Terrible Parking. The staff is great but the ordering system is horrible. The inside is large & spacious & clean. The only thing I would say is a problem is the ordering station right by the door is not good. People get crowed and problems with patrons occur. Even if the staff gets the orders the people in line aren't always nice & it makes the wait longer than it needs to be. Moreover, I would recommend you know ahead what you want before you come in. It's going to be a pain if you have stand there wait for some kids to finish playing on it or for someone with multiple orders to make theirs then they edit, blah blah blah. Really, it's just not convenient to go there with the little hang ups they have. It's not the staff, it's the way the store is set up coupled with the lack of curtsy of the people. This is one of the better boba places in Vallejo. My favorite item, of course it's the Halo Halo. When coming in, most people order from the kiosk. Once your order goes in, they have you in and out within 5 minutes. The inside is good if you're looking to socialize a bit. There's plenty of room inside to hang out and play some games. This is a cafe is located at plaza drive vallejo, serving boba and blended drinks. The location is not as noticeable as the other competition and limited parking near the store, although you can still park in the samw plaza but has to go across and walk. However, what I disliked about this place was the customer service. It's a given that at boba shops, you can customize the sweetness, amount of ice, and additional toppings. When I visited, the cashier who took my order seemed very impatient. I'm never the type of customer who stands at the register and takes time deciding - I usually know exactly what I want before I order. Despite this, the cashier kept repeating, "Is that it?" after every sentence I spoke. "Can I get a Mango Passion Fruit Tea?" "Is that it?" "With 50% sweetne-" "Is that it?" I rarely complain about customer service because I understand that working in customer-facing roles can be exhausting. However, I'm not sure if this poor service is excusable, especially considering that customization is a standard practice at ALL boba shops. I'm always a fan of Sharetea and my go to is the Mango Green Milk Tea, regular ice, less sweet, with light boba. I noticed they upgraded their menu and now have matcha. Me and my family order here fairly often. The split cup option is always nice for my kids who never finish their drinks. Sharetea's boba quality is up there. For every one I have been to, they have consistently well made tapioca balls. Although my favorite drink here is the Sea salt wintermelon crema with aloe jellies, because I can't handle caffeine very well and I like the taste of aloe in this type of drink. My kids love the mango and/or strawberry slush, especially with the ice cream blended in. But be warned it's really sweet!!! Some of the drinks here can be sweet. But once ordered, it usually just takes a few minutes to be done. Drinks and boba are consistently good. On their entrance door, it says that they do not accept cash and only card or mobile payments which is something new that they're doing now. TIP: If ordering a large number of drinks that are different, I would recommend having a list of the drinks to show them including: name of drink, ice level, sweetness level, and name of person. I love how you can adjust the sweetness and ice levels. I usually do 50% sweetness level. The milk tea is consistently delicious and never thick in consistency like some other boba places. If you give your phone number, you can rack up points. Came here today with my son and enjoyed my boba in the store. There's a small water station with small cups. The line was forming pretty consistently at 5:30pm-ish on a Sunday. A few things to keep in mind, their bathroom is NOT open to the public and parking is scarce. I want to share an experience I encountered that in my personal opinion was very poor customer service- especially coming from a person who has dealt with customer service for 10 years and counting. I did come before closing but mind you a lady was ordering before me. As soon as I get to the counter I am told that they are no longer taking orders, which at the time it JUST turned 10pm. Mind you I came in with two of my daughters, one being 2- who I was carrying. I was celebrating my daughter's baseball championship. Despite her losing, I promised her boba after dinner. I think as soon as I walked in would've been a good time to say "sorry we're closed and no longer taking orders" not when I walk up to the counter with my daughter excited to order. The guy at the counter didn't acknowledge me nor looked at me when he said we're not taking orders. I couldn't make what he was saying at first and had to ask him to repeat himself. Even the second time around he couldn't look at me to tell me they weren't taking orders or "making drinks." I understand that it's closing so I respectfully walked away and also didn't want to take the risk of my drink being compromised if I argued with the guy. Mind you I wasn't just walking in at 10pm I walked up to the counter at 10pm after the lady in front of me ordered her drink. I didn't realize how serious one drink was. read more

It's been a minute but I recently stopped by the Sharetea in Vallejo while I was in town. As others have mentioned, there aren't a lot of choices in Vallejo when the boba craving calls, but Sharetea is a staple favorite for many in the area. It's always a consistently satisfying and tasty treat that doesn't disappoint. The Sharetea in Vallejo is located in Gateway Plaza across from Chevys and nearly adjacent to the the Thai restaurant, tucked away on that side alley. Parking is extremely limited in front of the store, but there is tons of parking outside that little alley where more of the other businesses are centralized. The handful of times I've visited, they've either been super busy with a line out the door or, like my most recent trip a few weeks ago, empty. In either case, they are always friendly, helpful, and speedy with pumping out drinks. It is apparent they have an efficient system that makes their operation run smoothly. I recently ordered two drinks: Handmade Taro with Fresh Milk and Taro Ice Blended with Pudding. Although only one was technically mine, I tasted both and they tasted exactly as they should with the modifications correctly made to each. Drinks were crafted well, the taro taste was strong, and the handmade taro had lots of taro chunks. Added boba to both drinks and it was plentiful. Overall solid (and probably best) boba option in Vallejo. read more

I usually order the okinawa milk tea 80% sweet, less ice, w/ either boba/grass jelly/pudding, and my drink has always tasted good. I often opt out of getting the actual boba/pearls here cause they're not as soft & sweet as I would prefer my boba to be. I typically order ahead online, which I recommend doing since they can get super busy especially on the weekends/afternoons! This has been my go-to spot ever since Sharetea opened in Berkeley, so I was so excited when they opened a location in the North bay! My usual items are the milk tea ice blended, the Thai ice blended is also very good. I ask for less boba because they add too much for my taste and I prefer more milk tea with just a splash of boba. The quality of the boba is amazing, it's not overly sweet or too chewy, it's a great texture and doesn't overpower the milk tea. My all time favorite drink, however, is the mango green milk tea! It's a must try if you love mango, with hints of jasmine that come from the jasmine milk tea base used in this drink. I am a huge mango fan and I love a good quality mango milk tea that actually tastes like mango! I have tried several mango milk teas from other places and they tend to have an artificial taste, which ruins the drink. I can tell they use actual mangos and/or mango nectar which is what makes this drink taste amazing and why it's my favorite thing on the menu. I love ShareTea! The one I used to go to was in Hayward. But now that I've moved, I'm glad there's a good boba place nearby to satisfy my boba cravings. My go-to orders are the Black Milk Tea with boba pearls and if I'm craving something fruity - the Passion Fruit Grean Tea with lychee jelly. Their bobas are always made with the right consistency and their teas have never disappointed me! They're also not overly sweet, so I never have to change the sugar level. Sometimes I do at other boba places but never here. I also love the system they have where when you put your number and order a few times, you can get yourself a free drink once you get enough points! The stores are usually cozy and large since shareteas seem to open exclusively in suburbs off of large cities like Vallejo is to San Francisco. I don't like their online ordering system. I wish I called to order ahead of time instead of dealing with the faulty online ordering website. I tried ordering ahead of time, but the order failed to process on their online order portal. I still got a notification that an attempt was made to charge the card I tried using to order ahead. It wasn't like I was anywhere close to hitting my credit limit, so I don't have a clue why the payment/order didn't go through. Unfortunately I had to wait in line upon arrival to order instead of grabbing my drinks and going back home. According to the workers, they never received an order from online at the time I tried to do it. I still kept an eye on my credit card statement that month though. The workers were nice enough to point out an email to contact in case I was charged for some reason from their online portal. read more

This is arguably the best generic boba franchise you can go to in NorCal or SoCal because of its consistency. However, I'm so glad that is one in Vallejo is the way it is. Their milk teas and fruit teas are both solid, but they always have perfectly chewy boba (or jelly). Classic, oolong, taro, wintermelon, peach kiwi, they're all good and you can't go wrong with any. I always like to order Oolong or Taro milk tea at 80% sweet with boba. And--no other ShareTea does this--I ask for crushed Oreos. Seriously, I've asked for Oreos at the other shops and every single one has said that they can only do it for their blended drinks. This single fact makes the Vallejo ShareTea the BEST ShareTea. Ever. The TV is always playing a show or movie that's actually relevant--so Demon Slayer or Shrek. I love it. I'm usually a very happy customer at this location but today made me quite upset and disgusted. As I was drinking my drink, I came across a thick hair similar to facial hair. I brought it back to show the workers. They offered to remake my drink, which I accepted yet they gave the same employee who first made my drink my order to remake again... I came to notice that this same employee to make my drink had long hair covering his face and a long grown out beard... I should give one star as this is unacceptable and very unsanitary.
