Excellent customer service and clean dining area. Limited parking space due to its odd location. My family decided to visit this branch and let the crowd pass after its grand opening. My daughter ordered chocolate milk tea and didn't like it since it was too sweet. My aunt enjoyed her tropical iced tea. I ordered their cold matcha tea and wanted to add a chocolate flavor but made a mistake of doing so. Fortunately the staff was gracious to replace my drink with one of their top drinks (tai tea). Unfortunately, the tai tea didn't meet my standards. I am thankful to have my aunt treat me out for our bobba date. The next date will be my treat, however, I will take my family elsewhere. This is definitely my new favorite boba spot! It's even more convenient that it's local and has more to offer with their drinks than other local Asian restaurants that serve boba and Quickly. The staff is very polite and the dining room area inside is nice & clean. The only problem I really have with this spot is the location of where it is in the plaza. It's literally in a corner, next to a small store that fixes electronics. Mind you that the parking lot in the area is VERY SMALL; there's only about six parking spaces that are right in front of Sharetea, so you're better off parking near/in front of Ulta or DSW and just walking around the corner to get your drink. The worst Sharetea location, I order 50% sweet and less ice, come out 100% sweet and a lot of ice and the taste is super sweet milk tea with less boba(bubble). Matcha red bean milk tea only order 50% sweet, less ice, taste super sweet red bean without any tea or matcha. The service just ok, fast without use heart to make the drink. I used to really like this place. I liked the products. I've always ordered in bulk as well. Today I stopped by to pick up my orders, and I asked if I could use the restroom really bad. Like, really bad. I was told the restroom is only for employees use only. I was asked to walk to the next store over to use a restroom. Lack of common sense and consideration I guess. I'll admit I'm late to the bubble/boba tea train, but I do love a great Thai Tea. Decided to go to Sharetea after having a strong craving for some Thai Iced Tea and wanting to try something new. When I arrived and saw they had so many great vibrant options. My tastebuds quickly turned to something on the fruitier side. I decided to do with the Mango Passion Fruit Tea with Aiyu jelly with regular ice and 100% sweetness level. My tea was soooooo tasty! The flavors were fresh and the color was vibrant. The drink really appealed to multiple senses. At first I thought it was too sweet and that I should've gotten a lesser amount of sweetness, but as I continued to drink it I really liked it. The restaurant itself was very clean and beautifully decorated with colorful pictures wallpaper. The staff was also pleasant and helpful. I see why this place is so popular. I went in at just the right time, as soon as I was getting ready to leave there was a line forming outside. I will definitely be going back. read more

Just ordered the Classic Black Milk Tea and lemme just say I would NEVER come back. First off, the drink was bland as if it was made with water, not tea. The drink tasted like straight up diluted milk. There was no sweetening agent or taste in the drink AT ALL. Secondly, my group was 3rd in line and it took almost half an hour for them to take our order and give us our drinks (which ended up being wrong). The people before us ordered 2-3 drinks each only too. They work extremely slow here for 4 workers. Third, and most important: customer service. I would not have written this review if the workers here have training in customer service. My sister and I ordered the Classic Black Milk Tea, no addons. The guy who typed our order in put our order as "Classic Black Pearl Milk Tea" for both my sister and I. She noticed the price was off so she asked him if the order was a Classic Black Milk Tea no boba. He said yes so we went to wait for our drinks. My drink came out first and I noticed there was boba so I told the girl that I didnt order boba. All she said was "oh okay" and went to remake my drink. I looked at my sister's receipt and her order also said "pearl" on it so I told the workers before they made her drink with boba. They didnt even mention anything about giving us a refund for the "pearl" they charged us with. I had to ask the workers for a refund and they seemed annoyed. When it was time to give the refund, the girl pressed "Classic Black Pearl Milk Tea" and then pressed the option for no addon and said the price came out to be the same (4.75) as with boba. I had to tell her that the "Classic Black Pearl Milk Tea" was a different item on the menu than the "Classic Black Milk Tea." After she refunded us, we said thank you and left. The ENTIRE time, there was no apology coming from ANY of the workers. Instead, I got the feeling that the girl (with a heart and an American necklace) got annoyed and gave us attitude the entire time. The workers DO NOT know the items on their menu. I've been to ShareTea many many times and I have never been this disappointed before. I hope the owners read this and train their employees better. At least teach them what items they have in their menu and some basic apology when you make a mistake. TL;DR bad drink quality, even worse customer service read more

The line always looks long on the outside because the cash register is so close to the door so don't be fooled if you see a few people standing outside! Looks like a great place inside with a good amount of seating but small parking lot in front. No worries though there's plenty of parking by chevys and in front of DSW. Even though the wait took a while, the workers did their best and we got our drinks in no time. The location kind of sucks since there's limited parking, but nonetheless great drinks and boba. As a regular goer to Quickly, which is in the same plaza as Sharetea. I have to say the flavoring of the drinks that I've tried already is way better than Quickly. The pros is that they are fast on making the drinks and very flavorful. The cons to Sharetea is the location of the building which is the very corner hidden from the main plaza parking lot. There is only a handful of parking spots in front of the building and the rest are right in front of the competitors, Quickly. Also the layout of the inside of Sharetea is not good. As you walk in the register is right there, so no more than 3 people in line can fit inside before having the line go outside the door. read more

I feel like they trained their workers well; super friendly, makes sure to get your order right, etc. Not the biggest fan of Quickly, and well, lw sad that Tapex closed, soooo this is prob gonna be my go-to when I'm home! Thank God I don't have to go all the way to Concord anymore haha. I guess the only downfall is waiting 45 min just to get inside to order, but it's a given, considering they're new. Its a hit or miss. I always get 50 percent sweetness but that definition always varies depending on whos working i guess. I drink tea for the boba but most of the time the boba is get is hard to chew. Sometimes they out in freshy made bobas that are super soft and chewy but its mixed with the old and non chewy ones. read more

Finally found a good boba place close to Napa. We've visited this place at least 3 times in the past few weeks. Not as often as we'd like since it's still a drive. We love the non-milk options since my husband is allergic (not intolerant) to dairy. And it's nice that food environment has evolved to a point that it's more inclusive of people's dietary restrictions and don't charge extra for substitutions. I love their milk taro drink and order it every time. They use real taro! Not fake purple liquid mimicking taro. The boba's been sweet and chewy every time we ordered. Ordering is kind of confusing here but being able to select your sweetness level and ice level is nice. It was hard for the cashier to hear me with the music, mask, protective plastic; I was a little embarrassed that I had to keep repeating myself and shouting. I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't available. My young son had to use the restroom and it wasn't open to customers. COVID might require additional sanitizing but they should still take the time to do the cleaning for the comfort of their customers. read more

I have been waiting the LONGEST for Sharetea to open in Vallejo and I was so happy when they were finally open! Ever since I had Sharetea, Quicklys didn't taste as good to me. The line was quite long, it took about at least 30 minutes to get to the front. There was also one cashier who was doing a great job staying calm despite how long the line got!! I started drinking sharetea at Concord. When I first tried it, it was Kisha/Kesha who make my milktea and moving forward. When they open a new branch in Vallejo I was so happy bec it was closer to my place. But the thing is, the baristas cant make it right. I always order Okinawa milktea, everyday im ordering it but everyday the taste is changing. Sometimes its too sweet sometimes its milky, sometimes you cant even feel the tea. Even the fact that I dont default my order. I hope Kesha can train them the way she does the milktea. read more
