Best meatloaf from a restaurant in Georgia, I travel for work and I am in Georgia often. This is my go to for food while in town

Service. Strips. Sauce. I've been to Sidelines before and I'm never really disappointed in what I get, but it's also pretty simple bar food. The Chicken Tenders were exactly what I wanted, but I'm pretty sure I've had the exact same ones from other sports bars. I think the Tyson chicken breast strips are good (and I'd continue to get them), but they aren't really something special. I'd prefer wings and things. The sauce I got them tossed in was really really good. I got the Buffalo-aki wing sauce flavor and additionally requested the Lemon-Pepper seasoning... yum! The sweet potato fries were great. I really liked the way they were cut, and they weren't too greasy at all (like some fries). They were, however, not really seasoned... but it didn't matter when I paired it with the sauce. Which, by the way, the Honey Mustard sauce was especially good. I don't usually see Fried Green Beans on a menu, so I was expecting something really good and to add a lighter veggie to my meal, but they weren't great. While they were really tender, the breading was very thick and greasy. They tasted good in the first few bites, but it was hard to get through after a while. Would not recommend. The service at this location is particularly excellent. I had multiple people check in on me to see if I had been helped already. I was wearing a shirt with a small emblem on it, and multiple people pointed it out and thanked me for my military service. And they were all very personable and kept up a fun smile. Sidelines would be a great place to choose for wing night, and they've got lots of fun side options. It's pretty average bar food at a pretty average price. read more

My first visit to any of this chain's stores. I was intrigued by the V.I.B. burger and gave it a try. I ordered it with a side of fries and chipotle ranch dipping sauce. It was served within 20 minutes and was a generous burger and had a good taste. The fries were fresh and crisp and were of the coated variety with a good seasoning. Service was friendly, but getting a refill at the end of the meal took a tad longer than expected. The establishment has lots of seating, and being a sports bar had tons of televisions. read more

There was one thing that was very annoying to me but everything else was great so I'm giving a 4 lol. We'll start with the bad, my friends and I walked in around 10:15 pm on Sunday and no one was at the hostess stand. We stood there and waited for a couple mins but no one walked up so we just kinda assumed it was a seat yourself spot? And we picked a booth. I was hoping a server or bartender was paying some sort of attention but they were not so after grabbing menus ourselves and hanging out at our table for a solid 10 minutes with no one coming by (a server stopped at a table near us but then went right back to the kitchen area) I stopped by the bar and asked if we could get a server. The bartender was really nice and we got a server soon after that, so once it was brought to their attention everything was good but... when you have 2 more hours of being open shouldn't you have a way of taking care of customers who walk in? It was annoying but not the end of the world or anything Other than that, everything was pretty good! I ordered the Tennessee Whiskey burger with cheddar jack cheese instead of pepper jack and it was really good. The bacon on it tasted great. The burger was juicy. 10/10 on it. I liked the fries too. I loved their honey mustard I got the strawberry martini as a drink and my friend got a cocktail as well but the name is slipping me. They were VERY strong, haha. My friends and I all shared a million dollar cake slice for dessert and it was soooo good. Definitely a crowd pleaser at my table. There was ample parking, the prices were reasonable, and the food and drink menus are expansive. Overall we were happy! :) I would definitely come back. Can you guys get a door bell that chimes when the door opens or a hostess though?? In summary, you may have to stop by the bar to get a server but the food is really good and you have to try their desserts! read more

I have been to Sidelines many times over the years. It is a great sports bar. Most recently, I have been attending the Music Bingo on Monday nights with a bunch of friends. We eat dinner first. The food is always good. They serve wings, burgers, salads, wraps and standard appetizers such as fried mozzarella, fried potato skins (my personal favorite!), chicken fingers etc. The desserts are made daily from Alpine Bakery, so you know they are good! The only complaint I probably have is the sound system for bingo or anything else is really hard to hear over the noise of the patrons. The ceilings are high and have a loud echo. I get that this is a sports bar and the ambience is as such, but even without the sound system it can get pretty loud. Other than that, the pictures I am attaching are from June 2. 2025. This is a great place for sports and wings. Lively and friendly people. Bartenders are great. They're all super friendly and attentive. The food is top notch bar food. It's not gonna keep you healthy but it's food that is prepared well with decent quality meats and ingredients. read more

I needed a late night meal while traveling and I don't want typical past food and bar fare. I was pleased with their menu and settled on their salmon BLT with Avocado. The Atlantic Salmon and smothered and covered top sirloin did look amazing as well! The atmosphere is clean with TVs everywhere as well as guest Wi-Fi so you will not get bored. I loved the sandwich and ended up deconstructing is as I was getting full. The salmon was tender, fresh and delicious. The avocado was perfect and the bacon crispy. The ciabatta was grilled and made a delicious crispy roll for me. Very pleased with the attentive bartender Sylvia who made sure I had everything I needed. I had Lola's meatloaf and while it wasn't quite like my dear old mother's the portions were just as large and please don't tell her, but it tasted even better. At 6'5" 380lbs I'm a big boy with a big appetite but with two giant slices of baked meatloaf perfectly seasoned with a nice grilled crust, garlic toast, mashed potatoes and brown gravy along with a side of delicious fried honey drizzled brussel sprouts I was full as a tic...errrr.... or I'll just say full, and it was just $17.00 for all of it. I was there for a weekday lunch. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was great along with the service. I would definitely go again and writing this has made me hungry so where's that Sidelines supper menu. read more

Loved the bartender Jess .. the food was great for bar food. Always a fun night. We were in Georgia for our sons baseball game.

They always screw up take out orders. So, I said let's eat in. The restaurant inside is looking unkempt and dirty. On my last visit I asked them to not smash the burger. I do t think that trend is a good one. I like my burgers juicy and thick. They refused to even ask the kitchen. It's a simple request please do not smash/flatten the burger and lose all the juices. They must be afraid of the kitchen. The service was horrible. My waitress was rude the entire visit. And by the way, let's drop lobster bisque and add red pepper bisque. I see the trend cheap cheap cheap. Full Bavarian pretzels to little pretzel bites. I know it's a business, but this is ridiculous. Good luck!! read more

We have been going to this Sidelines location for many years. We went tonight and will not go back again. The food was good, but the service was absolutely horrendous. It took our server quite a while to even greet us and take a drink order. He apologized for the wait. After our food was delivered, I tried to put ketchup on my french fries but the bottle was empty. I laid it on the edge of the table with the top open, kind of hanging over the side. It was quite obviously empty. A half a dozen wait staff and the manager walked by several times and no one even noticed. Our waiter didn't come back until we were almost done. We never got drink refills. When I finally flagged him down for the check, he apologized for the wait, AGAIN. Worst service we've had at a restaurant in many years. Again, we will not be back. VERY DISAPPOINTING! read more

I have never dined in, nor ordered food on my own. Our job has food brought in for us and I've had it twice in the last 2 weeks. First time I ordered the chicken & steak fajitas and it was a huge portion! I was able to have multiple self made tacos. The steak lacked flavor, but adding salsa helped. This time I got the buffalo chicken wrap and it's very good as well! Good amount of chicken. I got no cheese, because I'm not a fan but I still got the lettuce (usually weary about getting it to-go due to hot chicken being placed on it) but it was good! Paired with Tator tots. read more

I like this place. Thinking of relocating to the area and wanted to check out the locals. The menu is outstanding and the smashburgers look awesome. A young lady behind the bar named Paloma was so kind and friendly! I'll be back for sure. The only negative is that the TVs looked a little tired for a sports bar and could use some freshening up. Ordered Sidelines delivery through Door Dash. The food arrived cold! I can't deduct a star for that since it was delivered through a third party! The burger was just sad! My wife, myself and some friends went here last night around 10pm. There were approximately 2 dozen other patrons. We had Kylieanne as our waitress. The moment she came to our table she threw down drink napkins, used as coasters, not placed down. My wife and I immediately noticed this, didn't think nothing of it other than maybe she was having a bad night. She took our drink order and didn't bring straws or offer any so I ended up grabbing some for everyone. She took our appetizer order and it came out fine and timely. When she was taking our food order she had some attitude towards people asking for substitutions or alters. When one of our friends mentioned she asked for ranch instead of blue cheese the waitress rolled her eyes. She rarely came to check on us and didn't ask if anyone wanted a refill. It took her 3 trips, even after we asked for boxes, to get our checks. My wife planned to leave a cash tip and as we were leaving Kylieanne decided to confront us from afar and said "are you really okay with not tipping?" My wife mentioned she left a tip, Kylieanne then responded the others just left without tipping. Which was rude and unprofessional, she also didn't know my wife planned to leave cash. She also didn't apologize to my wife for her false accusation. My wife went back in and grabbed the tip after that comment and we spoke with the manager on duty. We explained the situation and let her know we took the tip back because the waitress was rude and unprofessional. The manager was really professional and willing to listen. The manager apologized for her server's behavior. Food was good and manager was good, otherwise poor service. read more

Against better judgment I once again placed an order via Uber Eats from this horrid location. I ordered a Signature Chicken Salad with blackened chicken (which actually looks good, but was supposed to be my lunch tomorrow), smothered chopped steak (medium) w/ mashed potatoes and a cup of lobster bisque and a bowl of chili. The chopped steak is so overly cooked, if my Bulldog were still alive she would turn her nose at it. The gravy was cold, congealed, and hardly any there. My mashed potatoes were left out of my order. The "bowl" of chili is in a container smaller than most to-go queso dips, plus it too arrived stone cold. The "cup" of lobster bisque was an absolute joke. Absolutely horrible experience for a long standing customer. There was an outside company set up to do music trivia. When they started the music, my wife screamed in pain because it blew out her hearing aids. The manager that has been our server in the past told me multiple times how she was not at fault and that it was the fault of the trivia contractor. All I heard from her was her displacing any responsibility whatsoever in the situation. No offer of making it right or attempting to assist, just how it wasn't her fault. When the problem started, she told me that there was nothing that she could do about the volume. I actually had to raise my voice to her to get it turned off. I couldn't believe the mishandling of the situation or the position she took with a customer that she recognized when I walked in the door. Absolutely appalling finish to what was a good meal. Love the food and atmosphere, one of the reasons I make a 40 minute drive to grab a bite from here.but I'm Very disappointed in the service, especially the managements behavior. After picking up my to-go order and making the 40 min drive back I realize that I am missing a meal. I am conscious that no one is perfect and mistakes can happen, but when I called back to ask for my refund and explain my frustration of having to go back and forth, the manager tells me he's got a business to run and doesn't have time to hear a complaint because the "World Series is on". Very unprofessional and immature attitude. After telling him he HAD to refund me my meal he told me he didn't "HAVE" to do anything. As someone who has visited this location many times over the last few years, I had one of the most horrible experiences today 6/2/24. First of all, the bartender and service were 5 stars. We had an issue with an extra charge on the bill. The "manager" I'll guess you can call him that, you could hear him talking about how the Jasper ,Ga location has been kicking our a#$# the last few weeks. Mean while as we were trying to pay our bill; we noticed an extra charge. After letting the manager know we had an extra charge, we were told either you pay or I can call 911 ! Like a trick from David Copperfield; after letting the "manager" know we would not go that route; it got reduced, and our waitress/bartender had to apologize for the "manager" actions... Once again 5 stars for the service and bartender ... professionalism of the management -3. stars read more

I don't like their food but drinks are ok and a nice spot to chill and watch Football.

Got sampler, an order of 16 wings, with fries and a bowl of chili. All of it was cold or barely warm. They supposedly remade it while we waited and the sampler was not great. Cheese sticks should be gooey and they were not, the chicken fingers were not crispy, seemed more greasy, wings were slimy no crispness to them and the potato skins seemed over cooked. I barely ate any of it and after all of it they only removed $7.00. Not impressed and probably won't return to eat again. Food quality wasn't good for the money we spent. read more

Came to this location in the afternoon after my sister's band audition at Reinhart. We were seated quickly but were sitting for 10 minutes with no one to come and take our drink order... We sat right by the kitchen entrance on the left side so they knew we were there. Multiple people walked by even the manager (i'm sure he was some type of higher up, he was older, bald and had a beard) and no one said a thing. Just kept looking and kept on walking. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant so I don't see how no one stopped by. Eventually we got up and walked out. As we were leaving no one questioned or even seemed surprised we were walking out (we were the lastest ones to be seated). The hosts did throw in the "Have a good one" and laughed as we were walking out. Moral of the story is to make that 6 minute drive to Taco Mac! Friendly people and bigger tvs lol. We ate here yesterday and had such a fun time. The place is lined wall to wall with TVs so I'm sure the game day experience would satisfy the pickiest of sports fan. The bar area was plenty big to accommodate larger groups and the bar size was perfect for the space. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender extraordaire, Silvia. While we only ordered draft beer, she was lightning fast in delivering it to us and was equally ninja-style when taking our order. My lady had a chicken sandwich which she loved and I had the Cobb Salad which was huge and had a ton of tasty ingredients. Next time we are in the area, we will most certainly be back! read more
