Great burgers! Great service! Awesome management! The 1/2 lbs burgers are cooked perfectly and they offer a variety of toppings to please everyone. Guacamole, cheese and bacon are my favorites. My son ordered the chili burger. When the waitress came by, she noticed there wasn't the usual amount of chili on his burger so she brought him a whole cup! The manager stopped by to apologize that the burger didn't come out perfectly so she comp'd his burger. Wow! Not only did they make it right, they gave it to us for free. My younger son always gets the chicken wings - they are very large compared to most wings. No one likes skimpy wings. Fried pickles are always cooked perfectly with just the right seasoning. Menu has a lot of variety to keep everybody happy. I like the small cozy size of the restaurant and especially like that the bar is in a separate room. Call me old fashioned but I hate to be seated at a table in the bar when children are with me. Just not appropriate. Interesting memorabilia on the walls are always good conversation starters for us and lots of TVs to show all our favorite sporting events. Manager is always walking through the place, keeping it in check. I like how involved they are. Oh, and they have those great mints that taco mac stopped giving out. Absolutely horrible service! The manager with red hair and the handle bar mustache stairs at customers like they stole his lunch money. The service was rushed and staff was just blatantly rude. Got home and half the family was sick to their stomach. I will never go back. Vet a grip people your customers are the reason you have a business. Second visit in a week. Second try at their lemon - pepper wings. A little small, but you could call it cozy. Good location, and very nice staff. Typical TV bonanza for the sport nut in the group. Crowd is diverse .... Families, drinking buddies, and even local high schoolers here for a victory dinner. It used to be a different sports bar before. Now it is worse. Some sidelines are good but I have been sick at this one three times. I have eaten there five times. I will not go back. It has a Terrible bar area. I'm sorry to be this way but they really poisoned me. The kid who waited on me one time was so stressed. I felt bad for her. She looked 15. It was like a bad horror show with inedible fries. How do you mess up fries? Never ever again to this location. read more

We had lunch there on Saturday, the food was good, but none of the staff were wearing face masks. They had them on but pulled down under their chins! Other restaurants we have visited recently were in full compliance with all employees wearing masks. read more

I've eaten there twice at the one in the Publix shopping center of hickory Flats highway near the Publix. Eating in the restaurant was a far better experience than the one time if I moved into my house that I ordered delivery. I had a patty melt burger with onion rings and the appetizer with the spinach dip. That was all very good. The burger was a real burger and when it was served it was very hot. However, I will never pay for their delivery service again. I ordered a steak and everything that came was very cold and when I open the box everything was a mess. I do feel better the delivery option was a total waste of my money. But, as I mentioned, eating in the restaurant was a much better experience. And I do think their prices are a little higher when compared to restaurants in that class. read more

Well, got here nobody was bussing tables so it was up to the hostess. She was on top of her game. Unfortunately nobody else was. Waitress had no problem serving everyone else while forgetting us completely after taking our drink orders. When my tea finally arrives after she profusely apologized for forgetting us, the "bottled" beer arrived in a can a full 10 minutes after my tea. Food arrived wrong as if she wasn't paying attention. What kind of incompetent bonehead manages this dump? I can go to McDonalds to get service this shitty for half the cost and still not expected to tip. read more

This place is one of our favorite places for good bar food. The prices are awesome and they have some of the best potato soup and buffalo wings and the cups with ranch is addictive. It's super consistent you know what you are going to get and it's always good. Have not had an off meal here. They are open very late which is so incredibly nice cause everything over here closes really early. They also have alpine dessert which is a super nice plus. read more

They did give me a gift card to make up for that, but I had to drive back to get food. Third time the food was just OK. This Sidelines is new to the Hickory Flat area, so my wife and I decided to skip our normal haunts to give the new place a try for lunch. The place was not too busy for 12:30 on a Friday (about 1/3 full). Our order was taken promptly. But then it took almost 25 minutes for two chicken sandwiches with fries to come out. The fries were soggy so my wife asked for new ones. The waitress quickly brought out another plate, but they were obviously from the same soggy batch. The sandwiches were very good, bread toasted nicely, chicken cooked well. When the check came my wife quickly dug for her credit card, but the waitress sprinted away before she could give her back the check.... and didn't come back for over 20 minutes. To make it worse the other two waitresses wouldn't make any eye contact to flag them down. Seeing how small the restaurant is it felt like the staff purposely avoided our area so they wouldn't have to help out the waitress that disappeared. I'll chalk this up to being a new restaurant and will give them one more try. The sport bar segment is pretty crowded in this area, another sketchy experience will ensure my business goes somewhere else. read more

This is a place you don't want to go. We eat out four times a week. We enjoy tipping 25 to 30 percent. We worked in food industry all throughput college and graduate school. Worst wait staff we have ever found. By pass this place even the managers did not care and we called it to their attention we were given a bill with nothing we had ordered. Just an invoice. Everyone got burgers. I got the Philly cheesesteak burger and it was good. Wife and her mom had the Tennessee whiskey burger and they both really liked it. Father in-law said "now that was a good burger." So overall not bad. They also had a nice variety of really good looking desserts. I took a slice of red velvet cake home and it was good. read more

So we decide on wings for dinner. We go to Sidelines in Canton our bill is $28.36 and pay with a $50 bill our change is $21 even, the girl tells us they round up so they don't give back change. I'm pretty sure that is illegal, who are they to decide to not give back all your money? My personal opinion: if they do this to only 50 people a day they make an additional $32 a day that they didn't earn. That's an additional 900 a month. read more

Our first trip here was a bit disappointing due to the time involved to get food, but the quality of the food was high enough for the price to warrant a second trip. We have taken our daughter each time, and the wait staff are always kind to her and work well with getting her food and drink out quickly. I have ordered the paleo chicken each time, and I have not yet been disappointed. My wife has ordered more things from the menu, and it seems hit or miss. At the end of the day, though, it's well-priced, local, and good for what it is. The menu isn't too large, and they seem to have some regulars, especially at the bar. If you do bring a baby/small child, though, try to sit away from the bar as the talk in there is not exactly what our child hears frequently (unless she's in the car with me going into downtown Atlanta). read more

We eat here at least once a week. It's like Cheers were everybody knows your name. Food is above par and burgers are made to your specifications. I've eaten just about everything on the menu and if you order the tots with bacon and cheese as a side you think your a kid again. Beer is cold and the wings are hot. My friends and I come here at least once a week. The food is a decent, but the wait on the food is consistently slow. There appears to be a high turn over with the staff. Tonight will most likely be our last visit here due to the food taking about 45 minutes and it being cold. Also, we have had to request clean silverware or glass the past 2 times. This would be a great place to go if the managers, staff and owners tried harder or appeared to give a damn! I wanted to add that the manager did come over and took 60% of each of our bills, but had no explanation as to the issues with our service. OUR NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT! Love it! We have been here twice in the last 2 weeks. They have so much to choose from & amazing selection of large dinner salads on their menu & pretty fair prices too. Food is delish w/decent portions. Service is great/friendly & on the ball. This is all why its my new FAVE ;-) Loved their Chicken Cobb Salad!! And, their Make your own burger (amazing like right off the grill hot/tasty)! Jalapeno Poppers are to die for! WE CANT GET ENOUGH.. They even have like game/trivia nights w/flat screen TV's plastered all over like 20+ TVs! Yet it's not so loud like that darn Taco Mac in Canton where u can't even hear yourself think let alone have a conversation! ALMOST FORGOT THE DESERT! Wow! It LOOKS AMAZING! Huge gourmet cakes, pies & decadent cheesecakes! I wanna try them,..but, my butt won't allow it.
