This company is a fraud...run away!…read more Working with Julian (the POC for the project from the VIP restoration side) was a-okay experience but the whole process was so daunting and here is why: 1. Poor quality contractors (multiples of unskilled contractors come and go to finish one task) 2. Poor quality products/materials (we paid for an upgrade but all products installed seem to be downgrade from what we had originally) 3. Poor project management and communication skills - that led to slip in schedule, budget and time of the project. 4. A lot of cracks, poor painting jobs, unmatched paint colors, breaking/cracking working doors, rework of installations due to poor measurements done in the beginning and unfinished work at the end of the project. 5. Almost a year now since we went through this process, the cabinets (supposedly upgraded from what we originally had) are falling apart already. The fake wood is peeling. Just for comparison purposes, the old cabinet we had for over 15 years was as sturdy and quality till the day they removed and installed the so-called upgraded white cabinets. 6. The new sink/water faucet they installed is leaking and has damaged the hardwood floor they installed just at about the year mark. Now we are looking at molded kitchen floor and a need to replace the "new" faucet they installed. 7. The value of our house will actually be affected by the shitty kitchen upgrade project they did. Lessons learned: 1. Make sure to decouple the material purchase from who installs it. If possible, provide the materials and paintings yourself. 2. Have all your expectations in writing and get signature from both parties. 3. Have pictures taken before the restoration work is began. 4. Compare prices and read reviews before you give your project to any company 5. Don't sign the final paper if you are not satisfied with the work. Instead talk to your insurance about your dissatisfaction. Very unfortunate experience on our end but we highly recommend you not to fall for their scheme.
