We return the car within 24 hours and it became a mess with a very ignorant owner who resorted to threatening my elderly mother and essentially kept her $2,000 security deposit even though no financing was ever secured and the vehicle was returned within 24 hours. Even crazier is they listed the vehicle for sale again after we returned it but still continued to argue with us saying that it was going to be financed. We confirmed with the supposed finance company that they had no record of any financing. We are in the middle of filing a civil suit against them and I highly recommend you do not go here.

The truck drove well enough on site, so I bought it (without having it checked out at an independent garage). As I drove it home, I noticed things that Global Motors had to have known but did not disclose. Before I bought it I noticed the frame was coated with fresh oil. I asked about it. Their mechanic said it was a loose oil pan drain plug- and while I waited they tightened it and said it was fixed. I believed them. When I got home I noticed that there was a steady and obvious stream of brake oil (or transmission oil?) from a rusted brake (transmission?) line, and that this brake/transmission fluid was what coated the frame bottom of the engine that Global Motors said it was motor oil from the drain plug. They had to have known, since it was a steady stream from a well rusted metal line. Also, twenty miles down the road from Global Motors, the transmission went out. Somehow they must have did something that temporarily got it to run long enough for a sucker (me) to buy it and get a few miles off the lot. In addition, the lock on the driver's door is broken (you can lock it, but the key does not unlock it). You have to get in on the passenger side and unlock the driver's side by hand. They had to have known that too and did not disclose. The truck is a piece of junk, and Global Motors had to have known and fraudulently sold it to me. For awhile, no matter what gear I put it in, it only went backwards. Right now, no matter what gear I put it in (even Park), it only goes forward. I do NOT recommend them- at all. They sold me a lemon and did not disclose things they had to have known This is the first and only negative review that I EVER wrote in my entire life.

    After speaking a couple of times with a salesman, I took time out of my busy day to drive to…read moreStafford, VA to test drive a green 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque. The car was in great condition and drove smoothly. Thus, upon completion of the test drive, I went inside the facility to discuss numbers. My salesman was absolutely great! He asked me about using his company's financing, but I told him I had already been pre-approved by my credit union. He inquired further but was not pushy about trying to convince me otherwise. Then, he drafted the preliminary paperwork for his finance department to use in developing a 'Bill of Sale.' I would then need to provide my credit union this purchase agreement, after which the credit union would tender a check to Car Web for the agreed-upon price of the car, as shown on the 'Bill of Sale.' The owner walks in... Right off the bat, he was unprofessional, speaking loudly about work being performed at this home, etc. I heard him even though I was not sitting near him because his voice was amplified. When he came through the door, I was not looking in is direction or listening intently, as I was on my cell phone speaking to colleagues and working remotely, but I heard him barking at his employees. After waiting 15 minutes or so, I then began moving around in my chair looking for my salesman. Since I knew it would take at least 24 hours to get my credit union to release the funds to cover the purchase price, I did not think it was necessary to wait needlessly at Car Web. As I turned towards the owner's desk, I noticed that it was surrounded by at least four people. It appeared they were in a meeting, and I heard the owner say, "This is not a church...," it's a dealership. After a few more minutes, I arose from my chair and proceeded in the direction of the door. I asked a young man who worked for Car Web, who was coming inside the facility, to ask my salesman to call me after his meeting. The young man approached my salesman and asked him to speak with me. My salesman said, "We need you to sign the 'Bill of Sale'...just give it a few more minutes." Less than 5 - 7 minutes later, the owner and his entourage approached the desk where I was sitting. [Apparently, this impromptu sales meeting was all about me!] He said, "I own this [place]," then proceeds to ask me a series of questions regarding my decision NOT to use Car Web's financing, including the interest rate quoted by my credit union and my credit score. Now, I have the owner, my salesperson, and about three other people standing over me. I told the owner I was uncomfortable talking to his entire sales team about my personal information, and he responded by sending one of them away. In the end, the owner opted NOT to sell me the car because he said he received a call from someone else who wanted to use Car Web to finance this same vehicle and purchase a limited warranty for it. The owner also accused me of disrespecting him. He said, in his experience, "people," [and I'm not sure if he meant all people or just African-American females] who say they are going to return to purchase a car from him, typically do not. And he reiterated this sentiment more than one time, to which I replied, "Car salesman don't have the best reputation either," so there's risk on both sides. He quickly said, "You've just disrespected me, and I am not going to sell a car to anyone who disrespects me." Translated: I believe I can make more money off this car from the potential buyer who "said" she would come later today, so later for you! I left promptly and peacefully. All in all... this clown did me a favor! Even though I honestly feel his decision was rooted heavily in racism, I certainly do not care to waste my precious time pursuing the purchase of a second car from someone who clearly doesn't value me or my business.     PATRIOT AUTO DEALS…read more This place has changed it's name to avoid the bad rep it already created for itself! Do not buy from this crap hole! Talked to the dealer through email about a Honda Odyssey. The dealer was quite far away from me, so I asked them if they could take a good run through of the van and send me any photos of any dings, dents, scratches, ***misaligned body panels***, etc... He told me the van was in ****Excellent Condition**** and the only damange there was, was just a scratch on the front left fender. Drove my 8 month pregnant wife and sister to come with me to purchase it because he said it was in excellent condition. Arrive bright and early just as I told them I would and of course the car was not ready and waiting. He brought the car and the tire pressure sensor was on, there was no window washer fluid, the gas light was on, and it was dirty. That wasn't the worst part. The car's rear bumper wasn't aligned, the front bumper and fender wasn't aligned, scratches EVERYWHERE, and there was no clear coat on the left rear quarter panel! I expected the van to have been a accident, but I did expect it to be fixed properly. The van had obviously been through hell and half assed back to life. The salesman David (doubt it was his name) said that all the odyssey's bumpers stuck out like that and that we were getting a great deal. He said my expectation were way too high for a used van. I explained to him that he listed the van in excellent condition and it was actually in fair to poor condition. Mechanically, I would say the van felt and sounded fine, but then again, if there was anything wrong with the engine or transmission, it was still under factory warranty. This dealer is total trash. I wished I googled the address rather then the new name. When you do a search for their new name, it won't come up with anything. I'm going to figure a way to make sure this crap hole reviews can be found when doing a search for it's new name PATRIOT AUTO DEALS.

My fiancé found this car online and it was priced much lower than most car dealership prices. We checked the Carfax and the sales rep explained the history on the phone. Because of the detailed nature of the servicing of these cars we asked a lot of questions, but the sales rep Jason was very patient and understanding. When we went on to visit they treated us with respect and allowed us all the time we needed. They were very relaxed and stayed out of our way unless we had questions, it was like they were allowing us to be in control rather than pressuring us. We ended up agreeing on a price and we bought the car. So far we have taken it in to have our regular service done and we are pleased with it. No issues with the service or the car. My fiancé and I thank Jason and this company for their help and service. We will refer our friends and family to you guys.
