Fantastic local business -- honest, meticulous, and genuinely helpful!…read moreI called to have my dryer vent cleaned because the dryer had stopped working and was displaying a "clean filter" warning, even though I routinely clean the filter. Mike came out and was fantastic from the moment he arrived. He was incredibly respectful of my home--he took his shoes off before coming inside without me asking, was extremely careful about my personal space, and vacuumed everything up afterward, leaving the area cleaner than he found it. He was also just a genuinely pleasant person to deal with. But what impressed me most was that the dryer vent was only part of the issue. Rather than simply doing the job I had called for and leaving, Mike took the time to try to figure out what was behind the dryer warning disabling the machine. My dryer is now operating, and I avoided an appliance repair service call, along with the aggravation, time, and expense associated with it. That kind of honesty and problem-solving is hard to find. I will absolutely be calling Amazon Air Duct for whole-house air duct cleaning this fall. HIGHLY recommend!

I was highly impressed with the ease of setting up an appointment, and the price was very fair and reasonable! My service technician Alex Quintero was very exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and he arrived early (how about that)!!! I was impressed his attention to detail and taking his time to do the job right, (not just rushing through it). It was very refreshing. Alex also recommended some fixes with the dryer and sealing the duct to reduce future debris. He worked for 3 hours, and did not pause for a minute. Thank you Alex and Lowe's for the wonderful service!

I really needed my dryer vent cleaned - the dryer was taking two full cycles to dry a load of laundry, so I called Lowe's and they fit me in the very next afternoon. They sent Alex to my house, and he was right on time. Friendly, informative, Alex got right down to business cleaning my very clogged vent. He also showed me pictures of the inside of the duct connecting the vent to the outside of my house, and he speculated that the last company to "clean" the vent broke the duct (he showed me the defect before he began the task of cleaning the vent/duct. I could hear the huge amounts of debris being sucked into Alex's shopvac. He was conscientious about not wearing shoes in the house, cleaning up any bits and pieces in my laundry room, and was just sincerely pleasant and kind. The level of customer service I got from Alex was so refreshing - it was the kind of interaction you hope for every time you need to rely on a professional to perform a task you simply cannot complete yourself. The big reveal: after Alex finished the job and left, I did a load of laundry. And for the first time in MONTHS, the clothes were dry after ONE DRYING CYCLE! SUCCESS!!! I give my full-throated recommendation for Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. Alex was terrific. Stop your search - hire this company.
