Given the fact that there's mixed reviews of this place, I can personally say my visit to this little spot was a positive one! Came with my friend as walk-ins and the ladies were all very attentive and friendly from the start. Both of our techs were very patient and accommodating although we kept changing our minds about our nail colors lol. Tracy was the nice lady that gave my nails their transformation, loved her and my nails! I walked in here with the hopes of getting a polish change. It was Friday and I decided what the hell. I'm gonna do a full mani. Lets live a little. I opened the door and BAM! I was slapped in the face with chemicals. No biggie. 20 minutes of a little chemical wasn't gonna hurt me. (I wonder how they can sit in that toxicity all day though. Open the door some. Air the place out a little.) Woman at the front station asked me what I wanted. A manicure, please. Ok, go pick color. Picked my color and she pointed to station 3. Sat down at station 3 and the nail tech went to get my bowl of water. COLD WATER. Ok, whatever. She started to push my cuticles back without any solvent. (That should have been a red flag!) She started pushing at the middle of my nail and didn't get close to the cuticle. (Can't push back without solvent!) I then told her NOT to cut my cuticles. (Cant trim cuticles without solvent!) She nodded. She then proceeded to DIG into my cuticles and starting cutting on my pinky. I pulled back and said "NO CUTTING!" I was answering a text and looked away and there she goes again! She started cutting on my ring finger! I stood up, thanked her and I walked out. I could hear all the chatter going on behind me as I was walking out. I get to my car and I catch a whif of this overwhelming stench of ONIONS. I smelled my hand and there it was. ONIONS!! I've never been SO grossed out in all my life. I wanted to barf on the spot. Then there was the question - Did she not wash her hands after the tacos she had at lunch? Did they use the soaking dish to eat lunch out of? Was the stink from the last customer and they didn't wash their tools? Guess what? I don't want to know. All I know is that I couldn't get home fast enough. My hands smelled absolutely disgusting. I will NOT be going going back to Sienna Nails and I would definitely not recommend them. Myself, along with two friends called ahead of time to schedule an mani/pedi. When we got there, we were immediately rushed the entire time. There were several drop ins while we were there and even though the place was full and employee was busy with current customers, the staff continued to accept the new business and tried to multitask more than one customer at a time. I was moved to different chairs three times while trying to get my nails done. I was also passed to two different staff members during this time as they tried to accommodate the drop ins versus myself and two friends who had booked ahead. When I finally had someone sit down to do my gel manicure, she was extremely rushed and took no time to make sure that she did a good job. My nails were done in about 5 minutes and I pushed out of my seat so that they could take new business. I ended up removing the excess nail polish myself at home, since she did not bother to touch up/clean the nail polish that was on fingers, versus my actual nails. Even though this nail place is within one mile of where I live, I will not be going back anytime soon. If you are looking for a place that does quality work, do not go to Sienna Nails. read more

Horrible customer service! The male owner was rude passed me off to his wife who was eager to get me out of the seat to work on a regular! Needless to say I will not become a regular or even be back! Asked for coffin and received stiletto shape (not much u can do to correct that) The lady did not have me wash and quickly started painting with residue from the dried powder all over my fingers! She quickly pushed me out the door n my nails were still sticky! I guess u get what you pay for as the only good thing going is the cheap price! I had my eye brows waxed here twice, but after this last visit I will never return. It's super busy during the weekend. I came on Saturday and waited 15 mins and waited another 10 mins in the little waxing room. The girl who waxed my eye brows was in the middle of a manicure and must've been in a hurry because she tore off pieces of skin from my eye lids and my upper lip. A friend of mines recommended this place. Well I called to for an appt so my hubby and I would not have to wait long, well we still waited 45min. They had me sitting n the massage chair with my feet in almost cold water the whole time making me feel like ok ur on time so we will get u started with ur feet n the tub, that's crapp and my hubby just sat there patiently. They were understaff and over booked. Why have an appt if we still have to wait 45 min b4 taking us. The atmosphere itself isn't the most comfortable n relaxing. There was much drama with a customer over services she wanted but the salon staff could not understand what she wanted, it was all crazy. The shop wasn't clean, they don't use liners n the tubs. I took my own nail set n the women refuse to use it, she only used my clippers, agrrrr....(I saw the 20/20 special about mail salon not being clean n how many folks r getting infections, scary) anyways as I looked around I saw trash where it shouldn't b. I couldn't see where they sterilize their equipment so that made me uneasy. One more thing I had read (yelp review) that their towels were dirty looking althought they maybe clean, that was so true, the towels were dingy with nail polish and just old towels. I will not b going back there again and will tell my friend to find another nail salon. Oh on a positive note the staff was nice and apologize for taking so long and my pedi and nail polish look good, as for my hubby his manicure was ok, I didn't appreciate paying $15 with no clear polish. read more

SO surprised with all the positive reviews. I have been here twice and the first time I sat and waited 45 min and had my 4 year old with me. I would have never waited if they told me it would be that long. The second time they rushed and were so unprofessional. I left paying $50 for a mani and pedi and bleeding on my hands and feet from them cutting my cuticles carelessly. I will never go back. It is small and smells really strong of chemicals and could def use a makeover as far as the interior goes. The salon is clean and the reception is fast and friendly. I called half an hour ahead for a pedicure. I was seated rapidly in a Friday around noon. However, my nail tech was more interested in talking to two other employees than focusing. I am a massage therapist and I know I am choosy about how people touch me. At one point she scrubbed my shin bone with her knuckles and I told her that hurt me. From that moment, she was jumpy. When she rubbed lotion on me in so distracted a fashion while whispering to her neighbor that she kept stopping between light/ticklish movements, I asked her to please focus on what she was doing because if she talked while touching someone, it doesn't feel good. She and her chatting partner got defensive. She did focus for a few minutes and I thanked her. Shortly thereafter she began craning her head around to watch jeopardy while she massaged my leg. Look, I know this is not a salon at the Four Seasons, but attention and care creates a good impression and repeat business, not to mention higher tips. I will not return. read more

This review is long over do...I have been going to this nail shop off and on for years. (Its right in the sprout plaza) Anyways ..all of the ladies do a great job on my pedi's always liked them. But there is a gentleman that does the acrylic nail sets. I think he the only guy that works there. I do not like his nail sets at all. He way to rough, cuts you & pulls on your fingers. Not chatty at all so it feels awkward, and when you say HEY! that hurt he just looks at you. ?? This is the second time i have had him, wont do it again. I have been to sienna nails a few times now and I have had mark as my tech and he is amazing! He takes the time to make sure the shape and color of the nails are Perfect and just how I want them. I have recently been getting manicures so that my nails are long and even for my wedding and mark came up with a GREAT idea in order for me to have beautiful long natural nails on my wedding day! I asked her to please just take it off with nail polish remover, she rolled her eyes. The place is very dirty and I will never come here again. I came here for the shear fact that it is very close to home. I do not think i would ever come back! They did a descent pedi, but totaly ruined my finger nails. I told the gal that i wanted a overlay put on them to add some length and make the nails look more polished for a special occasion. She cut my nails very short, put the over lay on top and did not bother to buff or make them look even. they were all different thinknesses, sizes and shapes! AWFUL. It looked a hot mess. I didnt have time to have her fix them bc i was running late to catch my flight. The nails all chipped and broke off within 1-2 days and now my nails are in a even worse state after they feel off. I had a great experience at Sienna. I was paired up with Mark and he was really nice, intelligent and funny. Originally, I wanted a regular manicure. Yes, boring I know... However, after seeing the gorgeous gel nails of my co-workers (and after joking around with Mark about it) I decided to get gel. I picked one style of a medium (almost cauliflower) blue because I thought it would be vibrant enough for me. Mark tried to tell me to get a royal blue but I didn't listen. As soon as we put it on one nail I was like . I decided to take his advice and try out the other blue and it was perfect! I should listen to the pros right At the end of the session I had beautiful nails and a color that I love. The team there were funny and friendly. They really enjoy what they do and it shows. I went here for a pedi after a not so great experience at my usual place. I was the only one at first but that quickly changed as the regulars started to come in. With them starting to get so busy I was expecting the tech to rush and end up with a bad job again, that wasn't the case she took her time and I got a really long massage and hot stone. I would not go back if you paid me. I think it was the manager/owner who did my acrylic nail and eyebrow wax. She rushed through doing my nails, pulling my hand this way and that. She left the tips so sharp and rough and the nails are so thick, very unnatural looking. The worse part was the eyebrow wax. The room smelled and the sheets she asked me to lie on were dirty. After addressing this she throws a small towel down. I specifically asked her to only clean up my brows not make them thin and to line up the eyebrow with the inner eye. Needless to say, she ruined my eyebrows! Being older my eyebrows do not grow back like they use to. My eyebrows are so thin and they line up with the middle of my eye, not the corner. Hey yall! this is my first Yelp review. I can't wait to write more! So let me start by saying Sienna Nails rocks! So....my sister Susan used to get her nails done by another local nail salon, as did I until today. A few weeks ago, Susan and her husband invited me for a BBQ. I noticed her super cute pedicure. I asked her if she went to the "usual" place and she said a friend of hers advised her to try Sienna Nails. So Susan continued to explain what a WONDERFUL job they did. She went into detail about all the services and options Sienna Nails provides. I have had plenty of pedicures from a number of salons in the Valley. And some have been ok, while others were just plain awful!! From massages that left me with bruises and "salt" or "sugar" rubs that left me with rashes that wouldn't heal for weeks. Not to mention, the pain that came with nail filing down to the nerves! YIKES! So, after seeing my sister's wonderful pedicure, I decided to give it try. I walked in at 5:00PM today (05.27.12). Mark asked me if I needed a pedicure right away. So he immediately prepared my chair and foot tub after asking me to choose my color. After seating myself, I promptly apologized for the condition on my toes and feet (as I try to make it somewhat less embarrassing for myself). Mark was very sweet and told me "not to worry, that is why you're here." Mark did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB!! Not only was Mark gentle on my feet, but he gave the greatest massage I've ever had! Then he did "hot rock" treatment (which I've never had done or seen before). I wasn't even born with feet this soft!!! :) Mark was very courteous (as were the other ladies working on other customers-one in particular who wasn't even worthy of such awesome customer service!). Then I asked Mark for some flowers, and received the greatest nail art I've ever had! True artist! So, in ending, I cannot stress enough how awesome Sienna Nails (Mark :) ) is. Worst experience ever! The nail tech who did my manicure and pedicure was incredibly rude and very rough. I mentioned to her that I had a small cut on the top of my thumb and to be gentle and she continued to be rough. They also cleaned the tub my feet were soaking in while I was still sitting in the chair, which I consider to be very unprofessional. As an esthetician and laser tech I know a little about customer service and professionalism.This spa definitely doesn't have that.
