While the salesman Owen was nice and helpful the $14,XXX price was rigid but I was assured how the car was solid and verified as reliable. Driving home the metal belly pan became dislodged from the front and I had to get roadside assistance to make it home. After the purchase I had the car looked through by an Audi Certified shop and it required $8,000 worth of work (all suspension pieces were failed, exhaust brackets rusted through, all filters clogged, axle boot torn and throwing grease). Also had condoms in the owners manual and the original owner's registration and personal information (demonstrating how poorly this group processes cars). BUYER BEWARE.

The gauges were wired up in such a way, it burned the wire and almost started a fire. TRASH dealer. Don't bother. Go to Carmax instead.

By far Wind Rider has been the best experience of purchasing a vehicle from them. They are authentic kind, honest and trustworthy and I will be referring them to everyone I know. They have a plethora of vehicles not just on their inventory online but also many many more at the dealership its self. I appreciate their time patience and effort to make sure I walked out joyfilled and satisfied . My rule of thumb is *Affordability *Reliability *Confortabiliy and they have truly helped make my manifestations and prayers come to reality. Thank you Manuel, Jaime, and James, You all have a great group and wonderful company to help people like me. They also just had a BBQ and that food was AHMAZING!!! The chef did a AHMAZING of job on the steak, chicken, hotdogs, burgers, salad, sausages and more..free. They really care about their customers and that goes along way!!! BEWARE!! Very…read moredisappointed with my experience. I paid a deposit to hold a car, but was never clearly told that the hold was only for 3 days. I spoke with the salesperson and we agreed I would pick up the car later that week, so I had no reason to believe it would be put back up for auction. I received no call or notification that the hold was expiring. Had I known, I could have easily had a family member pick up the car for me. Instead, the car was put back up for auction, I lost the vehicle, and I'm now being told I can't get my deposit back. This could have easily been avoided with proper communication. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and would recommend getting everything in writing before leaving a deposit. I am now out of a car AND my deposit!!

I came here yesterday to look at a used van, and this place was a complete bust. The van I was…read morelooking at was a used contractor's van, about 20 years old and having about 200,000 miles. I have bought a comparable used van in the past with no problems, but from a private seller. I did not like the way they held my driver's license while I took the van for a test ride. My driver's license is the property of the state of Virginia and not them. They give you a printout with a photocopy of your driver's license and the car's plate number. I don't know if this was legal or not. Thankfully I did not get pulled over. While I was test driving the vehicle, the tread came off of the right rear tire. As soon as I heard the loud banging, I immediately pulled over and called them. They picked me up and another guy drove the van back to the dealership with the tire tread still dangling off the vehicle. I saw some red flags before the test drive. There was a white sticker on the windshield saying "rejection." Visible from inside the vehicle, the back of the sticker lists all of the major car systems like brakes, steering, etc. None of the systems were checked off indicating what caused the vehicle to be rejected, or by whom the vehicle was rejected (the previous owner?). None of the vehicles had the safety inspection sticker or plates with the month and year tags on the license plates (this would let you know if the safety or emissions inspections have expired yet). The rear doors of the van were wired shut. The floor of the back of the van had several holes rusted through it. I would never trust that floor to carry a heavy load. The brakes, steering, and suspension seemed to be okay. The air conditioning was not working. The van never should have been presented for sale. I believe they wanted $2200 or $2500. The communication was very poor. I had to confirm once by phone, once by e-mail, and three times by text message that I would show at the time I told them I would be there. Sure enough, I showed up for my appointment at the predetermined time. My advice when buying a used vehicle is to pay cash and buy the vehicle from a private party. That is how I have bought used vehicles in the past, and it seems to work. Make sure the vehicle's safety and emissions inspections have not expired yet (emissions inspections are for two years, safety inspections are for one year). What a waste of time.

I bought the vehicle (a 2016 Sante fe) and only had it for 2 months before it broke down on me on 495 north while going to work. It was towed to a repair shop covered by my warranty provider at the time (silverrock) and the mechanic stated the engine had to be replaced because a piston was misaligned. They worked on the engine for 2 months. 2 weeks after getting my vehicle back, while driving to work on 495 north again, my vehicle started to smoke and then caught on fire while I was driving. I had to quickly pull over to the side of the road and exit the vehicle. Long story short, I was able to get out, the emergency personnel was contacted, a claim was filed by my insurance, lein holder and warranty provider but because my insurance didn't cover fire, the insurance company didn't cover the damage. The lein holder was able to file a "gap insurance claim that covered the majority of the vehicle but I was left with over 6,000 dollars to pay off. So now my credit was hit hard because of this incident and I don't have a vehicle but I'm left with the bill. And they refuse to grant me another vehicle. This dealership is the worst!
