These ladies were AMAZING and had reasonable pricing too! My parents have not had a deep cleaning done for our house since we moved in. For Christmas this year, I decided to have a once over deep cleaning of the house. I reached out to Lisa and was able to explained what I wanted done and by when. We were able to schedule something right then over the phone. When the cleaning crew came it was a group of 3 ladies. I explained what I wanted completed and also emphasized that we have a religious alter (we're Buddhist) that we absolutely did not want touched but wanted the room cleaned. They followed the instructions to the tee. The ladies started from the top and worked their way down and was done after 3.5 hours. Our house is around 4,000 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a furnished basement. Within those 3.5 hours they were able to clean all the bedrooms, bathrooms, windows in the house, vacuum, sweep the floor, dust all cow webs, and even clean out oven/stove top. I was really impressed with the quality of work. There wasn't a spot that they missed. They only thing I will say about the company is that it can sometimes be hard to reach Lisa however, that was made up with the quality of their work and the customer service they provide. It was nice that Lisa sent a confirmation of the cleaning the evening before and even offered the option to text me when her crew was on the way. No service for long term loyal customers We have been a client for LMC cleaning for over 10 years. Maybe one of the original customers. Prior to going on a long vacation, we told Ms. Calix, the owner of LMC cleaning, of our vacation dates and the need for cleaning services to resume upon our return. At the last cleaning, LMC cleaning left a card that stated "Will contact @ next date." When we returned, we sent an email for our next cleaning date; without hearing back from the company, we contacted the Ms. Calix again. Ms. Calix emailed us that she was short staffed, and she said she could offer us Saturday. So, we left out the cleaning products and the check for the next Saturday. No one showed up. We called and left a message. The answering phone stated if you want a cleaning, sign up on the website. This is ironic, considering that Ms. Calix had told us that LMC did not have any openings. Not hearing back from the phone call, I sent another email to which we received the response: "I will be in touch about a cleaning day and will let you know if I'm able to get you on the schedule." Almost two weeks since I sent the email, I sent another email asking when they would provide us with a date. I also called. Instead of picking up the phone and talking with us as is the norm when we make phone calls to LMC Cleaning, Ms. Calix sent an email stating, as "as I told you before." Yes, she told us that she would provide us with a cleaning date but didn't. Now, she only offered to put us on a waiting list after two weeks in case someone cancels or she was trying to get us with another cleaning organization, but there were no openings. Fortunately, with a few easy phone calls we found multiple, other companies that had openings that are also bonded and insured, and we found one that charges less for cleaning and happy to take us as a client. We should have seen the warning signs. Being retired, we are taking more trips. We provided the dates to Ms. Calix on when we would not be home. She took us off the schedule and didn't even have the courtesy to tell us. Maybe we did something wrong. Possibly, not paying LMC the current cleaning rates, even though Ms. Calix raised the rates for us, we understood and agreed to pay the higher rate. Even so, Ms. Calix reminded us that we were paying less than other clients. Possibly, that our Christmas bonus was not enough, or we did not give enough items to her employees, or the candy and other treats my wife left for the cleaning staff. I am not sure why LMC cleaning treats long-term customers in this manner. I suspect that despite our long-term customer relationship, she is making her decisions solely on business. From what I have heard, Ms. Calix was expanding her business and opened an office. If this is the case, she could not provide the service to long-term, reliable clients You decide if you want to use this service. If not, know that there are multiple, other companies that are also bonded and insured and would gladly appreciate your business. read more

LMC is amazing! I found them through my neighbor and was beyond pleasantly surprised!!! They are professional, curious and reasonably priced. They are also very good to their staff. They leave reminder cards, call in advance and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! The best part is my house is always spotless when they have left. I have to admit, I consider myself to be very picky and a bit of a neat freak. This was by far the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. If you have kids do not use this service. I had four people come to my house to "clean". One being the owner Lisa. I have videos and pictures of how my house was left. Toys were shoved and stacked so high in my sons closet. There were close and toys under my daughter's bed. It took me longer to fix what they did then if I would have just cleaned it myself. I have hardwood floors and they didn't move any furniture when they cleaned the floors, so you can image how it looked when we moved the table in out living room. When we called Lisa to get this matter resolved she told me, "They don't do toys".. So when I did the walk through on my house and what I wanted done why was this not explained to me that they do not put "do toys? I would have had them leave right then. Her comment to that was that there were four people there and she only charged me for three. My response to that was that none of the other three women spoke any English. She was there to simply interpret what I wanted to the ladies. She didn't offer any type of resolution. So now I have had to file a claim in small claims court just to get my money back when I would have been happy with them just coming back and making things right. Its so sad when a company will not make their wrong right. Her stating they don't do toys tells me right there she knew I was going to be upset with the outcome of the job. How can you accept the walk thru that we went over agree to it and then tell me after you get paid you don't do what was asked. POUR BUSINESS!!! I went through numerous cleaning companies over the past few years, and have never been satisfied. I am a former Marine and I actually briefly worked for a cleaning company years ago. Needless to say, I have pretty high standards when it comes to how my home is cleaned. LMC goes above and beyond every single time, and I have been using their services for almost a year now, a record! 1) With other companies, I had set up biweekly cleanings. After LMC's first cleaning, the house was still so clean after two weeks I changed to monthly cleanings. That is how thorough they are. 2) I have an 11-year old son, so you can imagine what his room looks like. A mini-LEGOLAND. I asked the cleaners to just feather dust and vacuum, nobody should have to navigate through the Legos, lol. Still, every month I come home and the Legos are organized, the furniture is dusted, the bed is made beautifully, etc. 3) The little touches make a huge difference. The throw blankets on the couch will be folded in a cute design and the paper towels and toilet paper are folded intricately. Also, and this is huge for me, everything is put back into its proper place after being cleaned. I can't tell you how crazy it would make me to find all of my stuff just moved around willy-nilly. They really put care and attention into their job, and it shows. So, long story short, if you're looking for a cleaning company- Call Lisa! Used them for a move out cleaning for my single family rental. We had been in the home for a year and we had several people help us move so the house was pretty dirty from tracking in dirt. Our landlords were also being sticklers about everything. I was nervous because we were moving out of state and I couldn't view the house after it was cleaned. I found LMC Cleaning Services through Living Social and I scheduled them to clean my house last week. When I arrived home late that evening, I almost dropped to my knees and shed tears of joy. No joke. They cleaned EVERYTHING. I have a dog and a cat and I'm not the neatest person in the world, so they had a major chore on their hands from the get-go. I even kept the basement door closed assuming they wouldn't clean it (nor expecting them to because that's where I stashed all of my junk), and not only did they clean my basement, but they cleaned the laundry room too! They even put clean sheets on my bed! I have booked them for a once-a-month cleaning (all my budget permits at this point), but I would highly recommend them to ANYONE and I hope to be able to afford the bi-weekly cleaning at some point in the future. I am so happy when I open the door and see the LMC cleaning employees! They are very thorough, meticulous even. I was amazed the first time they cleaned my house, the owner was with the crew and she even cleaned inside the under-side of my garbage disposal rim with a brush..I never even thought of cleaning there! My gas rangetop was so spotless, I was amazed. Lisa (owner) listened to all my housekeeping concerns and addressed each one. For example, I was worried about bedbugs being dragged in from other houses. She let me know they use clean rags for each house, and they change the vacuum cleaner bag between houses. They use animal and kid friendly cleaning products. The whole team is very quick, and respectful of requests (like don't go in this room at all, etc.) I am really picky and particular about my house cleaning, and LMC has never disappointed me! I really can't say enough about them. I have been through several cleaning services, and none were anywhere near as professional and thorough as LMC. I have only had one cleaning done by LMC. The cleaning was quick, yet thorough. The ladies dusted everywhere, from fans to baseboards, and even washed my dishes! They made it a point in asking me if I was satisfied and asked that I inspect the house before they left. I have only been using LMC for a few months & I love them! I was with another local cleaning for 5 years and at first they were very good & the owners husband would tell the Hispanic girls what I needed done & he would check to make sure it was done. After the third year they didn't seem to care if I was happy & only 1 girl or 2 would come and they couldn't speak English. That was hard enough to deal with then they didn't come the same time or day I requested & that was not all- they broke things & didn't even say anything but I noticed when they left. LMC is very much the opposite of my last cleaners. Lisa comes to the jobs with her crews & finds out what needs done & conveys this in Spanish to her girls! Lisa even gives you a reminder card & phone call before each visit. I have decided to cancel the cleaning of our home. I had a fairly frank conversation with the owner when I hired her. The conversation pertained to my previous cleaning company regarding an incident with my stove top and the previous cleaning service that denied any liability because his team never told him and did not text him a photo of the damage. Lisa was very reassuring about her team and the fact they are a smaller service, better attention etc. Well, I suppose that the nature of the business is denial of damages puts the onus on the homeowner to prove loss and the cleaning service dusts their hands together saying, "Not my problem". I have a broken artifact in my dining room and the chip was left on my buffet and her team never mentioned it to her or me. I have also discovered a snapped crystal on a lamp in the master bedroom, again no mention of either damage. Then the cleaning of an $8000 sculpture caused it to fall and break. The loss of the sculpture is unbearable and was caused by sloppy and improper cleaning. I should not have to walk through my home and identify the value of articles in and about in order to have the cleaning crew treat them any differently than a Pier One article. All articles should be treated with the utmost care. Nor should I have to remove valuable artwork from the walls every two weeks when the crew comes to clean. If that were the case, I would have no artwork or articles on display in my home. I wish the valuables in my home were as important to her crew as they are to us. So, please know that the cleaning crew is supposed to take a picture of anything they break and text to the owner. What a joke. They do not and then when an owner calls about damages the "well they didn't send a photo" conversation starts. What scam. I need to start a business whereby I can enter someone's home to clean it, damage and destroy and say...well they never sent me a photo. read more

I've been using LMC since 2009. I get a monthly service and I'm never dissappointed. I love coming home to a clean house that smells and looks great. It always smells like fresh lemon. I'm not very good at cleaning up after myself and don't have a lot of time to do it anyway so having a cleaning service is awesome.
