    Iced Matcha Latte
    John F.

Great spot next to the Ferry terminal. I like grabbing a cup of coffee or a Iced Matcha before I take the ferry to San Francisco. I ordered the Iced Matach Latte with oak milk. The latte had the right amount of sweetness, earthiness, and slight bitterness. Service was pleasant and quick, just in time as the ferry arrived! The vibes are chill and quiet to work on your laptop. Overall great coffee shop.

TL;DR: Horrible customer service. Horrible drinks. Sticky tables. Dead flies. Slow service. Expect zero personality from staff. While you arrive and verbally say hi to the staff and they're putting a sticker on the cup while you're at the front of the line, expect no response while he slowly places the sticker on the cup for 20 seconds and finally, after 20 seconds, says "HiWhatCanIGetForYou?" When they make your drink way too hot and you ask for a remake, don't expect a "Sorry!" Or any acknowledgement of the error... after you receive the fixed drink, and you say "Thank you!" DO NOT - I repeat, DO NOT expect a "you're welcome" or an "Enjoy!" After you sit down and see the sticky, dirty tables, expect to need to wipe the crumbs off with a napkin. After you sit at your recently-wiped-table, expect to examine the dead flies and spilled coffee in the windowsill. Expect the service to be the same as how the ferry parking building smelled: like piss.

We definitely needed a coffee before heading to the ferry, and this place was perfect. The drinks were amazing, and the staff was impeccable--knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend stopping here before catching the ferry. We ordered warm drinks, and I especially loved the dirty chai. I can't wait to come back and try the other chai options they offer. It's a great spot for family and friends to grab a quick bite and a delicious drink before the ferry ride.

If you're looking for a cute pretty in pink cafe to take selfies THIS IS NOT IT! This cafe is a day to day neighborhood vibe and I LOVE IT. This cafe is pretty lit and live on a Saturdays and more chill during the week. It's a good place to get some work done, read, maybe a first date aka meet & greet or just people watch while having something to eat. It's is a traffic flow area of people coming in and out as well as walking by. I love the customer service at Panama Bay. The customer service is always great. The staff here greets you and gives you suggestions on what to order. The food and smoothies are good. I order the same thing for the most part (smoothie & croissant sandwich) & it's always a hit My classmate ordered a white coffee & turkey bacon melt. She said it was really good. I recommend you try this cafe if you're looking for a down to earth spot to chillax at.

While waiting for the ferry, kick back in comfort in this coffee shop. Everyone is helpful serving coffee and foods. The house coffee was tasty and hot. There are a lot of seats and tables but many get claimed as we wait for the ferry. The area inside the shop is clean.

Bathrooms were pretty disgusting today no soap urine all over the floor. I think it's a common bathroom with the building. Pretty empty around 2 PM. Staff was friendly. I asked if the coffee was hot or fresh. They said yes, pretty stale bitter and then Ended up giving me a sour stomach. I got the vibe like no one really cares about how this place is run.

I looove this place. I've only had their iced lattes but it's a good coffee. I tried their chocolate chip cookie which is gluten free and it was bomb! I am going to keep going back and I want to try the espresso chip cookie and try other coffees :)

Panama Bay Coffee has been on my bucket list for awhile. I was passing through on the way back to Vallejo, and made the stop for a late lunch. I really was craving a chai tea latte! I was greeted by a pleasant woman at the counter (I didn't have a wait at all) and orders a turkey, egg, cheese, sammie + small (12 oz) chai latte latte, to go. My drink was ready right away and my Sammie not too much long after that. Chai tea latte (hot; substitute w/ oat milk)- delicious!!!!!! I love the chai flavor, it was strong...which I absolutely love. It was hot for quite a bit of time. Creamy. I should have ordered a larger size! Turkey, egg, cheese sammie (on a croissant, pepperjack cheese)- I ordered my sandwich bread to be a croissant (other choices were bagel or English muffin). The croissant and entire sandwich was perfectly warm! No partof my sandwich was cold.the croissant tasted like it had butter, and it was so flaky!!!! I was happy with my sandwich overall. It did not lack on taste at all! Yummy!!!! I definitely will return to Panama Bay Coffee!! Till next time! :)

"Waterfront cafe with pastries and 90s vibe near the blue-roofed ferry building." Perfect place alone, with someone or a group. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They have variety of drinks not just coffee but also tea, hot cocoa, shakes, smoothies, energy drinks. Sandwiches and bagels also available. On a very cold Sunday afternoon we missed the ferry and had to wait here and enjoyed the Featured coffee for only $3.35.

    ICED Specialty Latte (Snickerdoodle)

A little upset, I must admit. The coffee I ordered was an ICED Specialty Latte. ICED. The nice young lady who took my order even asked me in the beginning by, hot or iced. When my order was ready, she handed it to me, hot. I'm not that type of person to make a big deal about whether it's hot or cold but I will say this is the second time this has happened. Please take the time to read what you put in the system before making the coffee. Customer service is EXCELLENT, just take it easy.

Bacon Turkey Melt. Didn't even toast the bread. Where is the MEAT???!!! Don't do it people

I ordered a bacon turkey melt, which turned out to be two VERY thin sliced pieces of turkey, cheese lettuce, and warm tomato.....$11.00 Sis!!! Still hungry AF. One and DONE for me. Nice to meet you

Was in town to visit some family and also go for a walk at the marina and this cafe was literally right next to the ferry, so I thought why not give it a try. I ordered a 12 oz strawberry banana fruit smoothie. The drink was ok just a bit overpriced. The drink was $6.25 for their smallest size. The service was decent. The location of the cafe is in a perfect spot for those wanting a refreshing drink after a run/walk at the ferry or for those waiting to take the ferry to the city.

    Hmmm... Egg nog latte anyone?
    Lauren S.

Attentive friendly service, variety of bakery / pasty items. Not a big gluten free or Vegan eatery, but in jam can satisfy basic needs. Smoothies are a good blend of sweet and sour, with fruits and veggies. Cafe surrounded by the Vallejo Marina, so you can go walking, catch the ferry to San Francisco, or just sit and people watch. Ciao for now.....

The place is gorgeous, relaxing, welcoming. They have a little shop close to the water, with a walk-up window or drive through (we walked up). Walking up to the counter, we couldnt get over the beauty of the scenery. Service was great btw, the young lady was patient and nice, answered the few questions we had. We ended up ordering a jumbo sized chocolate strawberry smoothie (with whipped cream). As i finished paying, kiddo wanted to walk off and sit at the bench, so he did. Few moments went by of us gawking at the scenery and just how awesome of a spot it was (we were really hoping the drink came out good because we wanted to come back), and then the drink was ready.... maaaaan, that smoothie was delicious. It tasted fresh, and rich- it wasnt overly sweet, and the strawberry tasted fresh. We definitely will be coming back to try their foods, different drinks, and just take in the scenery. Amazing experience.

While they take special orders for larger servings (20+ sheet cakes, etc) they actually have a lot of different cakes that you can simply order on the spot. We ended up with a mocha tres leches (birthday) cake. It was beautifully decorated AND delicious which is the really important part. It wasn't too sweet and the frosting was that really light fluffy kind. Not the heavy overly sweet. Would go here again for special occasion cakes. They do though, also sell cake/pastel by the slice/rabana.

I've never had an issue until this visit, which is why I feel the need to share this experience. This was my first time purchasing a cake from here, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing and concerning. When we cut into the cake at home, we noticed odd gray/green discoloration inside the cake, uneven texture, and areas that looked wet and broken down. It also had this awful smell and the appearance alone was enough to make us stop eating it immediately. This does not look like normal cake coloration or texture, and it raised serious food safety concerns. Cakes, especially those with moisture, fillings, or cream, should be closely monitored, and it seems like this one may have sat on display far too long. This is not just about taste or quality; someone could genuinely get sick from consuming something like this. What's disappointing is that I genuinely like this place and come here often, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I really hope management takes this seriously and re-evaluates how long cakes are kept on display before being discarded. Freshness and safety should never be compromised. I'm sharing this not to bash the business, but because I believe they can and should do better, especially since many families shop here regularly.
