I can go to several other stops in town and pay less for a 16 oz can or pour of this beer. Compared to another decent stop down the street, three roses is almost 30% more. My wife says one of the wines she likes is a little less than other stops, so that's good. But other drink prices tend to be on the high side as well, but most in town have higher liquor prices. That adds up if you like to frequent a place. Hence, we stopped frequenting. Overall, I like the decor and as noted, the food is decent. The upstairs is better than the downstairs but I'm glad they have the downstairs for some occasion when they could get busy. As for the Tavern / entertainment element, I've never seen any live music but they have several TVs. Not sure this would be my top choice to watch a game but it would work in a pinch if the other places were too busy or noisy.

The crust on the fish also looked good. But the fish inside was watery and unpleasant. It was also topped with a mass of cilantro sprigs, which did not pair with the flavors. I managed to scrape them all off. The fish was served with vinegar, ketchup, and (missing) tartar sauce. The friendly and attentive waitress was quick to correct the missing sauce, although it did take awhile. My meal also came with a side of slaw that would have been outstanding if the kitchen hadn't made a misstep of loading it with too much salt. The other seasonings in the slaw were excellent and unique and the addition of red onions was great, but sadly ruined by the saltiness. At the end of my meal I visited their modern and stylish restrooms. I'd arrived just after 5PM and on this weekday there were only a few patrons. So the stylish furnishing of the restroom were marred by the mess I encountered in there. Based on the number of employees compared to patrons, there wasn't an excuse for not cleaning that bathroom. I've seen truckstop restrooms that weren't that nasty.

And you can bring your dog! They even have doggy treats on the bar! we really enjoyed our visit to this Canton, Georgia establishment, and we absolutely plan to go again. They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. After relaxing and admiring the venue our host provided us with colored markers to add our names to the wall, which we did. I spoke to one of the founders of the bar who was an avid climber and his brother a surfer, who said the name of brewery Greenline derived from the previous business which was a deli. They restored the space which has some interesting words written on the historic brick walls - the profanity had to be hidden. The bar also had other beer offerings, which we did not try. My talk with Chris St Vrain, revealed how the brothers designed the jackets of their beers: Allenbrook with its rope designs on it and named after a secluded Roswell climbing wall; and Shirtless after his brothers' love of the salt life. We hung out for a short while and felt very refreshed. Nicole and I really enjoyed our time at this bar and hope to be back soon.

It was a free event but the bounce houses were $10 for unlimited jumps and the pony rides were also $10. All of the vendors were friendly and welcoming. The steak was served with sausage gravy that had a strong twang (not the sourness of vinegar, but possibly buttermilk?). The flavor was interesting at first, but by the end of the meal that sour note became unpleasant. The biscuits were of excellent quality and I stole some of my wife's strawberry compote to finish them off. The generous egg serving was cooked over-medium which was perfect for my tastes. The breakfast potatoes weren't crisp and large chunks of potato and green peppers. I ate a few, but they were a bit stodgy for my liking and I didn't finish them. My wife's pancakes had a hint of sweetness to them and she didn't even have to use the maple syrup with them. We really enjoyed our visit and want to come back and experience the lunch and dinner menu and the wonderful decor has put it on our list of places to bring and impress out-of-town guests.
