I was very happy with his professionalism, attention to detail, work ethic, and overall desire to provide great service, which can be hard to find these days. After doing the deep clean in the family room, there was still a stubborn stain that did not come out, so he went back over it again to get it out. He did not rush the job, but took his time to make sure I was happy with the work. He lived up to his motto of "I treat yours like it's mine." I even bought him dinner while he was cleaning because I saw how hard he was working. His prices were VERY fair, especially for the quality of the work. In fact, several months ago, I got quotes from several carpet cleaners in the area to clean my old house. DeJuan had some of the best prices, but he was booked solid during the time I needed him. So I went with another company. When I compare that company's work and prices with what DeJuan provided, DeJuan wins hands down. Beyond the service he provided, which was top notch, it's always great to see young men working hard at their craft to become the best versions of themselves. I'm over a week late, but I just wanted to give a big shout out to Dejuan's Cleaning Services LLC for cleaning our carpet. I called him on August 25th needing our carpets cleaned very quickly, but he didn't have an opening until early September. I explained we needed it done earlier, so he asked about our timeline and then asked if he could call me back when he was finished with his job to see if he could get us in sooner. When he called me later that day he confirmed he was able to get us on his schedule on August 26th, the next day! He arrived on time, was respectful of our home and followed all COVID rules, recommended the deep cleaning to address some of the stains in our carpet, gave us a very reasonable quote and then got busy working. Pictures don't do it justice, but our carpets look as new as when they were installed 3 years ago! He was able to get the stubborn stains out in our basement carpet and the carpet on our first set of stairs which both experience the most foot traffic. I feel like a new person with this carpet cleaning. My carpet literally looks like the day I moved in. And I wasn't even expecting this level of cleanliness. I would've expected average, and this company went above, and beyond what I could hope for for my carpet. I had pet stains, mostly in a few liquid stains. Somewhere new somewhere old and I had new puppy potty stains as well. I am completely floored at the incredible level at which this carpet has been cleaned. This carpet cleaning was one the best and most thorough cleaning my carpet has ever received. DeJuan was very prompt and respectful of my time snd my home.
