I found Favio on Yelp and sent him screengrabs of the video sent to me from the dealer. He contacted me immediately stating we need to talk. He told me that the parts were not defective and this is a typical tactic dealerships are using against owners. He also said he could not in all honesty perform repairs when they are even warranted. I consider these comments unacceptable, intimidating, and wholly inconsistent with the standard of conduct customers should expect from any business. I also witnessed another customer, an African American couple, being turned away after raising concerns regarding their own vehicle working for a couple of days then, Not. While their interaction did not escalate to the level of threats and verbal abuse that I experienced, the treatment they received appeared similarly dismissive. I am posting this review to document my experience and to provide an accurate account of what occurred. I hope the business chooses to address both the unresolved repair concerns and the conduct of its employee. My preferred resolution is reimbursement of any defective work as appropriate, and acknowledgment that threatening or abusive behavior toward customers will not be tolerated.
