I bought a 2020 Mercedes Benz S450 from this dealership. while i took the vehicle out for a test drive, i found out that the vehicle needs some repairs. i discussed with the sales Manager, he approved it and said we will fix it for you. His Name Was ABE, he was just trying to make the deal, so i took the vehicle to a Mercedes Dealer, when they inspect the vehicle they found out lots of issues. the brake pads were gone the routers need to be replaced, tires and wells needs rotation and balance, and also the engine had a huge leeks. so since been 40 days that i am trying to reach out that guy and the dealership the are not picking my phone up and not responding. i have almost spend 3600$ on the vehicle. please avoid buying cars from this dealership, i wont recommend it. read more

Amazing experience! Went there looking for a car around $3500 for my brother, whose car had just broken down, to get him through until he could afford to finance something new in a year or so. The sales rep, Mike, was fantastic! Super professional and easy to get along with. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what he had in the price range. We ended up deciding on a 2002 Toyota Corolla with low milage for the year that looks good and runs great! We were literally in and out in less than an hour. I visited Absolute Motors to find my brother a car, he is a college student and can no longer take the bus to school considering his schedule and late group meetings. I can say that the staff were VERY patients with us as we keep changing our minds and look for more cars they were well informed and looked after what suites our needs and budget. I purchased a car from Absolute Motors on January 31, 2020. My title come in a week before March, I went to DMV on March 2, 2020 to register the car. DMV informed me that "the title is INVALID, that another title was issued, that the dealership has access to their system and should have seen that another title was issued therefore they cannot use the title I was given" I call Absolute Motors to sort this out. They kick scapegoat saying DMV is wrong and that the title if good their is no other title, that they can help by ME driving to their dealership (Manassas), granted I live in chantilly, 1 hour drive to and another hour back. To pay them for the title and registration and take the title they gave me or can mail them a check, which has to clear first before they attempt to submit the forms to DMV at which time they will see if there is something is wrong with the title only after I make payment. When I offered to send money via Zelle, cash app, Venmo, they refused. I told I could not do that, to send me a valid title as I have paid in full for the car, I need a valid title that DMV will accept. They refused saying the only way they can work with me if for me to send them payment for drive other there for payment and title they gave me. The lack of accountability is remarkable for this business, they started out great, I would have recommended them but after spending 3 hours at DMV and giving me the run around about giving me a valid title, I'm would NOT recommend this business. read more

I did my research before going in like I always do and I was eventually pleased with the deal I got. Usually, dealerships aim to generate large profit sums so they tend to rip people off in the process with all sorts bogus of charges. My experience at absolute motors was amazing because not only did they provide an amazing deal on my Lincoln Navigator but the staff went out of their way to help with the process. They did this efficiently and without throwing all sorts of charges at me like many other dealerships that I previously bought my cars from did. I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche from Mike who started out great with the delivery and sales pitch of the company and the vehicle; he stated how the company performed an awesome 360 reconditioning of all their vehicles; however, he could never produced the paperwork that reflects what was done. I asked 3 times or more and to this day never received the paper and he charged an immerse fee. The Avalanche looks great; however, it has been TREMENDOUS problem for me in addition to the money I keep putting into this vehicle. First, when I took the vehicle through MD Inspection, if failed due to the back break pads so I had to take back to get new pads, then after 1 week of owning this vehicle, the oil gauge was offset and keep leaning below the quarter mark (low), so I had to take it back for the second time to be corrected. 1.5 months later, the oil gauge did the same thing. I fixed that, 2 months later, I had engine lifter problems. This is horrible, I will NEVER buy a used vehicle again, especially from them. On 12/17/2017 I test drove a vehicle listed for sale by Absolute Motors advertised as "one owner' no accidents" in the description. After seeing the vehicle, it appeared that some of the parts did not meet up and were slightly out of line and position. I asked Mike Alami, the salesman, repeatedly if the vehicle had been in an accident and questioned him about the concerns that indicated it had been in a crash. He responded that it definitely had not been in an accident. He cited that the CARFAX report indicated it was accident-free. He stated an accident would have been reported by the dealership where the vehicle was maintained is a Chevy dealership and would have reported any repairs done caused by accidents. Therefore, it is an accident-free vehicle. However' it has been in an accident. I was able to determine this by contacting the car dealership where the original owner purchased and maintained the vehicle. The body shop of the Win-Kelly Chevrolet car dealership provided the information when I called and asked about a particular repair done by them and listed on the CARFAX report. The Win-Kelly body shop stated that they fixed damage from an accident and State Farm paid for the cost of the repairs. The body shop listed what the repaired and replaced, but was unable to provide a total for the repair. By estimating the costs and labor of the parts listed, the amount State Farm had to pay was approximately $7000 to $10,000. They also stated that the repair took from 11/18/2016 to 12/27/2016, I asked the body shop why they didn't list the damage repaired from an accident against the VIN of the car. They said it was not their place to report the accident and they were not sure who was supposed to report the accident damage against the VIN. I followed up with a call to State Farm. They provided the claim number and listed the items damaged also, which matched the list from Win-Kelly body shop. State Farm said the damage was from a "Single Car Collision with No Injuries" on October 19, 2016. On the CARFAX report, there is no listing of any activity on 10/19/2016. However, on the CARFAX report has the following events in the time span in question: 10/31/2016 maintenance done, 11/18/2016 damage reported, and 11/21/2016 vehicle serviced. State Farm was unable to verify the amount they paid for the repair, but they stated it was from an accident reported by the owner of the vehicle, Gregory Kirsh, and State Farm's claim number was #209K05932. On Monday I informed Mike Alami that I did not want to purchase the vehicle since because Absolute Motors and CARFAX misrepresented the car. Mr. Alami explained that they were not responsible for inaccurate information on the CARFAX report and that Win-Kelly Chevy was at fault for not providing the information. On 12/17/2017 I paid a deposit for the vehicle to take it for a pre-purchase inspection and we had left a second check to be held at Absolute Motors for the balance since it was required to be left to take the vehicle for an inspection. We signed papers expecting the inspection would find the vehicle accident-free. On 12/18/2017 I returned to Absolute Motors and told Mike Alami that I did not wish to purchase the vehicle since it had been in an accident. I asked to pick up my checks and leave the vehicle. It was then that I was told that I had already purchased the vehicle and could not return it. Again on 12/19/2017 I spoke with Mike Alami about the car, the condition, the misunderstanding, and that I didn't want the vehicle because it was misrepresented. He provided me with an address to a mechanic shop that he said I could take the car to so that they could make any repairs to the vehicle that were needed. I didn't want to leave the vehicle at a mechanic shop that I was not familiar with, so I elected not to pursue the offered repair. However, I did ask him if the sale could be nullified and voided and I would return the vehicle. I have spoken with Mike at Absolute Motors daily since 12/18/2017. I have been polite, cordial, and kind. I have firmly stated each day to him that I did not wish to purchase the car, did expected that I was signing papers to take it for an inspection and the forms and checks for the deposit and balance were "on hold" if I had an accident with the car or caused damage. I have visited Absolute Motors daily since 12/18/2017 to request they take the car back, ask if they would sell the vehicle to another buyer, and to seek a correction to the misrepresented and inaccurate information used to advertise the car. read more

I drove almost 2 hours to look and one vehicle and he valued my time. I recently brought a vehicle with Absolute Motors and I dealt with JB. Although the vehicle I purchased is a good vehicle, JB lied to me. I am from out of town and so I had to travel 90 minutes to get to Absolute Motors. First of all, the vehicle didn't have any gas in it and when I told him that I needed gas to get back home, he put $10 worth in and the tire light was on and I had told him that prior to picking up the vehicle and he did not do anything about that and then told me that I could come back, now I had already been there twice already so I wasn't making another trip for something that should have been taken care of before I came to pick up the vehicle. I asked him if he was going to send my tags to me in the mail and he said "yes". I got 30 day temp tags and then when the 30 days were up, no tags. I called and was told by another person that they weren't doing my tag work and they would send the title to me to take to DMV. The title came a few days later and when I took it to DMV, I had to pay $426 to get my tags! Much to my shock because I thought that I had already paid the taxes at Absolute since this is what I was told. So I called and spoke to Mike and he said that he would find the paperwork and call me back in a couple of days, LIE! I spoke to him on January 16th and it is now January 25th and I have yet to hear from him. Another thing is I was charged for the taxes but JB didn't fill out the receipt correctly so I have no proof of it but I was told that there was a $499 processing fee which I knew but then a fee of $372 for the extensive cleaning and checking to make sure the vehicle was in good working condition, which was not told to me in advance. I just went along with that because I wanted to get out of there and get back home but not only did they charge me for that, they charged me for the taxes and I am not ok with that because I have never brought a vehicle out of town and did my own tag work. They ripped me off of about $800 so I would not recommend them to anyone because they are not trustworthy. Had they come correct and given me my money back for the taxes, I would have let it go. I am a federal worker who is not getting paid and the money for the taxes, I had to put on a credit card which I didn't want to do but had no other choice. But the fact of the matter is, I don't like to be lied to and taken advantage of! read more
