I had to wait too long for my food. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich. The top of it was cold but the bottom was warm. I think it had been waiting to be served for a while. One of the edges of the chicken had been cut off for some reason. I ordered curly fries and it looked like I got the last of what was in the bag. It was just a bunch of small pieces. One of the employees said they were not short staffed and that an explanation was above her pay grade. So my wife and I went to this restaurant for dinner tonight. I actually try to avoid it because it is way too pricey for the amount of the food you get. The quality is okay. It won't knock your socks off for the price. Our waitress was very nice and was accommodating with the issues that we had. We ordered an appetizer and waited about 10 minutes for the appetizer to come out. We had place our order after we ordered the appetizer. Right after the appetizer arrived to our table, our main order was brought to us. So here we had not even started the appetizer and the main course arrived. I ordered honey bbq boneless wings and tater tots. They were delicious, but not worth the price I paid for them. My wife order one of the bowls with grilled chicken. There were so many onion straws you could hardy find the rest of the items in the bowl. There was no dressing or blue cheese crumples. My wife sent it back because of the two things above. The manager was nice enough to take the bowl off of our bill. Then my ordered 8 traditional wings all flats and some Parmesan Fries. When her 2nd order came out the wings were not all flats and the fries were undercooked and she couldn't eat them. My wife told the waitress about the order. She did apologize. Interesting enough we never saw a manger after either issue with the food. I would think that the management team would come out and at least ask us about the orders. They did not. I was on vacation with my boyfriend to Canton Georgia, when I noticed Buffalo's. I had already eaten at almost all the restaurants locally. I was not impressed. Upon reading the reviews of buffalo it did not look promising, but we decided to give it a shot since they sold fried pickles. I must say I do not regret my decision at all! I am beyond satisfied and our food was more than delicious. I will be going back this evening! And I do not understand the other reviews! Buffalo Cafe does not coat their wings with any of their sauces. They just barely squirt some sauce on wings, and it all ends up at bottom of basket but not on wings. Because of this their wings have zero sauce flavor. Had much better wings at a bowling alley than Buffalo Cafe. It has been probably 7 years since we have been to Buffalo Cafe. We lived near another location and at that time the food had gone way downhill. We stopped going. Today we thought we would give it another try now we live near this location. Wonderful experience! My husband and I sat at the bar. Our bartender was great. She recommended the Buffalo Chicken Bowl for me and my husband went with his old favorite Kickin Chicken Wrap. Both were delicious. Mike even said he would order the bowl I had another visit. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the flavor of their sauces and blue cheese but that's it! I just don't understand how you can go into other wing place or even any other American restaurant and get decent sized wings but in this place???? Where the hell do they get their chicken wings from? They look more like chicken toes than wings. How is this even possible any why would you buy this quality of a wing and sell that to your customers at the price you do? We went to Buffaloes on Fathers Day and my kids and I all got the buffalo wing lunch which is seven wings and fries for $11.99. Not a bad deal totally until the food comes out and then you are like huh? Seven pigeon toes and a few fries!!!! Hurray hurray I hit the jackpot! This was different my waitress was Madi young girl, she was nice at first showed me my food it was grilled chicken instead of fried. As time past she became rude while I was waiting on my food that I called in ahead of time that MADI messed up on. After 12 minutes goes by she brings me my food did not saying anything hand it to me an walked off! I get back to work and my whole salad was this water bad at the bottom and the chicken was just thrown on there, not cut up. I love Ribs and Wings and so I always look for new places. I have lived in the area for about 2 years now. However, today was my first time ordering food from Buffalo's in Canton. I bought a half slab of Babyback ribs with traditional sauce. And 8 Wings for my housemate. Upon paying for the food the Host opened the containers to show the food... Which at first glance everything look great. a five minute drive home, i opened my ribs container as I picked up the ribs I notice the underside looked very dry. And as I try to eat some I confirmed not only were the ribs dried out I thought I was eating cardboard. Ribs should be meaty, tender fall off the bone. instead these tasted like they have be under a heat lamp over night and they decided to give me what they didn't want to through out. All this for $16.95. When I order I expect my food to be good. I have NO plans nor should I be expected to have to call a restaurant back to complain. There is NO redeeming this sad excuse. When you prepare food and then let it sit around all day and charge someone full price don't expect me to give you another chance. I give this place a 1 star. I recommend that if you insist on eating their food do it in the restaurant not as a to go order. This way if there is something wrong you can send the food back etc. Otherwise you are wasting your important time having to drive back to complain. read more

The service here is incredibly poor. After waiting 10 minutes for a server to come to our table, she finally comes to take our order. She returns with a beer in a can (no glass) and walks off. I ask the bartender for a glass and she let me know they didn't have any and she will have to go wash one. Note that they are in no way busy-40% capacity at best. Then she charges us for meals we didn't receive, corrects the charge and then proceeds to tell us trust she did us a favor because we are the meal she charged us for (which we did not). We went on a fairly busy Thursday night, the hostess greeted us promptly letting us know it would be just a few minute wait. After less than 5 minutes we were seated, great rustic ambiance with several large multi generational family groups enjoying their socializing at their dining tables. Our waitress did an excellent job with all aspects of our order and meal, asking multiple times if there was anything we needed and ensuring everything was satisfactory. The entire staff was hustling with a full house of customers and it appeared that everyone was enjoying their evening. Honestly, love this place. They have a good menu with a lot of offer. The wings are good and the sauce is delicious. They make most their sauces and dressings in house which is awesome! Make sure to try the chipotle ranch or balsamic as theyre excellent. A lot of people also love their blue cheese. I'm a big fan of the trailblazer sampler. Their queso has spinach and jalapeños in it making it one of my favorite quesos from anywhere. The salads are also very good. I've grown up eating here and the Woodstock location and just really enjoy the food. The chocolate chip cookies here are life changing you must give them a try! Service is usually pretty good and there's plenty of seating. There's TVs throughout and have a bar. This is a family friendly place where mostly anyone can find something to eat here. Very disappointing to find out this location is not dog friendly. The Canton location is listed on BringFido.com as allowing dogs on the patio. Stopped by on our way out-of-town with our little dog. We always travel with our dog and like to go to Buffalo's because the one in South Georgia has a dog friendly patio and so does the Woodstock, GA location. My husband ran in to confirm that they are dog friendly, as stated on BringFido and like the other locations we have frequented, but was told that they are not dog friendly, only service dogs allowed. We stopped by after the lunch crowd and their patio was completely empty. So, if you are traveling with a pup and see this location come up in searches as dog friendly, unfortunately they are not. read more

If you are looking for a place to get an early start on heartburn and a hangover, then this is just the place. If you plan on staying sober enough to remember your meal, I would steer clear. We came in for the first time, anticipating a good meal based on how busy this location stays on the weekends. Looks were deceiving. For a place named after an iconic flavor of chicken, you can expect that they would 'do it right'. I ordered a full order of wings, drums only. I got part of what I wanted - 3 out of 13 were correct! The rest were tasted like they were gently basted with grease After they came out of the fryer, with little other flavor to speak of. Yes, I like my wings mild, but mild and flavorless are worlds apart. The burgers ordered by others in our party were, in fact burgers. There was meat and cheese arranged on a bun. The tasting that I had and the reviews coming back from my fellow #foodies (most of whom were under the age of 10) was a resounding 'meh'. I will say that the Quesadilla one of them ordered was said to have been 'pretty good'. My Arnold Palmer turned into an unsweet tea after the first refill, which if pressed can be classified as a misdemeanor here in the South. All in all, I give this establishment two stars. Maybe I am wrong and they were a bit off that day, but for now I will stick to other options in the area that actually give me what I'm looking for. The fact that half of my wing order was left uneaten speaks volumes to anyone that knows me (and hence is aware of my love of chicken wings and other fine food). The place is sorta dark inside, but their is lighting. The environment is more of a casual eating and bar type. The service can be slow depending on the business of the place, but not too terribly slow at all. Order was put in and food received in a decent amount of time. Arrive really hot and steamy. The wings for my taste are a little small, but the taste of them is still good. The wing skin is crunchy if you enjoy that. I must brag on their sauce tho, the mild sauce we ordered for the wings was excellent. The sauce is zesty and not too hot on the mouth. A perfect sauce for wings. The hamburger ordered was also really good tasting, the only thing I would change is it needs more seasoning for my liking. The bun is buttered and not your average hamburger bun. The prices are decent and the waitress we had was very helpful when ordering. Definitely a place to go back to. read more

I have been eating at Buffaloes since the early 1990s when the one in Woodstock was all there was. I now live in NC, but eat in the one in Canton every time we come to visit. I still think their wings can compete with anyone's but their prices are becoming outrageous. Probably won't be back which sucks. It cost $43 to eat lunch for 3 of us today. That was 3 baskets of wings (2 x small, 1 x medium) an order of chips and queso, and 3 drinks. Food was OK but I think it probably cost the restaurant around $5 for our food and drinks, and we paid $48 with tip. Not worth the experience, and I do not mind paying if the experience is worth it. How to fix it: Bring your prices back down and make us want to spend our money in your restaurant. read more
