I paid in full for a vehicle in January 2026 and as of May 2026 have not received the title yet. The dealership has not been communicating with us and every time we've talked to them, my husband has initiated contact. The vehicle is now totaled and insurance can't do anything until we have our title. We asked for a tracking number for the title and the dealership told us there wasn't one, even though the DMV told us they should've mailed it with one. I've only gone for exhaust work(will only let Warren touch my custom exhaust that we built together) but he speaks highly of their transmission guy, so if Warren says he's good, he must be. Went here for a engine swap on a Honda Civic, took them months to do the swap and every time I went back there was someone telling me a different date it was gonna be done. Also come to find out when they swap the engine they didn't check any of the bolts or anything on the car cause the used engine that they put in there has a strip oil pan screw. Something super minor but you would think it's still checked on a swap I'm paying thousands for and there taking months to complete right ? ..... read more

Take what Allan W., another reviewer, had to say about EAG Performance with a grain of road salt. Moe and the entire team here have treated me nothing but with respect as a human being first and foremost and, of course, did the same for my Mercedes. This is the reason why I keep coming back and why I see all of their service bays filled up with other cars all day. Anyone who walks inside here is treated with excellent care and the same goes for their ride. Obviously you just need to take that first step as a man (or woman), speak up and then get someone's attention at this very busy shop (and for good reason) when you enter in and they will treat you right. I'm not suggesting you be a Karen but for the unfortunate few who choose to have a Dotard puppy dog mouth instead of a bulldog body, you just need to make your tiny, little puppy voice be heard in the first place so you can get that proverbial treat in life. I've seen everything from a Lamborghini, BMW, classic American muscle, Jeep, Maserati, JDM and even project cars of wide diversity here. Also every job, from installing new brake rotors to an obscure Pedal Commander part, was exceptionally done on my Mercedes by them. Moe even ensured that I received new Mercedes OEM parts (i.e. brake rotors) at wholesale cost before my car was touched along with an option of bringing in my own parts if I found them for cheaper online (and I could not) instead. Went in to get exhaust work done. One guy told me to talk to another guy. Then he told me talk to another guy like nobody want to help me. I walked in and they continued there conversation and nobody asked if I needed help until a few minutes later. I was told to come in early at 10am and I will be able to get my exhaust work done. I left once I realized nobody was trying to help or even schedule me for another day. They continued there group conversation while I just stood there waiting for help. read more
