I just attended Poetry by the Cup hosted by Moschetti Roastery. I've lived in Vallejo my whole life, 39 years, and can't believe I never heard of this place! Wow, I will be coming back. Fabrice was very accommodating and I greatly appreciate getting help finding a seat that would accomodate my frame. I hope there is decaf coffee there as well next time. The coffees are made in small batches for that rich aroma. Each vat is carefully labeled so you can test and sip several different flavours before making your decision to purchase a packet. This happens every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. There's usually a local vendor that serves breakfast. This morning, it was crepes. With deft fingers, Scarlett moulded the crepes one order at a time. On this beautiful morning, we ordered a sweet crepe and a savoury crepe. Both were tasty and well put together. My first time here I met the owner Fabrice Moschetti he's originally from Nice . I came here for a donation he explained that business with the tariffs is really hurting him . He donated 3 lbs of fresh coffee beans for our holiday shop . I love talking with him fascinating I could have stayed all day. This place is kind of hidden but worth the search ,Pet friendly cats and dogs galore , beautiful olive trees he said I could come back pick them and brine them just like the ones in Italy . The place smelled so good coffee in the making . I had a chai tea latte with espresso ( called dirty chai) my mom had a tropical green tea . Will definitely go back to enjoy their coffees !! I've lived in Vallejo for a few years now and I am disappointed that I haven't tried Moschetti sooner. My partner comes here a few times a week to grab coffee and told me I had to try this place out. We got Iced Hazelnut Latte's and let me tell youuuu it was sooo good!! I like my coffee sweet and usually when I order from places like Starbucks, it's a hit and a miss if it's sweet or bitter where I have to add sugar to make it taste better. But the Latte was the perfect type of sweetness where it wasn't too sweet and tasted perfect. I usually don't drink coffee often but I'm honestly addicted. Worth giving it a try! I want to try the other Latte's but the Hazelnut Latte is definitely a good place to start! read more

Always stop by here for a latte when I am driving through Vallejo. Staff is always very friendly and all of their coffee drinks are high quality and always hit the spot! The one thing that sticks out to me here is their absolutely reasonable prices, especially in a time where boujee places are charging $10 for a latte, Moschetti keeping their prices under $5 is amazing. Wanted to drop by and get some scones. Well, there was one left. Not much of a variety. Also not offered to heat it up, just straight to the bag. I opted for the Lavender latte. To be honest, not very welcoming ambiance IMO. Outside you can tell was a bunch or regular customers. Parking was packed. I quickly paid as soon as I got my latte. Got into my car and took a sip. We love Moschetti coffee. They are tucked off on a lot that makes it hard to see them, which is a downside for them but it is a cute little place and even has tables and chairs to sit on outside. We are constantly purchasing whole coffee beans and they are always fresh and the taste is consistent. We've ordered coffee here a few times and it was good and definitely strong. The smell of coffee roasting was SO STRONG here. And the lady who made my coffee did the cutest panda latte art. I am obsessed with mocha. She was helpful picking out good beans for that. She also let me know they use Mistral Expresso for their mochas (and 4 pumps expresso on the larger cup size). I am only rating the coffee which I get mail order. I have tried over 35 roasters from all over the world. Two weeks ago,knowing what kind of coffee nerd I can be, an in-law suggested I try Moschetti's. ( I would even sift my grind to get a uniform grain size for brewing) Sure why not! Upon opening the beans a deep rich aroma filled the room. In the past I had gotten over toasted( burnt) beans from other vendors with a similar but sharper smell. I was concerned but then I was amazed as the cup brewed into a perfectly balanced rich full flavored coffee (house blend). I can stop looking all over the world now. Superb! read more

Upon research, the bag was mislabeled and wasn't the correct bag. He also offered a personal tasting for any of his coffees to find my ideal blend/origin. This was our first time Moschetti's! We would always drive by since we live so close and were always curious. Luckily we saw a Bastille Day Celebration on social media and decided to check out the place- so happy we did! Frabice and his family were so welcoming, the environment in general is so welcoming.
