If I lived close by, you would see me going for a walk here, enjoying coffee while getting work done and eating a yummy pastry. The high ceilings and huge glass doors are everything. I'm not sure if more training would help but it's been clear to me that the staff needs some overseeing. From taking orders without taking customers personal preferences personally to taking 15 min preparing what could only be described as the world's tiniest shot of milk shake I've ever witnessed, something is off. And no, it was not busy and yes, there was plenty of staff, 5 that I could see. Not to mention the refund that I was promised, not one i asked for btw but one they decided to give me because they couldn't deliver what I ordered, and I never received it. She went to the cash register and did something, just not what she said she was going to do. Not sure what happened but.... I'm sticking to the other locations in our area, where I have been repeatedly disappointed.

Lately, my husband and I have been coming here for their cream cheese rolls, which are very similar to the ones from Porto's (but dare I say, better?). They have a taro version of this same roll that is also really good! A few of our other favorites include the guava cheese strudel, choco bun, sugared cream cheese brioche, cheese dog, and the spicy sausage bread. For drinks, we pretty much stick to any of their sea salt series. I'm bummed they don't sell oolong tea anymore, but I've just replaced that with a sea salt black tea which I think is part of their standard menu. Really convenient to have an 85 in Fairfield, so I can avoid going over the bridge to get some yummy pastries, and boba if I feel like it!

The difference between the 2 salad sizes is $1 so made sense to just get the large. It was a good size salad but would've been perfect if it had cilantro and/or some scallions. Newly renovated, the "Station" is decorated quite nicely with a large dual-sided stacked stone faux-fireplace, and multi-level seating. There are several two-seat tables on the lower level and while I couldn't see all of the upper level, there appeared to be the same type of seating. There was only a single person working at the coffee shop but she was very friendly and efficient. In addition to coffee there were muffins, bagels, and some type of granola bars for sale. I counted at least 20 types of regular and sugar-free add-ins. Creamer etc., was off to the side. I will say, that for me, I had no cell service inside the coffee shop and had to go and stand by the window and wait for service to re-connect. I can't complain when I purchased a large latte' with an extra shot for under $4.00!!!!!

Ordering is easy and accessible from the website they provide here / on Instagram. They had a good amount of options like your classic Matcha or Hojicha latte, but also had special items like their Mango Sticky Rice and Tokyo Fog (earl grey latte with matcha cream). You can choose your preferred sweetness and milk (whole or oat). Prices are a bit pricy from $9. Pick up directions were given through email and very clear! Really enjoyed their Tokyo Fog. Their Earl Grey Latte was very creamy with the matcha foam and had a strong tea flavor. My favorite and would definitely order this again. Their Strawberry Matcha was good as well, but I'd suggest getting less ice next time. Definitely more of a umami flavor and the strawberry was more on the sweeter puree side. Would recommend to those in the area or passing through (:

I definitely should've stuck with the 50% sweetness which is what they advertise as "normal". I made the mistake of ordering it at 75% sweetness and it was super sweet but still soooo good. Lol Great flavors and it looked fancy with mango swirls along the inside of the cup. At the bottom, there were diced dried mango bits. I would've preferred fresh mango but this was different, still good, and a nice touch. We dont find ourselves in Suisun City often but would definitely stop in again if we're ever in the area. Customer service was top notch and friendly. The store could use a bit of sprucing up and some touch up paint but there were cool anime and video game for decor and a claw machine. Kids would love it. Plenty of parking. Thank you for the tasty beverage!
