On Thursday, Apr 2, 26, I contacted the dealership regarding a 2016 Lexus LS 460 L listed at…read more$29,444. I communicated directly with a representative named "Jessica/Clarence," who confirmed in writing that the vehicle's current price was $29,444. I specifically asked about price discrepancies between listings, and I was reassured that $29,444 was the correct and current price. I also clearly stated that I would be traveling over 4 hours from North Carolina to view and test drive the vehicle. At no point was I informed of any conditions tied to the advertised price, such as residency requirements, financing requirements, military/veteran status, or other qualifications. Based on these representations, I made the 4+ hour trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was informed by a different salesperson that the actual price of the vehicle was approximately $38,000--over $8,000 higher than what had been quoted and confirmed prior to my visit. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told that the advertised price only applied under certain conditions (Virginia residency, veteran status, or other criteria), none of which were disclosed to me beforehand. This information was only revealed after I had already made the significant trip to the dealership. Additionally, after refusing the inflated price, I was encouraged to consider other vehicles, which further suggests a bait-and-switch sales tactic. I believe this constitutes a deceptive and misleading business practice, as I was induced to travel a significant distance based on a price that the dealership had no intention of honoring under the circumstances.

PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BUYING HERE I am leaving this…read morereview because my experience purchasing a vehicle here was extremely upsetting, and I want other first-time car buyers to know exactly what happened to me. I came in looking for a vehicle around $16k. I was initially told that they could not do that price, so I was prepared to leave. As I was leaving, I was stopped and told that they could do $16k "all-inclusive." My roommate was with me, and we specifically asked MULTIPLE TIMES whether the $16k included everything -- taxes, title, and fees. I was told yes. I made it clear that I was talking about the TOTAL amount, not simply the vehicle price before taxes and fees. Based on those repeated conversations, I agreed to move forward with the purchase. When I was presented with the paperwork, I saw an amount closer to $20k. I immediately questioned it because I had just been told that the total was $16k. I became extremely upset and left the dealership crying. Zee from the dealership followed me outside and asked me to come back. I returned after being told that the higher amount on the paperwork was related to the financing/interest and that everything was okay. I relied on those explanations and ultimately signed the paperwork. I was a first-time car buyer, and I was repeatedly encouraged to trust the process and sign the paperwork. Looking back, that was a mistake on my part. My advice to anyone buying here is simple: DO NOT rely solely on verbal explanations. Read every single document yourself, calculate the total yourself, and make sure the numbers match what you were told before signing anything. I also specifically told the dealership that I wanted to finance through my credit union because I had been offered approximately 6% APR. The dealership did NOT finance the vehicle through my credit union. Instead, they arranged financing through another lender at approximately 11% APR. The entire process was extremely stressful. Zee and Wali were the people I worked with. I was at the dealership for most of the day, and by the end I was overwhelmed and emotional. The dealership itself is very small and cramped. The small back room where the deal and paperwork were handled made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. At the end of the transaction, I was recorded agreeing to the final terms. Being recorded agreeing to the final terms does not change the fact that I had previously asked specific questions about the price and financing. They also made a copy of my debit card. After the purchase, my experience became even more disappointing. When I contacted the dealership with concerns about the transaction, I had difficulty getting responses. During a few phone conversations with Wali, I was being talked over and yelled at. I eventually got hung up on. The vehicle was given to me with an empty gas tank and one of the headlights was not working. They also did not go over the vehcile history with me. If you are a first-time buyer, PLEASE protect yourself. I told them I could not afford 20k and I left with a 20k car anyway. Get the complete out-the-door price IN WRITING before you agree to anything. Do NOT let anyone rush you. I left this dealership feeling overwhelmed, pressured, embarrassed, and extremely disappointed. I hope sharing my experience helps another buyer avoid going through the same thing. I know the dealership may respond by pointing out that I signed the paperwork. I have never denied signing it. My review is about the conversations and representations that occurred BEFORE I signed, and my experience trying to address the situation AFTER the sale.

While the salesman Owen was nice and helpful the $14,XXX price was rigid but I was assured how the car was solid and verified as reliable. After the purchase I had the car looked through by an Audi Certified shop and it required $8,000 worth of work (all suspension pieces were failed, exhaust brackets rusted through, all filters clogged, axle boot torn and throwing grease). I spoke with the salesperson and we agreed I would pick up the car later that week, so I had no reason to believe it would be put back up for auction. I received no call or notification that the hold was expiring. Had I known, I could have easily had a family member pick up the car for me. Instead, the car was put back up for auction, I lost the vehicle, and I'm now being told I can't get my deposit back. This could have easily been avoided with proper communication. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and would recommend getting everything in writing before leaving a deposit. I am now out of a car AND my deposit!!

I bought the vehicle (a 2016 Sante fe) and only had it for 2 months before it broke down on me on 495 north while going to work. It was towed to a repair shop covered by my warranty provider at the time (silverrock) and the mechanic stated the engine had to be replaced because a piston was misaligned. They worked on the engine for 2 months. 2 weeks after getting my vehicle back, while driving to work on 495 north again, my vehicle started to smoke and then caught on fire while I was driving. I had to quickly pull over to the side of the road and exit the vehicle. Long story short, I was able to get out, the emergency personnel was contacted, a claim was filed by my insurance, lein holder and warranty provider but because my insurance didn't cover fire, the insurance company didn't cover the damage. The lein holder was able to file a "gap insurance claim that covered the majority of the vehicle but I was left with over 6,000 dollars to pay off. So now my credit was hit hard because of this incident and I don't have a vehicle but I'm left with the bill. And they refuse to grant me another vehicle. This dealership is the worst!

They have to, after all maintain them since they rent them out. And I knew they only wen to a certain number miles before selling. The reviews on Yelp were very favorable and the prices from what I saw were very reasonable. When we got there, we were passed off to another salesperson because ours was overbooked. We went over a few cars for my mom to test drive. The sales manager made her appearance and talked to us about my mom's trade which was really in woeful condition. So we gave her the keys and went off on a few test drives. The first was horrible... a really small half bubble... it was so small and had no pick up and I felt unsafe for my mom... then we tried an Accent. I liked it much better and she did too. Of course I wanted to try some more but she was getting nervous and this whole experience was for her to 'feel safe' and secure with a decision. She decided on the Accent. We got a very fair deal I think for my mom's... The sales manager came out and said that there were no values for my mom's car because it was so old... lol... so she asked what we were looking to get. I quoted a fair deal and she added a promotion they had going on at the time. My mom put a bit more down, and off we drove in her certified car. They took the numbers and came back with at least three or four different payment options. It was a very easy and unpressured experience. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales an option to anyone seeking an affordable used vehicle. Car salesmen in the past have told me a former rental car decreases the re sale value, but I fail to see the logic behind that... and have no way to debate it right now. Bottom line, I would recommend these guys in Woodbridge; and lovely female sales manager; good experience. So yay, they didn't take advantage of my elderly mother (of course I would not have let that happen any way...) and it was a pretty brief, straight forward process that took less than three hours.
