He responded quickly and asked if we wanted the carpets cleaned on the same day. I said it was up to him and he said sure. The quoted price was very affordable, for the job he did he should have charged more! When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. We have cream colored carpeting so the stairs showed a noticeable track in the middle that was darker than the rest of the stair. He worked non-stop and when he was finished the stairs were all the same color, the rest of the second floor looked spectacular and most importantly and a completely surprising the ground floor room carpeting looked great - WOW, I am not sure how he did it but we are completely satisfied. THANK YOU.

First off, scheduling the appointment was easy! They got back to me really quickly and were able to fit me in the very next business day, which was awesome! (Over Labor Day weekend and came that Tuesday). Their communication throughout the scheduling and day of arrival was amazing! Second, the pricing was fantastic! It was very affordable compared to a few other places I had checked out. Third, I really appreciated how the dad tried to save me some money by suggesting I could use my laundry to clean the couch myself. I loved his honesty! But in the end, I decided to go with their professional service because I am lazy and it was already apart of plans! Fourth, their service was wonderful! The couch had some stains on one side, but after they worked their magic, several areas now have way fewer stains or even have no stains! I would definitely use their services again!

Elmer and his wife came out to my condo a handful of times to clean and did a nice job for a…read morecompetitive price. Why is my review 1 star? A lack of reliability/communication and ethics. Most of the cleanings had to be rescheduled last minute due to an undisclosed emergency. As long as there was communication, this is something I could live with. My final straw was a couple weeks ago - I had a cleaning scheduled which I confirmed less than 24 hours before. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event). Stayed up half the night doing the cleaning myself. A few days later, I texted Elmer to see if he was okay and no response. Then I used my wife's phone to send a text and got an immediate response. I have all the text chains saved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this provider.
