    I purchased one of my many dream cars through Thomas at AP Fairfax and these guys blew me away with how easy, transparent and forthcoming they were with everything. I got lucky on this car. Although higher mileage, the previous 1 owner took extremely good care on the car and Thomas knew it inside and out. Nick, their general manager, is such a good guy. They were flexible with certain things to help me make the deal work and I drove off happy and confident in my purchase. I was in and out in about an hour and I'll be returning to AP Fairfax again for another vehicle in the future.

    I saw a used Audi in AP Fairfax's inventory I was interested in. I spoke to Thomas who was amazing, honest and has great personality, he is very knowledgeable about cars in general, especially higher end vehicles. The car I purchased had some curb rash and a small piece of broken trim near the fog light. AP Fairfax fixed it for me with out complaining at all. The whole car buying process was a breeze compared to what Ive experienced in the past. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

I would like to personally thank Mr. Laszlo Babos, my service advisor, for his sincere attention to me and my BMWs. Laszlo has treated me like family on my regular maitenance visits, my wife and I each own a BMW. Recently I needed a part which had to be ordered. He kept me updated on the arrival of the part, set my appointment over the phone, and met me at the door the morning I brought my car in. He immediately took over, directed me to the waiting area and accompanied the car to the mechanic in charge. Laszlo returned with the time required to replace the part and added from the mechanic's inspection two items that also need attention. Everything went like clockwork. Laszlo has also provided me with guidance and advice on my new X5 50e Hybrid, it is my first hybrid/electric car and I had many questions. BMW of Fairfax has been fair with me, has provided incredible personal support for two sophisticate autos and frankly has become a friend through my trust in him, his hospitality and kindness. They are not processing my payment properly and have completely gone silent -- no responses to my calls or messages. This is unacceptable. You sell them your vehicle in good faith and they can't even follow through on basic payment processing or communication. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership. If they can't handle a simple transaction with integrity, imagine what else they're cutting corners on. Stay far away.
