If I could give no stars I most certainly would. This place really dropped the ball. They allowed my temp tags to expire so I'm forced to drive on dead tags as of 5/8/18. I was told that it would be 4 more weeks until I could get my tags. Who likes getting tickets from the police for dumb stupid stuff like this. I have a perfect driving record and these people want to mess that up. No one could tell me or no one wanted to tell me why until i called the tag service myself. The tag service response was we notified auto giants 5 weeks ago that a crucial piece of paper was missing from my file and they couldn't complete my application and no one from the dealer cared. That's something they could have done but no one at auto giants lifted a finger to help me figure out what the hold up was. Take your money somewhere else. My brother just moved back to town and his car broke down a couple days ago so I decided to help him out by buying him an inexpensive car for about $3500, using my credit card. We got into Auto Giants and told the the sales rep that we were looking for a car for about $3500 dollars, no financing. He took us over to his desk and asked for more specifics on what we were looking for. Again, we told him something around $3500. The make or model wasn't extremely important, we just wanted to see what they had in stock and go from there. He got up and said he'd be right back. We figured he was going to get a list of vehicles they had in that price range. About 5 minutes passed and he came back with another sales rep, Michael Wyrick. That's when it all went to Sh*t! "Mike" sat down and said he was told what we were looking for and then proceeded to lecture us on the possible issues of buying a car for that price and how it would be smarter to put the money down on a "newer, lower mileage car." I then explained to him that we were just looking for something for about $3500 that would last for a couple years and he could quickly and easily pay me back for, so my brother could get settled up here in his new job and then use that car as a trade in for a newer car later. It was as if Mike had stuck his fingers in his ears and completely zoned me out. Because he just went right back into the lecture, bragging about his "30 years of car sales experience" and his big solution for our "problem" was for me to put the $3500 down on my credit card, the then co-sign for my brother (he has no credit cause he has always just paid with cash) to get a car loan for a newer car. Are you kidding me!?! You want me to put $3500 on my credit card, then help my bro finance a more expensive car!?! So my bro would have to pay a payment to me and a creditor!?!!! What a crock of Sh*t! We told him we needed to talk about it and when he got up, we just walked out. He tried to chase us down, but we just told him we were going elsewhere and left. Seriously the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. All we wanted to do was get a cheaper car and instead of listening, Mike just acted like a stereotypical car salesmen and tried to way upsell us and try to get my brother into a situation he couldn't afford or would have trouble dealing with. Stay away from Auto Giants and especially Michael Wyrick!! On a happy note: After we left we went to Absolute Motors in Woodbridge and we're in and out in less that an hour with a nice 2002 Toyota Corolla with low mileage that looks good and runs great! Terrible customer service! First of all, when I dropped off my car it was after the car wash so completely clean, when I came to pick it up car was sooo dirty. I asked to wash it but manager said I didn't ask about it in the beginning so now they can't do it! I didn't ask about it because car was clean, it doesn't make any sense. Second thing, they didn't add any oil in rear differential what's made car not safety to drive. All staff are rude. Avoid this place. read more

Worst dealership experience I've ever had in my 30 years of buying cars. We communicated with Bobby for a couple days about our plans to make the trek to come see a specific vehicle. Bobby and team knew we were driving 4 hours round trip to see a 2017 Expedition but failed to disclose ahead of time that the entire under side of the vehicle was coated in rust and had rust in the inside of the doors due to the vehicle sitting in flood water. Knowing that we were making such a long drive, you'd think they would have warned us of this damage before we took time off from work (unpaid) to see the vehicle, wasted gas $ and mileage, and drove 4 hours with 3 young kids (and disabled). These people are dishonest and are trying to get rid of a heavily rusted vehicle without telling potential buyers about the issues. There was so much rust that flakes of it came off into my hand as I felt the underside of the vehicle. Even after I told them we found the rust (that they failed to disclose), they all acted like they were well aware of the rust issues, but then proceeded to try to sell us the rusty vehicle anyway by saying that a repair shop can just spray the rust to remove it. Not sure how this car even passed inspection. Avoid this dealership at all costs! These guys are the epitome of the typical conniving, dishonest, used car salesmen. They didn't even apologize after we expressed our frustration and disappointment with them. What kind of person knowingly omits this information when a family has a 4 hour drive?!? read more

When I called,I was transferred to everyone in the place & then to Temple Hills,Md store. When I finally got a hold of a guy name Bradley, I was told he would pay my first month,if I pay the them back. Now I can't get a hold of him & he has not return my calls. Had problems right from the start. Had to threaten legal action if they didn't make good on their promises to fix the car after only having it less than 1 hour. Then to find out in less than 6 months the engine needs to be replaced due to YEARS of previous ownership neglect. Engine replacement exceeds the value of the car. I was in the Manassas Dealership on Saturday 04/19/2019, and my car salesman was Carlos. I picked out the car i wanted signed papers and everything. We told them that we will be back on Monday with the cash. We had to get the money from the Credit Union on Monday. Well we get a phone call on Monday morning telling us that they sold the car. Carlos told us he was going to put the car in the back so no one see it or get it. That was another LIE! After they all promised us that the car will be there on Monday. The manager and the financial man told us that everything will be go to Monday. Who does business like this. I guess they don't think African Americans don't drive luxury cars. The car was a 2016 Lexus ES350. Always, remember how you treat everyone. Not by the color of their skin, but to value everyone regardless of their skin color. This was a very bad experience that I have ever had at any dealership. I will never ever use them again, nor recommend anyone to them at ALL! The absolute WORST! Running down my credit score. Went there in march to get a vehicle because i got into a car accident. I told my sales person everything that i wanted. At first he seemed nice. So i go in there with my father hes in a wheelchair cuz he bedridden and can't walk because the car and stuff is gonna be in his name.(idk if they took advantage of that because he's older but it feels it and looks like it) And we told them everything we wanted. They lied about not having to put a down payment and also gave us a car with high car payments 405 a month( DID NOT WANT). The sales person who assisted me name was robbert Batista aka Bobby. We texted and spoke about everything i was looking for before i even came into the dealership. He said that they would agree to pay off the remaining balance that was on our previous car that happened with the car crash. BUT THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WERE STUCK WITH HIGH PAYMENTS, HAD TO PUT DOWN A DOWN PAYMENT and robert Batistas uncle Darren or GB who also works there was really rude! My experience was horrible. Even my father had a bad experience with them when he was able to walk. They took $500 From him that was supposed to be put towards gap insurance but come to find out THEY NEVER APPLIED IT AND SCAMMED HIM OUT OF 500. IM SO FURIOUS ABOUT ALL THIS BECAUSE I STILL HAVE PROOF OF OUR WHOLE CONVERSATION OVER TEXT BUT THEY DONT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I called about their $0.10 down deal before I went to the dealership and was told that regardless of my credit score I'd put $0.10 down on a vehicle. That was obviously too good to be true. I bought a car several days later from Joyce Koons instead (AWESOME PLACE TO DO BUSINESS BTW). Meanwhile, Autogiants incessantly calls my number, texts my number, and emails me. I have REPEATEDLY and KINDLY requested that they remove my number and email address from their call list. They say "okay" and then resume their contact attempts. If you answer their call and ask them to stop calling or if you don't answer, they proceed with calling your number from another number seconds later...which makes blocking the numbers useless. If I could give these guys ZERO stars I would. I headed out to Manassas on Saturday morning AFTER making a phone call to them to be sure the vehicle I was interested in was there. I even asked if they could poke their head in the car to see if it's been smoked in and to look at a particular spot on the car that looked to have a blemish of some sort. They (Della) texted me to say she had gone out there and the car smelled fine and had not been smoked in and no blemish, must've been the picture! So I make the 40 minute drive out there. BEFORE I even see the vehicle the sales guy ask for my DL. When he returns, I ask, hey are you running my credit? He said yeah I'm about to. I said NO YOU AREN'T! I haven't even seen a vehicle yet! He went on to tell me how most people that come there have bad credit and that's why he needs to run it. I assure him I have excellent credit and when and if it comes to that, we can talk about it then. We go outside and look for the car. It's nowhere to be found. And that's because there is no car that I called about. It has long been sold (days or weeks prior). I show him the text from Della, including the time she sent it and he's dumbfounded. He looks at two other sales guys standing there and says, this was today. Uhhh, yeah it was! I was so mad that their receptionist would just outright lie to customers on the phone.
