I was very disappointed with the outcome besides waiting 3 days they also didn't properly complete the job. Hindsight is 20/20 but that late at night I should have yelped that night. Stop scrolling and bring your cars here for service. They even do synthetic oil changes for European cars. I brought my wife's audi here and for a full service synthetic oil change with all the bells and whistles for $50! The leaves me enough for a nice dinner and heck even some flowers for the wifey! Scam artists. I Just paid them 147.17 to pop my hood and waste my time. I went in to get my ac checked. I told young man with arm tattoos my ac wasn't working, but the engine fans work, outside of ac compressor appeared to be working (spinning), and the system was charged to the appropriate level (I checked this myself before I took it in). He comes in and tells me it's low. So he can charge me 150 to put more in. He said it's not leaking and he won't charge me if it leaks out. (I know it's not leaking, it has been holding pressure) Knowing it's not low and trusting them, I said ok. My car sat with the hood proped for about 30 minutes and saw them do nothing. I don't think they evacuated the ac and put more in (they didn't need to because it was charged) I also went to the bathroom which was in the garage and saw no one working on it. He comes back and says ac compressor is shot from the inside. (Which i thought it must be since everything else checked out.) Wants to charge me 1540.79 to fix. I ended up paying them 147.17 just for the time my car was being "looked at" I will buy a 100 dollar compressor online and do it myself. (I've done this job before) to save the 1400. I watched people come in and saw how they interacted with customers. Customers are being overcharged (like almost every shop) (I understand you have to make money) but with alot of unnecessary charges. They are nice to your face and act like your getting a good deal, hince all the good reviews. I'd advise customers to educate themselfs on basic car knowledge. I know that you are paying for convenience, but I would definitely skip by this shop. Not honest people. I will gladly take this review down if the store owner resolved this problem by giving me my money back and/or responding to this. I dont have high hopes. Otherwise, I just lost 150 bucks and my car works just like it did before I brought it in. Hot with no ac. Got a brake job on my girl friend's car here. Booking - friendly and easy. Service - professional. Speed - very fast. Price - easily beat out all of the other quotes! Brakes are a moderate to easy job. Most places were quoting me $1200 for all four brakes. Joe's was only a fraction of that. I own 3 vehicles and do most of my own maintenance. My experience with Joe's has shifted my mental paradigm and I intend to be a customer of theirs as long as I live here. I highly recommend them. read more

I came back for my inspection and and oil change. During my inspection, the guys let me know that they would pass me, but that my brake pads were really close to too worn out. So, since I was there, I asked them to just take care of it. On top of being the same friendly, cheerful, efficient mechanics I interacted with before-- these guys also corrected the pricing, charging me LESS than I had agreed to, once they learned about whatever on their end that changed the price. It would've been easy for them to make that extra $40 and I would've still be happy and never known any better... but they did the right thing instead. If you're considering auto service, you really shouldn't go anywhere else. read more

We have been taking our cars to Joe since he opened his shop. We have always had a good experience and that is what keeps us coming back. To elaborate a bit.. Joe is always fair and reasonable on the cost. He can and will save you money on your car repairs.. For example: My wife and I went to Florida in early December while there my heat/ac quite blowing air I got a few estimates and both were around $600 and they could not guarantee that would be the final cost. So we did not get it fixed for the trip home. We dropped the car off with Joe and later in the day he called. He explained that he had replaced this part last year and that the same part was bad again.. He gave me the option of returning the one from last year still under warranty through Advanced Auto. My 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara (Bug Eye!) Check Engine Light has been put to rest. That tiny evaporation emissions leak was located and FIXED! John, Joe and Nick kept working with me whenever that damnable light reappeared over a couple of months. They worked 'simple to complex' with a continuing analysis in an attempt to save me money. That damn leak was up and under -- way under. Yep. The gas tank had to be removed. There was a tiny, tiny, tiny pin hole in the evap line running from the gas tank to the engine compartment. Dr. Nick replaced that reprobate THEN, while the vehicle underneath was completely accessible, he checked all the other underneath 'stuff.' This procedure would cost me at least $1,500.00 at the dealership. Joe's bill was 1/5. I'm deeply grateful. All of my vehicles ('91 Ford 350, 2011 Hyundai SantaFe, 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel and 2018 Toyota 4Runner) have received elevated service at Joe's for YEARS. I've NEVER been screwed or left without receiving tremendous value. I'm going to adopt all of them! read more
