Shannon squeezed me in so the rock ding didn't crack further requiring a whole windshield replacement. I can hardly see where it is! I appreciate his and Justin's efficient work. I would recommend them! read more

He was fast, efficient came when he said beyond reasonable, super friendly and freaking awesome. I recommend him to everybody!!!!

The best price I could find. $195 for my 2005 Honda Pilot. Quick and high quality replacement. Very convenient, friendly, easy to work with!

I needed my windshield replaced after it got shattered by a huge rock on 29. I texted back and forth with Shannon and he gave me a quote and an appointment within just a few days. He was by far the most reasonable price in town. He came all the way over to my house and finished the job in about thirty minutes. I appreciate his honesty, kindness, and great service so much! Thank you Shannon!! read more

Absolutely the best! Shannon was prompt, professional, and on time. The price was much less than the local and national competitors. The install was perfect. Very neat a detail oriented. Thanks again. read more

I called on a Friday afternoon to see if they could get a windshield for a classic bronco. Much to my surprise they said they could get in next day and install it on a Saturday. They called ahead before they showed up and replaced it in the rain. Who could ask for better service? Going to now use them for our work vehicles. read more

My third windshield replacement with AAG, they stand by their work even though it was no fault of their own. The window glass manufacturer failed to place the rain sensor correctly in place. AAG came by 2 times after the window replacement to fix and ensure the windshield wipers were operating correctly. Solid work ethic with integrity, hard to find these days. Thanks guys! read more

In the hot July days of this lockdown aftermath, this two-man operation is managing to provide great customer service when some other shops can't even answer their phones. It is owner Shannon who returns calls the same day, wedging that in between service calls (mobile unit involved, long distances traveled). He delivers exactly what he says, and it's all done politely, efficiently, and neatly. My job involved a shattered side window, and his price was far lower than the national-type companies. I consider myself very lucky to have found this business. read more

I highly recommend using All Star Auto Glass! We needed to replace the back windshield of our car quickly being a one-car-family and Shannon came to the rescue. He was incredibly professional, thorough, detail oriented, and got the job done in 24 hours from when we called. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the job is as professional as can be. You cannot ask for more or better service. Thank you Shannon! read more

I needed two windshields replaced. I was going to use a local guy here in Nelson County but they would never return my calls. So I looked on Yelp and found these guys. They promptly returned my phone call and gave a price and scheduled the appointment. I live in the mountains off a gravel road and they arrived as promised. They were very efficient and had both windshields replaced in no time. They did an excellent job. Many thanks read more

I needed a new windshield for my F-150 and wanted one at a fair price. I was paying for the replacement out of pocket due to a high insurance deductible. I called two of the typical commercial repair facilities I see on TV commercials and they wanted over $400; this was not even for the Ford logo windshield. I emailed All-Star Auto Glass and was provided a quote within 20 minutes on a weekend. All-Star Auto Glass' price was half of the others and they arrived early to complete the work. Since there were two technicians, they had the work done in 25 minutes. Great service and I like the new windshield better than the original factory one. If you need a windshield replaced. I strongly recommend giving All-Star Auto Glass a call. read more

I would definitely recommend All-Star Auto Glass. When we called, we had to leave a message, but our call was returned within minutes and an appointment was made for service in less than 48 hours. They arrived at the scheduled time, even called ahead to give us a heads up. In less than 30 minutes, we had a new windshield installed, right in our own driveway. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable . They were happy to let us watch and explained what they were doing. Price-wise, they were $100 less than the quote we got from the big chain company here in Charlottesville. Call these guys, you won't regret it. read more

Did a great job fast, efficient, came to my home, and the quote to replace the window was fair unlike the other glass replacement company that advertises on TV, where their quote was almost double plus $50 more if they had to come to my location. Window looks great like it had never been replaced. read more

After calling 3 other places and getting a quote, and pressure to book an appointment, I called All Star. Shannon was wonderful...and at less than half the other guys. We made an appointment for my home in town. That morning I was called in to work, all the way up Garth Rd. I called to see if they wanted to change the day. Shannon said that was no problem to come all that way they'd get it done for me and be over shortly. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up and did a great job. As a senior it's not always easy to get great service. I was so pleased. What great people to work with!! read more
