He responded quickly and asked if we wanted the carpets cleaned on the same day. I said it was up to him and he said sure. The quoted price was very affordable, for the job he did he should have charged more! When he showed up to the house we needed the entire second floor, stairs and a single room on the ground floor that we were planning to replace the carpeting due to the number of stains. We have cream colored carpeting so the stairs showed a noticeable track in the middle that was darker than the rest of the stair. He worked non-stop and when he was finished the stairs were all the same color, the rest of the second floor looked spectacular and most importantly and a completely surprising the ground floor room carpeting looked great - WOW, I am not sure how he did it but we are completely satisfied. THANK YOU.

First off, scheduling the appointment was easy! They got back to me really quickly and were able to fit me in the very next business day, which was awesome! (Over Labor Day weekend and came that Tuesday). Their communication throughout the scheduling and day of arrival was amazing! Second, the pricing was fantastic! It was very affordable compared to a few other places I had checked out. Third, I really appreciated how the dad tried to save me some money by suggesting I could use my laundry to clean the couch myself. I loved his honesty! But in the end, I decided to go with their professional service because I am lazy and it was already apart of plans! Fourth, their service was wonderful! The couch had some stains on one side, but after they worked their magic, several areas now have way fewer stains or even have no stains! I would definitely use their services again!

Cost was not cheap ( $735) but not sure how that would compare to something comparable in terms of quality. I certainly would recommend for a job done well and professionally ( very experienced). I would have wished to know this in advance.

It was obvious he wasn't interested in simply getting the job done; he was determined to restore my carpets the right way. After quite a while, he called me over to take a look, and I honestly couldn't believe the transformation. My carpets looked beautifully clean. I couldn't believe my eyes--the once-dirty stairs looked amazing. The transformation was remarkable. He delivered exactly what he promised. I was so pleased with the results that I paid him more than his quoted price. That's how impressed I was with both the quality of his work and his professionalism. Cedric is personable, professional, hardworking, and, most importantly, he truly knows what he's doing. I dare say OMA has been one of the BEST company I have hired. Professional, affordable and the owner, Mike Akins, is friendly, honest and professional. Then Mike surprised me and went over and above the space that we had previously agreed on! Amazing work ethics! And now that basement carpet looks like new and no longer smells, and there are those hallmark clean carpet streak marks all over. Thank you, Mike! You will have a repeat customer in me for all my carpet shampooing needs. P.S. But don't buy the Yelp voucher as Mike said they have been trying to take that off their listing for a long time, to no avail. In other words, OMA does not honor that Yelp voucher.
