Upon entry, I noticed there are no workers around, it's dead silent in there, and it seems the workers just stay in the back. There's a kiosk you place you orders on and pay on, and few minutes later a worker will pop out from the back to give you your items. There is plenty of seating, and it's scarcely decorated with chick items. My sister tried the creme brulee drink with brown sugar boba, I thought it tasted too milky, I ordered the pineapple passion fruit tea and it was far too sweet! I didn't even drink it, I couldn't handle the sweetness. I usually like my teas with little to no sugar, and I wasn't able to really customize it. I quadruple checked my order, the ticket on the cup to be sure there wasn't some kind of horrible confusion. Nope ! It was definitely the order I've always gotten, hundreds of times. I've tried many things from here, and this is my favorite order. I thought about complaining but honestly it isn't worth my time. Not sure if the people working are new ?
