Had a great experience working with Frank and Beltway auto glass crew. Cracked my Tesla's sunroof…read more(roof glass) on Saturday and Frank was able to come out with the correct part and replaced it on Monday morning! I know the piece is not a normal piece of glass to get replacement and Frank assured me they can secure the parts by Monday. I reached out to a few other business and either nobody can service the roof glass, or I got quoted a crazy amount. Frank was able to offer a very very reasonable, almost too good to be true (but it's true!) price and no one else can beat. Thank you for fixing my glass so quickly before any possible storms!!

First of all, they put the wrong windshield in and blamed it on Geico, even though I had actually had another rock hit it a month earlier and Geico did not tell the other company the wrong windshield. He left my car with an incorrect windshield duct taped to it and the hood up and rolled out!! I was out of town and didn't know my BMW was sitting there like that all weekend in the rain. I had to fight to get them to fix the latch which left me with no vehicle for over a week! The owner actually wanted us to split the cost of their mistake! Then when they finally changed the windshield and removed the tape, it ripped the paint off the top of my car! I have been going back and forth with them again and the owner is refusing to accept responsibility. Said my paint must have been weak! First of all, I have ceramic coating on my car.
