I sent her the pictures I took after the maid left. Conversed with the owner Katie again and we agreed that it wasn't finished and she missed things she was supposed to clean. Prior to scheduling, I check their options online, I called and spoke with Lekia because I had some questions about their services and I wanted to make sure I was selecting the correct one. This is for a condo (rental unit/lock box for key on site) where previous tenants had made a huge mess. I wanted the cleaning company to clean under the washer/dryer, refrigerator and stove. I explained that there was quite a lot of work to do. I noticed they had two options, Deep Cleaning and Move Out. So my questions where, do you clean under the appliances and which service should I select to make sure I maximize my results, if both services are required, I'm ok with that as well. Lekia informed that only one service was required, Move out. This was to allow for everything to be done. I went back online booked my service and provided tip. The service was not available until Wednesday I believe but I included a note requesting for earlier cleaning if available. I received an email confirmation, they moved it to Monday. So far costumer service was ok. I get a call on Monday, letting me know that the cleaning was done but that they had left the key in the unit by accident. They asked if a copy was available, if not, they offered to replace the lock. Which was the right thing to do, except my rental management company was on their way to show the unit. So this was a problem. I told them, my mother who stays 5 mins away has a key and I needed that key to be back in the lock box within the next 15 minutes. I didn't anything for the next 20 minutes so I assumed the key was placed back. WRONG! I get a call from my rental management company looking for the key. They had to wait for Lekia to come back and open the door with the extra key. These should've being a warning for me. In the afternoon I get a call from my rental management asking me to go check the unit because it didn't look like it was clean. I stop by on Wednesday and yes, they didn't do a very job at all. I send them an email, Lekia called and as I was explaining my frustration, she started speaking over me, cutting me off, raising her voice, and decided to blame the management company. I told her that I couldn't continue and to please send me an email with her explanation, she did. I'm going to try to include copies of our email exchange but I think Yelp limits the amount of pictures. We exchanged several emails, my last one was requesting to be contacted by the owner and/or manager. I'm still waiting to heard back. I will include this review in Google Review as well.

They sent two very friendly and polite cleaners for the job. They came on a Sunday which was also very helpful for me, even tho their website says they aren't open Sunday. After their services, I can't see the stain at all and both rooms I requested to be cleaned are spotless! The cleaners checked with me each time to be sure I was satisfied with how things were looking before moving on with the next task. Winonna was the receptionist I spoke to while making the booking. Unfortunately, the cleaning was incomplete, and we were also disappointed by the communication and professionalism during the service. After we posted our original review, the company publicly acknowledged our concerns, apologized, and promised us a full $280 refund. They also offered a complimentary re-clean, which we declined because we had already cleaned the apartment ourselves. We accepted the promised refund in good faith. The company had already cashed our $280 check for the cleaning service. We could have placed a stop payment on the check, but we trusted the company's written commitment that they would issue a full refund. Unfortunately, the refund was never issued. We have followed up multiple times by phone and email, but the company has ignored our calls and stopped responding to our emails. What is especially disappointing is that the company publicly acknowledged the problem and made a clear promise to refund our money, but then stopped communicating with us after receiving and cashing our payment. We are still waiting for the $280 refund that was promised to us. We simply expect the company to honor its written commitment and return the money they agreed to refund. I am sharing this update so other customers can make an informed decision. If the refund is eventually received, I will update this review accordingly.

They were not. Then the cleaning staff lied and said they did clean the attic they did not. Instructions were given on where the key would be and where to place it, those directions didn't get followed and then they said I didn't give them key instructions. The basement wasn't cleaned due to them being worried about the dog. They claimed they couldn't find the light switch. The light switch is at the top of the steps and there's another set at the bottom. Dog was secured in the crate the entire time. Not once did anyone call and ask about the light switch, they didn't ask if it was safe to go downstairs and instead of just saying they messed up, they wanted to argue. In addition to that, there is a light right at the basement door before you open it, had they turns it on, they would've seen the switch ‍. My gut tells me they forgot or kissy didn't want to do it. It's terrible service, they did a very basic job and I do not recommend ever. ‍

On a friend's recommended, I called Chase Cleaning Service. When I called to make the appointment, I gave clear directions on what I wanted done, which included getting the carpet cleaned as well. The man I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and gave me a very reasonable price estimate and a time frame for when they would arrive. I asked for them to call me when they are on their way, just in case. They arrived on time, but they still called as I had requested. In terms of the cleaning, I have never seen my apartment this clean! They were able to remove all the stubborn stains from my stove that were even there when I moved in. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
