Hire DeJuan's Cleaning Services. You won't be disappointed. I recently purchased a new home, and hired DeJuan to clean the carpets in the entire house before we moved in. He performed a deep cleaning in the main family room and light cleaning throughout the rest of the house. He arrived a little later than scheduled, but he updated me ahead of time to let me know he was running late, and he stayed and worked into the night to finish the job. I was very happy with his professionalism, attention to detail, work ethic, and overall desire to provide great service, which can be hard to find these days. After doing the deep clean in the family room, there was still a stubborn stain that did not come out, so he went back over it again to get it out. He did not rush the job, but took his time to make sure I was happy with the work. He lived up to his motto of "I treat yours like it's mine." I even bought him dinner while he was cleaning because I saw how hard he was working. His prices were VERY fair, especially for the quality of the work. In fact, several months ago, I got quotes from several carpet cleaners in the area to clean my old house. DeJuan had some of the best prices, but he was booked solid during the time I needed him. So I went with another company. When I compare that company's work and prices with what DeJuan provided, DeJuan wins hands down. Beyond the service he provided, which was top notch, it's always great to see young men working hard at their craft to become the best versions of themselves. I don't know DeJuan personally, but for some reason I felt proud of the young man, and I want him to succeed. So I plan to hire him probably once a year to do a light cleaning and keep the carpets fresh. If you're in need of carpet cleaning services, definitely hire DeJuan's Cleaning Services. read more

I'm over a week late, but I just wanted to give a big shout out to Dejuan's Cleaning Services LLC for cleaning our carpet. I called him on August 25th needing our carpets cleaned very quickly, but he didn't have an opening until early September. I explained we needed it done earlier, so he asked about our timeline and then asked if he could call me back when he was finished with his job to see if he could get us in sooner. When he called me later that day he confirmed he was able to get us on his schedule on August 26th, the next day! He arrived on time, was respectful of our home and followed all COVID rules, recommended the deep cleaning to address some of the stains in our carpet, gave us a very reasonable quote and then got busy working. Pictures don't do it justice, but our carpets look as new as when they were installed 3 years ago! He was able to get the stubborn stains out in our basement carpet and the carpet on our first set of stairs which both experience the most foot traffic. In fact, we were so happy we decided to get a quote for the carpet in the upper levels of our home for the future, and that price was also extremely reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about doing business with him. Easy no contact payment, very thorough work, and I will absolutely use him again for our future carpet cleaning needs! If you need your carpets cleaned, definitely reach out to DeJuan! read more

I used YELP to search for carpet cleaning services. After reading several reviews, I came across DeJuan's Carpet Cleaning Services which has several positive reviews. I called DeJuan to schedule an appointment based upon the reviews. DeJuan arrived as scheduled and we immediately surveyed my home to determine the required level of service. DeJuan recommended a mix of standard cleaning and deep cleaning, indicating how I could save money, but leaving the final decisions to me. Once I confirmed the services that I wanted, DeJuan started working immediately. As he finished each area, DeJuan allowed me to review the cleaning and provide comments. DeJuan did an excellent job, especially on the removal of the indentations of heavy furniture as well as the "edge burn" on each stair! The carpet looks great throughout my home thanks to DeJuan. DeJuan is very courteous and professional and believes in listening to the concerns and wishes of his customer. I highly recommend Dejuan for all of your cleaning requirements. I needed carpet cleaning, but DeJaun offers a wide range of services like auto and upholstery. Call DeJuan for a caring, courteous, and respectful professional. read more

I have been putting off having my carpet cleaned for awhile. Primarily because I didn't want to spend the time searching for a company and worrying about whether they'd give me a fair price or a good job. Well I feel like I hit the jackpot in discovering Dejuan's Cleaning Services, LLC. He came highly recommended by a good friend. I was greatly impressed from our first conversation of me explaining what I needed done to the day he showed up and completed the job. Since relocating to this area, I've had my fair share of bad customer service from big and small businesses, but Dejuan went through great lengths to ensure that he'd provide top-notch service. He was professional, punctual, and fair in his pricing. I greatly appreciated him taking the time to explain the treatment process. He made recommendations without being pushy to try and sell me additional services. I greatly recommend his services for anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned and restored like new. I'm so happy with the job that I don't want to walk on the carpet. Dejuan keep up the great work. read more

I feel like a new person with this carpet cleaning. My carpet literally looks like the day I moved in. And I wasn't even expecting this level of cleanliness. I would've expected average, and this company went above, and beyond what I could hope for for my carpet. I had pet stains, mostly in a few liquid stains. Somewhere new somewhere old and I had new puppy potty stains as well. I am completely floored at the incredible level at which this carpet has been cleaned. In addition, I was offered a last-minute spot on his calendar instead of waiting until the following week and I gladly took it! This company is thorough, professional, efficient, and he is a very likable person. I felt very comfortable with him, interior which is important to me. He even took time to try to comfort my dogs because of that level of noise the cleaning machine gives. I only wish I had met and found this company a year ago, but now I know! You should feel confident calling them for help. read more

Bottom line up front - DeJuan truly does INCREDIBLE work. I woke up this morning to horrible pet stains all over my living room carpet. I needed quick, great service, and DeJuan more than delivered. He fit me into his busy day, was more than reasonable, and was incredibly pleasant and professional to work with. The work he does is tremendous. I thought for sure there would be residual stains because of how bad they were, but he got them all out and the carpet looks brand new. No one could have done better. I will be using DeJuan for any cleaning services I need in the future, hands down. Thank you so so much DeJuan!! read more

After searching on the internet, I came across DeJuan's Cleaning Services and based on his reviews and carpet cleaning visuals, I decided to give him a try. Upon arrival, DeJuan exemplified a serious and business-like attitude toward his work. He was always professional and courteous in his communications with me as householder. I really appreciate his "get-to-work" disposition. It's one of my work traits and I appreciate experiencing this work characteristic in others. That being said, DeJuan was expedient and diligent in getting the carpets cleaned and sanitized. As a result, I was very pleased. Thank you DeJuan, read more

I do not hand out excellent reviews unless they are deserved and this one is. We've only been in our home for a few years but we have 4 young children so our carpets get a lot of traffic, spills, etc. you name it! After seeing a lot of positive reviews for DeJuan's Cleaning Service from my neighbors on Next Door, we inquired about his services and immediately booked an appointment. He is very professional, reasonably priced, and did an exceptional job on our carpets! They look brand new. Highly recommend his services! read more

We have an area rug that was in a basement for a long time. We thought vacuuming was doing the job. Upon moving out, we realized that it contained years of dust. We placed it in the garage and started calling places that clean rugs. Some prices were too high and the reviews were mediocre. Two months later we found DeJuan's Cleaning Service. He was reasonable and his work superseded my expectations. If I could give him a million stars I would. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him. read more

DeJuan provides a great service and is completely professional. He did a wonderful job on cleaning my carpets.
