Service was friendly at this Locally owned business. Young men that own this establishment were friendly and sociable. Carried themselves well and didn't give off the Inner-city pop-culture vibe that is common at many car detailing shops I've visited. Owners were family men ... They walked through the service with explaining the processes of car-wrapping and the limitations. Never felt like they were sales pitching ...only giving detailed facts. Owner actually came in on Saturday (day they were closed) to make sure I got my car was returned in due time. If you're going to support a local economy.. this is a good place to start. Only draw back... was the waiting room was uncomfortably small. Although mask were worn by owner and required in building, children and patrons weren't always separated by a wide enough margin. Once I came across Tint Plus and read the reviews, I knew I needed to swing by the shop to check it out. Thane greeted me and answered all my questions, along with giving recommendations. He quoted me a great price and an estimate on how long it would take. Thane met the time estimate, and when my car rolled out of the garage, I couldn't have been happier. PPF was definitely not something I had planned to do when I purchased my Tesla Model Y in December. However, I learned the hard way how quickly the paint on these cars chips (ugh!)... I made my inquiry and appointment through Yelp. Got to my appointment they showed me my options. The quote I received was for the "cheapest" tint but there are two other options depending on how much UV protection you want. That probably could've been mentioned in the quote. But after I made my choice they went to work right away. They did a great job it was quicker than I thought it would've taken. In and out no problem. Tints look good. Maybe I'll post a pic later. Came out to Tint Plus to get Paint Protection Film applied to my new car. I contacted many local shops, but it was Tint Plus' combination of competitive pricing, quality of film I wanted, and confidence in their ability to deliver what I wanted that sealed the deal. It was Thane who met with me at drop off and explained the process as we went over the car. He is very personable and is clearly experienced. When I returned a couple of days later, it was clear I had made the right choice with Tint Plus and Thane. Very clean application of the Llumar Platinum film. The one spot I found with a tiny bit of debris stuck under the film was addressed immediately. Thane pulled my car into the bay and cleanly removed the debris and had it outside again in about 20 minutes. He then went over the impressive nationwide 10 year warranty which covers peeling, discoloration, and hazing among a few other things. My only issues were that there was a perpendicular seam on my hood scoop that was obvious and doesn't look great, and some exposed paint inside the scoop. To be clear, this has nothing to do with the quality of the installation, but rather the way the template was designed. Thane promised to look into some alternative film templates to see if a seamless version of the scoop could be applied, and also one with more coverage. If he couldn't find a better template, he offered to custom cut a piece of film to cover most of the exposed paint. While not ideal, this is a testament to how hard Thane will go to do a great job. There was also some miscommunication right before the install about getting my mirror caps covered, so I will have to return another time for that without charge as they were included in my estimate. All in all, I would highly recommend Tint Plus. Their level of customer service is very high, and work quality is very good. Update 7/17/18: I returned to have the hood scoop redone due to the aforementioned seam. Turns out Thane couldn't find a better template, so he freehanded it! Yes, he custom cut the film to my scoop. Turned out great. Thane really went above and beyond! read more

Friendly staff, had no issues. I ended up not liking the tint applied due to the gap it had towards the edge of the windows. Spoke to the owner via Yelp about my concerns, and he was friendly. All it takes is one technician with a poor attitude and poor attention to detail to lose two stars. I received my vehicle but there was a 1/4 inch gap of daylight on the drivers door window. When I asked for it to be corrected, the technician gets an attitude because "it's not his fault, the computer cuts the tint" and "he has other appointments so it will take 45 minutes to fix, but he's going to do the same thing and he can't keep redoing it over and over." This is unsatisfactory for me. I paid close to $400 and this is what get?! The second time the glass looked better but there is still a gap. I won't be back. Save your money and try some place else. read more

I made an appointment through Yelp for February 2nd at 12pm to come in and get my windows tinted. One of my days freed up before that date and I was able to reschedule for January 26th at 12pm. The response times were faster than any of their competitors. The prices are laid out and you know exactly what you'll get. There are three tiers of quality tints with four shades to pick from on each (besides the highest which only has 3 shades). I went with the middle tier, 5% in the back, 35% in the front. They told me the legalities of each tint. I dropped my car off at about 11:30 and opted to stay in the waiting room. The waiting room has a TV, refrigerator with water in it, and a coffee machine. The employees are friendly and will answer any questions you have. The car was completed at 1:15pm and had no visible imperfections. I am very pleased with the job they did and will be happy to return in the future if I need to. I highly recommend this business. read more

I had some issues with my experience but in the end the owner took care of all my concerns. The tint job was done quickly and turned out great in the end. I had some concerns with the gaps for a frameless window but Tesla's have windows that roll up/down when doors are opened/closed. If you are tinting a Tesla just make sure to ask to get as small and even gaps as possible and to let it dry a bit more before closing the doors. The car is a lot cooler with IRX tint so all in all good experience. read more
