    Comfortable seats and lounge area

Wow, what a great location for a Coffee shop, right by the Bart station. It is a little hard to find at first, but a Barista friend referred me to the right spot. They have really good coffee here, and it has ample seating in the spacious lounge. It is next the Luxurious apt. Waymark, and on the other side of Luna Sea Lounge. Basically next to the Parking garage of the Wc Bart station. I had the Mint Mocha and it was really good. Next time when taking Bart, look out for this Coffee shop location before you hop on the train.

My son and I went here and I had a latte and a ginger scone and it was good. My son enjoyed his Matcha latte. I liked the location. It was really pretty, but it was hard to find parking the people that work. There were really nice and the ambience was super cool.

Amazing location right past the Walnut Creek BART Parking lot - turn right and walk down the "hall" between the station & parking lot and you're there! Menu appears same as the Oakland/ Berkeley locations. The cafe itself is small but really love the adjacent seating space that is shared with the housing lobby. There are comfy chairs, coffee tables, and outlets! Looks like one can do some work but seating appears more for lounging. Location wise, perfect for transfers and if you need a quick recharge on your electronic devices while you wait with a delicious drink!

Lavender Latte and Twice Baked Almond Croissant

Great location, street parking and good coffee! Stopped in for a cup of coffee and a pastry on my day off and had no issues parking despite it being next to the station and connected to the apartments. Saw lots of grab and go orders, people from the apartments, to those working in their shared common space. There is public WiFi available. WiFi is stable and fast. Got a hot Lavender Latte and a Twice Baked Almond Croissant. Delicious cup of coffee, lovely scented lavender and not too sweet. Perfect temp. The almond croissant was good, not the best I've had but pretty solid. Wish it had more almond filling and it was a little on the drier side. Service is quick and staff super friendly! They have a rewards system here. I came back the next day to try their iced Matcha Latte, which is lightly sweetened with vanilla. Definitely not a strong item here and felt that it missed the mark, would recommend their coffee instead. It was far too milky, hardly tasted the matcha and very light in color.

High Wire Coffee is a perfect grab-and-go spot if you're in the area. It's connected to the Waymark apartment complex and even has access to a nice lounge/lobby area if you decide to stay and get some work done. The space was super clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed vibe. The worker helping us was very sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We ordered a vanilla iced latte, matcha iced latte, and the Cruel Palmer lemonade with strawberry. While the drinks didn't necessarily blow me away, they were still solid and refreshing. What really stood out was the friendly service and overall atmosphere. I'd definitely come back again--for a quick caffeine run or even to chill and get some work done.

This is such a cute coffee shop, it is connected to a nice apartment building with easy parking on the side. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I ordered the flash cold brewed coffee, it was good. Looking forward to trying more here.

Really good coffee and pastry! Only reason I gave it a 4 is the parking (next to BART and confused if you need to pay, and limited parking at the front), and the dining/seating area is huge but seating and tables are very limited. Excited to visit this another time and maybe I'll add another star.

Tried them for the first time. Match was good. I don't like overly sweet and it was just right! The person who said they ordered my drink and theirs said staff was nice. They have little doggy treats for your pet. I waited in the car so not sure how the inside looks. The other person said they liked their coffee too. I forgot to take a picture of my ice matcha but we got one of the coffee

Highwire is located at the lobby of a nice high rise apartment building in Walnut Creek near the bart station. Staff was friendly, the inside was clean and airy, and the iced vanilla latte was 10/10! Will definitely be back.

I've been here about 4-5 times now and this place has much better coffee than Brewtopia in my opinion. It's quick and fast during my commute to work and the ladies there are so sweet, I enjoy the time and care they put into my coffee and even asking me small questions makes me feel good about supporting this place. Happy to have a cool coffee shop in the area! If you're visiting walnut creek bart definitely stop by to grab a lil pick me up! Cheers!

One of several locations of this coffee shop that's right next to the bart station. They are very friendly. There are some tables with chairs outside and a seating area nearby. Limited menu but a good local chain.

Where do I begin. My first time in this coffee shop was a very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff. Their drinks are fantastic, exactly what you'd want from a good coffee shop. good beans, well textured milk. I met their baristas: Nick and Sig. Very skilled baristas. I will be coming back!

This was a pretty Ricky dink operation. Do not expect pastries to be there to eat with your coffee. The coffee was ok.

I worked from the barstools for about an hour and a half. After the breakfast rush had passed, I noticed plenty of open tables along the wall. Since I had thrown out my back this week and desperately needed more support, I moved to one of them. The sign said the table was reserved for up to two hours for customers who ordered food. Great--I had ordered food and had only been sitting there for about an hour. Nope. The same barista who took my order approached me to explain that the table was reserved for customers who ordered food. When I reminded her that I had, she asked what I ordered--as if she hadn't personally rung me up. She then told me I needed to return to the backless barstool. I challenged this because it made absolutely no sense. There were plenty of open tables, I was a paying customer and I was within the posted two-hour limit. She simply repeated that it was the policy. To be clear, the problem isn't that the policy was poorly communicated. The policy should not exist in the first place. Kicking a paying customer out of an empty chair and directing them back to a barstool is a horrible business model that lacks basic respect and hospitality. I left angry, embarrassed and regretting the money I spent here. I will absolutely not be returning.

Although the location is not prominent, pictures of their beautifully crafted drinks and delicious bánh mì sandwiches have been spreading across different social media platforms. So much so that they have been featured in reporting by several local media outlets. Out of curiosity, I decided to check this spot out with my brother and a couple friends on 08/29/2025. It wasn't busy when we walked in at around noon. A quick glance revealed a space that's tiny but well organized. We were greeted by Thuy, the friendly proprietor of the establishment. Since this was our first visit, it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. In the end, we each got a bánh mì sandwich and a beverage. Pricing was reasonable IMHO (see menu pic). I had the cold cut bánh mì and an iced coffee. I gave half of my sandwich to my brother, and he gave me half of his grilled chicken bánh mì in return. Both sandwiches were delicious! The baguette was excellent. It was crispy on the outside and soft and spongy on the inside. Thuy told me later on that she gets them from Duc Huong Sandwiches, a famed Vietnamese sandwich chain in San Jose. The homemade pâté, cold cuts, and grilled chicken were all delicious, and the produce was very fresh. The iced coffee was very good as well. We chatted with Thuy extensively before and after our meal. She told us she was a banker prior to opening this café. From our conversation, I could tell she takes pride in her work. We were all very impressed by her demeanor and business acumen. Should you find yourself in downtown Walnut Creek, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars. BONUS MATERIAL: - You can either park at the library lot, Civic Park, or the Broadway city garage a block away. - Contactless payment. - They have limited indoor and outdoor seating.

I'm sure the community events would suck for poc based on my experience w drink orders.
