vehicle with 183,000 miles on there waiting for him. hoping that he wouldn't check. so we check and told them right away that wasnt the car we talked about. so they had the car we wanted to buy with 105,000 in the back. that was the first sign we were suppose to leave, but my little brother really wanted to get a car car cause his girlfriend hit a deer and totaled his around town car. someway somehow the $6,000 car became $7,000. my little brother gave the man $7,000. he had gave the guy $6,000 but he told my brother that he would have to pay tax and try to do the tag on his own. so my brother dint think it through cause it was getting late he wanted to leave cause we drove 3 hours to buy this car. so since the day after Christmas the new car he just paid $7,000 for was just sitting there cause the tag was expired and they never sent him a replacement or an extended temporary one. yesterday i got home and after 13 days later they finally send the tag and imagine my surprise when I open the mail and see that the dealer only paid $254 dollars out of the $1,000 he took for tag and tax. where's the $700 plus dollar went? huh these people are professional thieves. you may not see it cause they charmed you into buying and then you realize that you been screwed. my brother will write another review later. my sister will write one and my girlfriend will write one cause these guys screwed him... read more

I bought a Mercedes here... Walter promised a lot, delivered little after the sale. The dealership filed paperwork for ONE month of registration, even though I paid for a year... and then said all I needed to do was get an emissions test and then go to the DMV, and they would give me a stickers for the full year, without additional costs. But that was not the case, I had to pay out of pocket for another year. The car has also had multiple issues as well, and again, Walter promised to help, but never followed through. VERY PISSED & unhappy! I purchased a 2009 convertible Beetle VW from FC Auto on 11/27, not even 24 hours later I'm kicking myself in the ass for trusting these men! The car was shown as excellent condition with 17467 miles with no accidents. Little did I know looks were being deceiving! Today I took the car for a diagnostic test and inspection (costed me an additional $120) to be told that this company reset the dashboard light to look like nothing was wrong! At 11:21 am on 11/28 I am being informed the car has engine issues, no brakes and have to replace 2 tires. I'm OVER them, especially bc their warranty is some B.S. since their not taking responsibility (not worth it & over priced). I'll admit their nice and will work with you to get you in the car but once off the lot your on your own! Not once did they say bring it in or let's check it out... Instead I was asked "Are you over exaggerating?" and talked over! I wouldn't trust them and I was trying to convince my BF to buy a Benz from them, HELL NO! This was by far the best car dealership I have ever been to. They were very professional from start to finish. While on our way there we got a little confused with the directions and the receptionist stayed on the phone with us for 10 minutes and helped direct us to the car dealership. She was very pleasant and let us know that it was not a problem. Once we arrive we were greeted by Walter. After looking around the lot we fell in love with the Mercedes GL 550. Keon took over from there and began the paperwork process. My husband handled that with him while I watched my active 2 year old and newborn. Keon ensured we were comfortable and offered us drinks. We felt right at home. The paperwork process went extremely smooth. Keon was actually suppose to attend a family function and stayed after the office closed to sell us the vehicle. Walter helped us finish up the process. He was very polite and professional. Overall we had an amazing experience, we got an awesome deal, we felt like we just became apart of their family.
