They also said this experience was a one-off, and based on all the reviews I've seen, I will take them at their word. While my cleaning experience with them was poor, I can appreciate how hard they've worked to make things right. I didn't want or need a full refund, but I'm glad they decided to do the right thing and give that to me. It speaks to the character of the business. While I cannot give their cleaning services anything more than a 1/5 stars, I will say their customer service and response have been 5/5. Truly exemplary. Thank you Ryan, for your customer care. When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Our full move-out clean for a 2 bedroom apartment was $250, with an additional $32 for four window sills/tracks. Considering the amount of work involved, we thought the pricing was extremely reasonable. The cleaning itself was excellent. For our move-out clean we had a detailed checklist that included inside the oven, refrigerator/freezer, cabinets and drawers, degreasing the kitchen, deep bathroom cleaning, vents, baseboards, floors, and pet hair cleanup, and everything was handled thoroughly. Our landlord appreciated how we left the place thanks to Kenia! We really appreciated how accommodating and easy to work with Kenia was throughout a stressful moving process. Long story short when she arrived at the studio with two of her helpers I told her I didn't think 175 was enough for a job and I was gonna pay 200 as that seemed fairer. When they were done about an hour and a half later she asked me to come check it. I went by and everything seemed fine however I failed to check carefully. . Only after they left and I was gonna go take some pictures for a listing did I realize they hadn't touched the refrigerator. It was full of food from the previous tenant and food in the freezer as well. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that they didn't even open because it had dirty towels in and some stuff on the shelves. It's just really strange. Anyway, I ended up cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer myself. I then ran a vacuum over the rugs and ended up with a complete container of dog hair and dirt so they definitely need a better vacuum. I really wanted to like them and give them a good review. However, I don't think they will improve on their shortcomings unless they are made aware. The last thing is the communication is a major issue.
