And no, it was not busy and yes, there was plenty of staff, 5 that I could see. I received 2 big skinless, boneless grilled chicken thighs with basmati garlic rice and the pickled veggies on the side. The whole meal was so big! They had a good amount of options like your classic Matcha or Hojicha latte, but also had special items like their Mango Sticky Rice and Tokyo Fog (earl grey latte with matcha cream). You can choose your preferred sweetness and milk (whole or oat). Prices are a bit pricy from $9. Pick up directions were given through email and very clear! Really enjoyed their Tokyo Fog. Their Earl Grey Latte was very creamy with the matcha foam and had a strong tea flavor. My favorite and would definitely order this again.
