This company will be the only company I call in the future when I need my home cleaned. My home was left in very bad condition from previous tenants. Tonya and her team were very detailed oriented in squaring everything away to include polishing the wood floors, cleaning behind the refrigerator, and doing an exceptional job on the bathrooms. Tonya even cleaned some areas that were outside of scope, but she saw it needed attention and took care of it anyway. Where do I start?? Chappelle's Cleaning Service was excellent. From the moment I called I was greeted with professionalism and outstanding customer service. They were very accommodating to my cleaning needs and my schedule and EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE. Tonya and her team arrived to my home ON TIME and got to work immediately. My house was a mess and they did not judge me. She assured me that she was here to help. My home is 4k sq. Ft and had never been professionally cleaned before. THEY WERE DONE IN 2 Hours. My kitchen sparkled like it never has before. She paid special attention to the details, especially in my kids room. I'm a cluts and have coins and dollar bills spread everywhere. Needless to say, everything was accounted for when they left. Me and my husband loved them so much, we decided to give them our cleaning contract. She will be cleaning my home monthly, and will be able to accommodate if we need an extra cleaning or two during the month. She also has organic products if you have pets or infants. Highly recommended cleaning service - when things didn't go well, Tanya acted quickly and made things right. Ive never had my home cleaned by anyone before so this was my first experience. The first crew did not do a very good job. At first glance, I though things were cleaned until I noticed some obvious things that just were not cleaned (dusty tables, crumbs on the stove top, unclean mirrors etc.) I contacted Tanya and she brought a new crew. They all were so wonderful, they paid careful attention to detail, and did an excellent job cleaning my home. They really went above and beyond. Tanya came over personally and assisted with the recleaning. She was really patient and understanding and genuinely wanted to make things right. I decided to use Chappell's Cleaning because of the great reviews. Tonya cleaned my home and started off doing a decent job, however, things quickly went south after a "botched" cleaning that was a nightmare. Tonya originally offered a discount but then gradually started to backtrack and not take responsibility for the very poor work that her staff did at my house, even after pictures of the floors were sent to her. I was looking forward to working with Tonya on several other jobs and I'm very disappointed about the manner in which this was handled. Chappell's Cleaning seemingly does a good job for one time cleaning, but the service falls drastically once Tonya and her company gets comfortable, hence there is no consistency with the quality of work. As a Realtor, it is very important that the property shows beautifully -- some of the properties are very rough when people move out.
