They'll work with you to satisfy as much as they can. The pricing wasn't bad at all. After stopping by a few other body shop locations in the Fredericksburg area, I decided with these guys strictly for their attitude, care to attention, and super reasonable pricing compared to others. If you're in the look for body work service, at least give these guys a look. I promise you won't be disappointed. Ask for Mike!

So, I took my 12-year-old car to the dealership for its annual state inspection. A few hours later…read moreI received a call and video from the service manager and mechanic telling me several steering parts were defective and repairs would cost me over $4.4K. None of the repairs had an impact on passing the inspection. Shocked, I felt something was not right so I picked up my car and told the dealer I will seek a second opinion. I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk. He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted. Favio has made a new customer for life!

They easily could have charged me more, but instead they helped me save money. That kind of honesty is hard to find in an auto repair shop. They also did some additional work that was outside the original scope of the repair. I told them I was happy to pay for the extra work, but they did not even charge me for it. I really appreciate their honesty, excellent service, and the way they treat their customers. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and honest auto repair shop!

From the moment I walked through the door, he was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. What really sets Tim apart is his transparency. Auto repairs can be stressful, but he was completely upfront about the pricing for everything, taking the time to break it down with absolutely no hidden surprises or pressure. I had a solid list of services performed to get my car caught up on maintenance: * Spark plug replacement * Coolant flush * Brake fluid change * Transfer case oil change * CVT oil change My Rogue is running beautifully now. If you are looking for an honest, skilled mechanic who actually cares about the people he is helping, I highly recommend Tim. It is rare to find an auto shop you can trust this much, and I will absolutely be returning for future service.

While I could've asked another company to install it the following day, I had this feeling that I will get great service from Rick. While I did get a cheaper quote from another company where I would've had to go to get it installed, Rick came to my house to replace the windshield with a good quality glass. He guarantees his work and promised that if something were to go wrong he would come back to fix it, which never happened. It's been over 1 month now since the work was done. The company with the cheaper quote would have made me go back to their shop if something were to go wrong. A couple of others could do the work for cheaper (Rick's price was very competitive), but I wanted somebody who does a good job and stands behind his work and will come back to fix any issues that may arise. I find comfort in the fact that Rick would do that. All in all, I got a great price, great service and promise for a job done well. Will definitely use this service again if I ever need it again!
