Mostellas is a hidden gem in Stafford and I am very glad to have come upon their shop while searching for a place to have my car detailed. Everyone was very attentive in noting all the special requests I had, and was courteous enough to drop me off to the place of my choice while I waited for the job to be complete. Throughout the day, they kept me apprised of their progress and gladly picked me up! After I was shown my vehicle, both of them insisted that I inspect it thoroughly and highlight any concerns I had. My vehicle had a number of hidden compartments which I pointed out and they promptly cleaned them, all while sharing some of their detailing tips. My wife and I wanted to trade in our 3 year old Grand Caravan for a new car. The van had been used primarily for transport of dogs for a rescue. In other words LOADS of dog hair and dog smell. I asked Mostellas for a rush job. They accommodated my request. I picked up my van and went straight to the dealership and received the max amount allowable for my trade in. There was NO dog hair, and NO dog smell. Set aside a few minor scratches on the inside (from dog kennels) the van looked brand new. Actually thought about keeping it, lol. Very professional and polite from the moment I scheduled the appointment and until I picked up my car. He and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. I picked my car up (after only 3 hours) and almost did not recognize it. It looked and smelled like a brand new car!! Not a trace of dog odor , and my dog is in the car a lot!! Mostella Detailing detailed my 2016 Cadillac Escalade inside and out. Mostella's detailing is the only company i will let detail my SUV. Black SUV is shining like a mirror. I took my wife's 2016 Mercedes Benz then next day and she was absolutely stunned when she got in her car. The seats were conditioned and look like clean soft leather. Mostella's works wonders!! I have four children and two dogs. My car is 10 years old and it was an embarrassment!! There was trash and crumbs everywhere, melted crayons in the cup holders, skittles smashed into the carpets...I could go on forever. Dropped my SUV off to get it cleaned after hitting a skunk. Getting in touch with, setting up the appointment and drop off was really easy and pleasant. I have two children, ages 3 and 1 so my car was a disaster. When I got there, it was nice and shiny. The inside looked great. He did an amazing job.
