They showed up as scheduled. * They agreed to change my windshield at $X, and there were no surprises. * Customer service was friendly and efficient. * They said it would be 2 -3 hours, and it was 2 hours. There was no push-back, no changes in the plan, and surprises. AND their price was much less than the other 3 places I called. It used to be that this was the baseline minimum you could expect going into any business. Sadly, that's no longer the case.
