Got an oil change and technician dirty my car. I don't think they aware of customer's car when touching with their dirty hands on people leather car seat. Hoping management team take this feedback and be more aware of customer's vehicle.

Don't shop here. RIP OFF ARTISTS IN THE TRUEST SENSE. Sells a car worth 800 for 6000. It's a piece of crap 1999 Corolla that is rusted out, wrecked with a bad respray job, and headliner that is falling off. Stay away from this place and try to put them out of business for price gouging.

Service Department... In the past, I haven't had a lot of problems that I know of with the service department. A few months ago I had a nail in the tire and was told it was awful close to the sidewall. I accepted the risks and told them fix it anyways. They were quick to offer a new $425 tire. This morning (picture included), I got a screw in another tire and they said it was too close again to the sidewall to fix. They quickly offered a $425 new tire. Reading up, patches can be applied that are farther than a half inch from sidewall. This is 2.5 inches in. Side note: I bought the truck from this dealership and have used them exclusively for service...until now.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Miller Toyota and were pleased with each transaction. I was using their service for my maintenance of my car, but, after they did my last oil change, I will never EVER let them touch my car again. I don't drive this car much, so when I last went to drive it, there was puddle of oil on my garage floor. A local garage looked at the leak for me and discovered that, at my last oil change, the oil drain plug was cross-threaded so bad that it stripped the threads on the oil pan and drain plug to the point that the oil pan was unfixable and had to be replaced. I truly find this very pathetic to the point that i will not be doing business with this dealership again.

I do, however, wish I would have used them before wasting a lot of money, time, and frustration, on another Hyundai dealership in Woodbridge. You all can search for that review as I don't want to rehash it because I believe that review got me to not be Elite in 2024. But anywho... So Safford after that incident with the other place that had my vehicle for over 2-months and did not offer a loaner so I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. Safford was able to get my car working within 2-weeks. Mind you they also said they don't offer loaners and this is a problem especially when the last time I was at their establishment I was there for over 5-hours. I spend a lot of money and not even a month later now my engine light has been on ever since. Instead of them offering me to come in for a free diagnostic and loaner car...they just said come in and we will see what is wrong. Which means to me I will have to wait all day even with an appointment as if I don't have a life and pay for them to "take a look". This is unacceptable especially since I spent a great deal of money already with y'all back in December 2024 and anything wrong with the car you should have found during those 5-6 hours y'all had my car. On top of that they put the oil sticker date "December 2025" as if I would only need one oil change all of 2025...please pay attention to detail y'all! So no I will not be going back to Safford because I found a new place where you don't need to make any appointments for service and I will be able to get a loaner (because I still have a warranty) or dropped off at my house. Instead of waiting around all day as if I work there.

We messaged last night to be sure they still had it and received an immediate response. We called this morning just to be sure. Our salesman, Raj was fantastic. Not only did he pull it up front ready and waiting, he took a video and sent it to us as we're were getting on the road (proof of life - lol). No bait and switch here! Raj and the sales Manager Haben worked hand in hand to help us and sped the process up. In fact everyone we encountered at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. We got a great deal from a fantastic dealership - nothing slimy feeling like other dealers. The building is really cool - lots of vintage VW artwork and vehicles! Our daughter's 2017 Golf had an a/c blower motor fail and when I asked for an estimate they said it would be almost 1300 dollars to replace it. Now that was after their 180$ diagnostic charge so closer to 1500. I was actually considering this when I decided to check out YouTube and see how complex it might be to swap the part out. Imagine my surprise when I saw the this was at most a 5 minute job. Two quick release fasteners to remove the foam cover, one wire plug to disconnect and then push a tab while turning the whole assembly and it literally just drops out. After seeing that I ordered a brand new part for 80$ on Amazon and swapped it out myself in maybe 5 minutes. I've owned probably 20 cars in my life and I can't think of a better example of trying to rip a customer off. To say I will not be returning is an understatement. I thought I should mention the service rep was friendly but the fact they were in the process of trying to basically steal from me makes think, hmm, not so nice. I almost forgot the safety inspection they did. Technician stated air filter needed to be replaced when in fact I'd just replaced it. There was literally no trash or dirt in the filter. They also wanted about 100$ to replace this 15$ part that required removing maybe 6 screws and no more than three minutes.

Estimated lease payment based on the parameters I gave on their website was not offered after credit check and I had the satisfactory required credit score and could not be explained. Was offered $100/mo more originally. Sales person tried to explain it as needing the required down payment but my calculation was first month payment only. It took unnecessary negotiation/prying for them to magically get closer to that monthly price, but still off $20-30/mo. 2. It was not disclosed until after the credit check and agreed upon numbers that it was a demo vehicle (4500 miles) used by the GM that nobody seemed to be aware of until the sale. Very convenient. It was not shown on the listing as a demo vehicle and showed "5 mi" on said listing. It's a lease so I don't care that much but feel like I should have been given an even better offer because it's technically used, moreso because the better number they gave was BEFORE "realizing" it was a GM loaner. 3. Spent 2 hours waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned/ready despite being told to show up whenever the next day. My intent was to avoid all of the unnecessary waiting at the dealership. 4. Post sale nobody (i.e. sales rep) wants to electronically answer a relatively simple question about a possible missing accessory.
