    My Air Force daughter went in for routine maintenance & to replace the windshield that had been damaged by rock. The dealership did everything they were supposed to do on time and according to Ford specs. Excellent dealership! Great Family!

    See the scratch and they sold me the car like this and fixed it after one and half month.

    Poor sales practices. They don't honor certain things that are said directly prior to sale. Just go somewhere else.

    I have been to this store more than a few times. While I can say that their staff does their job,…read morethe do so in a very unfriendly way. Do not expect anything remotely close to above and beyond service, no smiles, no "hello, how are you?" Nothing! My most recent trip I arrived at 5:55pm. The store closes at 6:00pm. The lights were off and the door was locked with a closed sign. Ordinarily, that would be fine but I had to pick up a part that I had ordered the day before, in the store. I parked and walked up to the glass hoping to get someone's attention. One of the clerks pretended not to see me. I knocked on the glass hoping someone would come help me since there were still a few minutes until closing. Another employee looked up and started shaking his head at me. What does that mean?? Lastly, the guy who helped me order the part the day before, the guy who knew I need the part that day looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to shake his head like I had severely annoyed him. I will let you make up your mind for yourselves. All I can say is that customer service of any kind is hard to come by these days. Prepare yourself.

And I've seen their parts particularly the remanufactured stuff is higher quality than some of the big chain stores meaning I've rarely had to return anything that has failed. Parts are not simply parts, there are a lot of remanufacturers, and you usually get what you pay for.

So I came here to get my battery tested since I had to jump start my car earlier and I know the battery is quite old. First the lady asked me to move my car to right in front of the shop - it was literally no more than 10 meters away in an empty parking lot. But ok let me move it. Good thing I drove enough to the charge the battery so it started on its own this time. Then she proceeded to keep on readjusting the reader's clamps because the reader for some reason wasn't working. Didn't bother try getting another machine. Just told me I needed to go somewhere else to clean off the terminals. Seriously? You couldn't get some corrosion spray and a metal bristle brush? Went to another Advance Auto Parts shop and they had no issue diagnosing. Girl - you just had a bad machine. No vehicle expertise (or common sense) at this location.

Also they are quite knowledgeable about vehicle accessories and the like. Inflation has increased all over, but auto parts is through the roof. Even windshield wiper fluids cost is ridiculous. I'm not pleased about this, and find oil, along with other essentials high in cost now. No it's not only here, but it is frustrating. This store is convenient, and parking is a cinch. If you're in the area go here.

Even though it's a smaller shop, they have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee, snacks, and water, which was a really nice touch. They took care of my oil change and filter without an appointment and finished in less than an hour and a half. What really stood out to me was their honesty and generosity -- they even told me my next oil change would be free, which I've never experienced before. I've been to dealerships and many other auto service places around the Washington area over the past 20 years, and I can truly say this level of service is rare. This was my first visit, but based on this experience, they've earned my five stars. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

Eight-hour wait while they repeatedly tested the battery, which was already dead when I arrived (required jumpstart to get here). Multiple communication failures: The service phone number routes to unanswered voicemail. Had to contact through sales to get a service rep to the phone. Promised three callback updates about repairs and costs--received none. The text message system for customer questions doesn't work--fails every time. The online service status never updates and still shows maintenance is due when it isn't. Previous visit: Dealership lost my key. Took an hour to find it, and I had to search the lot myself since staff couldn't locate it. Only to find it unlocked in an open lot. This is my fourth visit. For a simple warranty repair, the service has been consistently disappointing.

    I chose this service station to install four new tires because they were recommended by Tire Rack,…read morewere convenient to my house (I have bought gas and paid for inspections often from them), and for the attractive installation price they listed on Tire Rack ($182). The service representative was friendly, and I booked a two hour slot to have the tires installed. All went well until the bill arrived and with a price well north of $400. When I questioned that total and pointed to the TireRack order email, the staff tried to gaslight me and claimed they don't make contracts with TireRack and are allowed to change the price anyway, pointing a finger at the "if order changes" clause from my Tire Rack email. The mechanic told me that I should have called beforehand (I had) and confirmed the install price (I hadn't, because it was stated in the Tire Rack order email), and that they weren't making money on the install (not my problem, and $91/hour seems in line with the work). The facts are that the order hadn't changed, and I was quoted $182 for installing four tires. Oakton Auto Service Center (associated with Chahel Automotive) is greedy and dishonest. You should take your business elsewhere. I know I will be.
