Made an appointment originally and then had to postpone till later in the afternoon for two front windows being tinted. Had our brand new car tinted at Tint Plus. It went in to be tinted, and came out with 3 trunk latch dents. Significantly impacting the cars look. We got this car just days ago. It went into their lot without any scratched or dings, just to be returned to us with damage. Took the car back and they refused they did anything to it in the hour it had been on their lot. They couldn't check the car cameras because "the video hasn't been reset for 3 days". They didn't offer any apologies or an attempt to fix it. This car literally went from the house to their lot and back to the house. We had sued this place 3 times for other services, but we won't be using them again after this. I should take a nee car in for a $170 service to walk away with a $500+ bill to repair my own damn car from their mistake. read more

The guys in the shop did an awesome job, but after getting it home noticed a very small hair (or lint) got stuck under the PPF on the hood (likely couldn't be seen during the drying process). If my car wasn't black, it would have likely not been noticeable at all. I sent pictures to the shop owner, and was able to bring it back in to have the hood redone almost immediately at no charge! Looks great, my car was clean when they completed rhand I'll be recommending to others. *****update***** After my initial service I decided that my tint was a little too dark at 20% so I called to have the two front windows changed to 35%. Kevin was nice enough to offer a discount for the change in service, however once I got it done they mistakenly did it at 50%. I had prior engagements after my appointment so I couldn't stay to have it fixed, so I left it as is. I don't like the way it looks but don't want to spend more money to get it fixed again. I called and was offered an appointment same day, which is super convenient. I arrived a bit early for my appointment and they took me right away. The technician gave me an estimated 40 minute wait time and it took about 30 (to do the front 2 passenger door windows). The tint looks great so far, no complaints. My only complaint is that the technician didn't wear a mask while assisting me. I had a mask on, and there was a sign on the door mandating mask usage, but the technician never put one on at the beginning while helping me decide what I wanted for my vehicle or at the end when I picked up/paid for the service. We're in the middle of a pandemic and while I know it's hot in the garage, he could've worn the mask while face to face with customers. I'm a nurse so this just didn't sit well with me. read more

I looked around for a reputable place to get the windows of one of my vehicles tinted and tint plus was one of the top choices. I reached out to the shop and explained the type of vehicle I have and asked for the cost of the film and installation; Mr. Kevin Davis promptly replied to my email and stated that the tint price was $300 to do the whole vehicle (2015 Subaru Forester) and their availability to complete the job. I responded to the shop where I observed multiple kinds of tints and was explained that I was quoted for the basic film and that the middle of the line was $445.20 after taxes. I chose the middle quality and left my Forester to be worked on; I was called back withing 2 to 3 hours and notified that the job was done. Upon picking up my car, I did explain to the gentleman that assisted me that I had another vehicle that i wanted to tint (4 door sedan) and quoted me verbally $240 to $280 for the same quality of tint I have gotten for a 2015 Forester. A week and a half later I left a message to inquire of their availability to tint the windows of my sedan and I was quoted $380 for the same quality of tint I got for my previous vehicle which is only a difference of $65.00 between a sedan (2014 VW Passat) and a SUV (2015 Subaru Forester). Needless to say that I explained the gentleman on the phone the price I was given when I got the Forester tinted and that was just a little bit less to work on the VW passat than the forester. Needless to say, I could not see myself paying that much money for something I was quoted a lot less for. I can not in good conscience complaint about the quality of their work; however, I would strongly advise to get all quotes in writing since the prices provided tend to change depending who you are dealing with, as well as the kind of material before taking the vehicle to their shop. Again, they have done a great job tinting the vehicle and they may just need to have a better communication amongst themselves before providing a quote to their repeat or new customers. read more
