The email and text reminders were well worth the time in lieu of life happening and schedules possibly changing. They even provided a link to track the crew so you would know how close they were to the house; always a plus. Next, when they came in, they accessed what needed to be cleaned and executed the tasks at hand with care and thoroughness. They were in and out at the appointed time with a job well done. I certainly will use them again. I had my mother's house cleaned and the price was competitive.

I was told there would but be enough time for the organizing portion, but was still charged despite not receiving the service. I have called back several times to reschedule the organizing session. I sent an email on Friday that bounced back. I am very disappointed and at this point want a refund for the service I did not receive but can't even get ahold of someone to process it.

Most of the cleanings had to be rescheduled last minute due to an undisclosed emergency. As long as there was communication, this is something I could live with. My final straw was a couple weeks ago - I had a cleaning scheduled which I confirmed less than 24 hours before. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event). Stayed up half the night doing the cleaning myself. A few days later, I texted Elmer to see if he was okay and no response. Then I used my wife's phone to send a text and got an immediate response. I have all the text chains saved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this provider.

They had a relative / friend post a star review. Isn't this odd. Their friend location is in South Carolina. The company responded I had a 4 bedroom house, yet they only "cleaned" (loosely saying the word "cleaned") 2. They arrived a 1:30pm and 3:00pm on the dot. As they were walking out I said did you clean this vinyl floor, the owner said yes. I replied there is no way, this looks the same. He told the lady to go get the swifter, she came in and was doing a half job for less then 5 minutes. I told them that is ok. Furthermore, I should have known they were going to be shady. Before purchasing the Groupon deal I called them and ask when I purchase the deal how soon can you come. The owner said if you purchase through us directly then we can come tomorrow, if you go through groupon it would be a few weeks to a month. I should have went with Groupon at least I would have had some accountable. Actually, I will call Groupon to inform them how this company is undercutting them and being shady.

I had never used a cleaning service before for my house. I did not know what expect. I put a request on Yelp and my request was submitted to 4 different cleaning service companies. Only 2 responded. I filled out the request at 4pm and got a response from this company immediately! They also were available to come next day, that's what I wanted. There was a guy and a girl who showed up ready to work. They took their time and did a GREAT job. A bit pricey so I could not afford s monthly cleaning but maybe once every 4 months. Kept me updated on arrival time. My first experience was good. I will use them again.

One challenge is that it isn't always the same cleaners, and the quality has been inconsistent. Some visits have been great, while others have fallen short, which has been frustrating. The biggest issue, however, has been scheduling. I want to extend grace because cleaning homes is physically demanding work, and I understand that delays can happen. That said, the arrival times have consistently been several hours later than the scheduled window. If you decide to use Pilar's service, I'd recommend planning for the cleaners to arrive three or more hours after the time you're given. While we've had some positive experiences, the inconsistency in both the cleaning quality and scheduling has made it difficult to rely on the service.
