Amazing open deck restaurant & bar- you can dine, drink, or listen to live music under the stars and night sky. A beautiful concept when it comes to a first time date night. Or a wonderful evening with your better half. The food is delicious the drinks even better. The two sided bar allows gusts to order while sitting or walking up to the bar. The live musical guest ( all local artists and singers) helps pack in the crowds. Just ask the owner she's always scanning for new artists to perform. So make your way to the Hollar throw back a few cold ones while munching on the nachos, a BLT, or some lemon pepper wings.

Best Wings in Canton!!!! Best taps as well. Always awesome beer offerings and cool vibe to hang. But damn the wings and beer are the best around!! The bartenders are awesome and often remember what you're drinking to get you another. One of a kind place with. Cheers feeling where everyone knows your name.

This was our first visit to the Holler. The interior decor is fantastic, moody, and inviting. There are nooks and crannies with tables. The outdoor seating is tiered and welcoming. It's Spring so pollen dusted a few of the tables. It was not intuitive where one would go to order food. We found the menus on a post near what looked like a short Conex container. The window was so high, it was a struggle for vertically-challenged me and the order taker/runner. She wasn't the most patient when taking my order but she was friendly enough. To order drinks, there's a walk up counter. The bartender was helpful and quick. The what beer..the only one they offered was meh. It would've been nice had it been garnished with an orange slice. It was a little dryer than a Blue Moon but hit the back of the pallet oddly about halfway through the glass. The food- I ordered the Smashburger and my husband the Philly cheesesteak. Presentation: Terrible. Whimsy baskets with a paper liner and a lonely sandwich. The steak on the cheesesteak looks sunken into the bread which made it look rather sad. The smash burger was so incredibly thin, as was the bacon. The flavor of the sandwiches, however, was really good. The fries were hot but obviously from frozen. The holler would make a great place to meet up with friends. It's just not much of a dining spot. It seems their focus on food is secondary and overpriced for what you get.

I love this place. Such a cool hangout and tons of choices for beer, wine and canned drinks. They have a food truck which is okay for the place this is. Everyone is always so nice when we come in. I do wish they opened during the day. Some days they aren't open until 4.

OK, I think we're late to the party on this one. We finally got back to the holler. We sure enjoyed it. Of course the weather was perfect the evening that we went. They did move us out of the lower section because there was a party going on. Which is cool. I didn't even know you could rent the space out for a party. I'll have to look into that at a later date. The food truck was super cute. I did order the fries and unfortunately they gave me the wrong ones I was really looking to try the waffle fries because the reviews on here said they were great. But it was fun. The wings were extremely spicy the full flavor and really hit well with the drinks. I ordered the spritzer. My husband had the stout beer, which is really hard to find in Canton so we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying our goodies. We met a lovely couple so it's really nice to visit with people and like I said the weather couldn't have been any better. Love the lights love the decorations and they even had music playing. Fun place to go and clearly it looks like a fun place to be in downtown Canton.

I love the setting and vibe this place has. A small dining area and mostly outdoor seating with high tops, tables and counters with stools. The Holler has multiple levels of outdoor seating covered and uncovered but with lots of shade trees. Grass areas, fire pits to sit around and even a small garden water fall. Very cool setting. I must say, a very unique establishment. A walk up bar and separate walk up food counter and you have to pay separately. Not sure if it's 2 different businesses under one name or what. The food side has a simple menu, having dogs, burgers and some salads to order from. I had the dog with tomatoes, onions and mustard and it was very tasty. And quite a few selections of beers to choose from along with some wine and mixed cocktails on the alcohol side. I selected the Bullet Manhattan. Everything is paper, plastic and cans, so it's all throw away. What was most enjoyable was the setting. Open and everyone talking and having a good time. It gave you that, everybody knew everybody, neighborhood tavern sort of feeling. After figuring out how the flow works, I found it enjoyable, fun and relaxing. Definitely more of a socializing establishment than eating. And don't forget to get yourself some tees, shorts and hoodies from their gift shop. All in all a very nice add to the downtown Canton area.

We went to The Holler while in town for a soccer tournament. We reached out ahead of time since we had a big group and they were so nice and accommodating. The food and drinks were great and the outdoor area is so pretty and fun. We will definitely go again if we are back in the area!

Fantastic outdoor space with decent indoor space as well. Multiple TVs for sporting events inside and a couple more outside. Staff is friendly. Beer is a little pricey...example: Tropicalia is $7.50. Food trailer out back is decent for a quick bite. We had a burger, fries, and chicken salad sandwich. The chicken salad and fries were good. The burger was decent but I probably should have ordered the double burger. Bun and bread were fresh. The concept of a running store and beer place combined with nice hangout space is unique for this area, as far as I know, and it's because of this and a nice staff I'm giving 4 stars. But there are other good beer places nearby as well. If they all want to charge high dollars for OK beer there are other options not specific to beer joints to explore and enjoy.

This is a decent newer brewery. To be honest, while I understand the running and beer idea.. it's not one I feel makes a lot of sense. While this may not be where I go to buy sneakers anytime soon, the option is there for those who it appeals to. There are multiple different seating areas: indoors, a covered patio and a downstairs grassy area with a couple of fire pits. I went on a Friday around 5:30, and there were lots of children running around. It didn't bother me, but if you're looking for a more adult night this spot is very family-friendly considering it's a brewery. There was also live music that started around 6PM. We tried the waffle fries, burger and meatball sandwich. They were all kind of small, but pretty yummy. We had the bread pudding which was a nice offering but pretty mediocre. The beer selection was good, and they had ales, sours ipas and stouts available.. so a little something for everyone. All-in-all, we will be back with out friends with children for a weekend drink and snack.

I visited on a Thursday just before PM in mid-January and received a warm and friendly welcome. At this early our there were a few patrons about so there was no trouble getting a table. The darts, bowling, and arcade looked enticing but I was on a timeline and couldn't partake. They have a mix of 80's and later music that was very enjoyable and at just the right volume. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken. But unlike the typical serving of a flat piece of chicken these were two chicken breasts on top of chunky mashed potatoes made with peel on, and topped with a jalapeno bacon gravy. The textures and flavors were perfect and despite the visibility of jalapenos in the gravy, the heat was barely detectable. The side of green beans had a wonderful garlic seasoning and were perfectly cooked and had that nice crunch still in them. Multiple staff came by to chat and ensure everything was perfect and ensure my drink was always refilled, and even management came by to check my table. Their friendliness was warm and genuine and I was very impressed. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes.

The space, the concept, the vibe all work. The bartender was excellent. Very professional, very kind, and clearly doing everything he could to hold the night together. I honestly felt bad for him. He was busting his ass nonstop and never seemed to catch a break. Unfortunately, the kitchen was an absolute disaster. From the start, four or five items on the menu were immediately unavailable. As the night went on, more and more dishes were 86'd. The message coming out of the kitchen was that they simply did not have the ingredients to cook what was on the menu, which is a pretty alarming thing to hear as a guest. Things got even stranger when we learned there was no chef in the kitchen. Instead, the general manager was back there trying to cook. It very clearly was not working. We ordered appetizers and waited about 45 minutes for what I believe was a seafood dip. When it finally arrived, it came out as a thin, runny soup. Not a dip. A soup. On top of that, it was so aggressively spicy it was nearly inedible. It honestly felt like no one back there had ever made the dish before. The food, flat out, gets a zero from me. If I could give it a negative score, I would. That said, the front-of-house staff deserves credit. They were polite, professional, and clearly trying to manage an impossible situation created by the kitchen. I felt for them, because they were the ones having to face guests while everything behind the scenes was falling apart. Again, this is based on a single experience, and I truly hope it was an off night that's been corrected. If not, I don't see how a place like this could survive. The concept is good, the people up front were good, but the kitchen that night was a complete failure. The entire 2 hour + experience was comp'd.

With a heavy mound of onions and mushrooms on top, the grits ended up feeling dry and pulled all the moisture out of the bite. The flavor itself was fine, just lacking moisture and balance. We also ordered the scallops and risotto. The risotto was the standout. Bright, fresh finish, great texture, and not overpowering. The scallops, unfortunately, were the opposite. They had a noticeably strong smell right away, which usually means they're not as fresh as they should be, especially at a $40 price point. We took them home, but every time we opened the fridge the smell hit us, so they ultimately went in the trash. Despite this particular experience, we've always enjoyed this place. Service is consistently great, drinks are solid, and we usually leave happy. Hoping this was just an off evening, because we genuinely like coming here. The side patio had heaters going and it was a really pleasant experience out there now that the weather has cooled down. But y'all... Por que no gusto? I was so happy to see that little paper boat full of Brussels sprouts and they were so crispy. But I think I've said all along that "chipotle ranch" feels like a misnomer because I sense neither. (Husband confirms.) Yet they were SO good the first few times I had them, whatever they're dusted in. I stopped to think maybe my preferences have just changed that significantly in the past year or so. I absolutely did not taste Husband's drink because brown likka is diabolical. But he was a fan! He had me try an onion ring and it was just okay as well, unfortunately. They were definitely thin & crispy but I like a LITTLE somethin' to my food. He was also very happy with his battered fries. Unless I'm misremembering, they remind me of A&W fries; not as seasoned or as battered as Checkers, but so good. What did I get? You're sweet to ask! I did three sides: garlic green beans, fried Brussels and fried okra. Yes, yes, and yes. They are so wild, I think all three were fresh! Can you even?! You know exactly what I'm talking about when I say frozen fried okra has a taste. If this was frozen ever, they need to patent that technology. The garlic green beans were giving Chinese food but better. Really balanced seasoning, good crispness, flavor. Green, if you can imagine! And the Brussels sprouts... With bacon and sauce...
