Plus I generally prefer to have a human interaction rather than the kiosk order, but the kiosk was super well organized. EDIT: so.... While drinking my drink ( perfection!), I went back to the kiosk to order another one for the road--and this time, while looking at the toppings, I saw Ube cream--so that and an order of Basil Popcorn Chicken with a side of sweet Chili Sauce... mind you, not even hungry BUT. This is one of the nicer T4 locations I've been to. 5 tables in the front dining room and more smaller tables along the side to the back. The design is clean bright and airy. It's not "messy" or "cluttered" like some of the other locations. There are 3 screens to self order from or you can order from the front register with a worker. The fresh milk tea with pudding tasted perfect. The basil popcorn chicken is exactly how I remembered ordering it from other places around the Bay Area. I failed to get a photo, but we also got takoyaki. I don't recommend this dish from here. The sauce was watery. And there were few tiny bits of octopus inside. Otherwise this place is a perfect stop from outlet shopping to get your boba fix. read more

New favorite boba spot! Never been here before and wanted to try them out, was not disappointed! The shop is very nice and clean! They have bathrooms if you need them and a surprising amount of seating as well! There's a lot on their menu to choose from, didn't get a Chance to try the food but will be returning to try that. It all looked and smelled really good while there The staff were very nice and quick to make our drinks. They have self ordering kiosk in there as well. The drinks were very good! Really enjoyed their tapioca! Super soft and delicious, with good texture! They offer a happy hour which for most boba shops, I've personally never seen. Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy. They have kiosks that you can order from to save time and they also have a person at the register to take your order as well. They have a wide variety of drinks from tea, milk tea, smoothies, snacks, bento with various add ons you can get with your drink. Every drink can be customized by sweetness, ice and toppings. I came in with a party of 17 and they were able to accommodate us all and we were able to get seating. The place can hold up to 25 people at one time, tables can fit 5-6. We got various drinks from avocado drink with milk tea, to chocolate milk and milk teas. Every drink was very tasty and we all customized our drinks to our likeness. They were very fast and efficient and we got our drinks quickly. There's also plenty of parking around the shops. They even have a happy hour where you can buy 3 drinks and get the 4th free. 11 am - 2 pm and 8pm - 10 pm. Great spot to get boba and also get a snack. Id recommend everyone coming here. We stopped for dessert after a hearty lunch... this place is very cozy and cute. A little boba shop inside this strip mall is just what was needed and they didnt disappoint. We had about 15 people deep in our party including small kiddos and they took our order like a champ. We placed our order thru the kiosk by the entrance making it super easy and convenient. Typically not alot of seating inside but we were able to sit down while waiting for our drinks and the staff was very friendly and quick. We're so happy that T4 is here in Vacaville. T4 is one of our favorite boba places. Their drinks are great. They have plenty to choose from. Our favorite are the mango smoothies, taro and black tea. The 100% sugar in their mango smoothie was a bit too sugary but the 100% sugar in their black tea was on point. For food, we love their basil popcorn chicken. We only tried the boba, so I can't speak to the food or other offerings. While the drinks were decent, they felt a little pricey for what you get. I've been a frequent customer at T4 since their soft opening...I've even built up enough reward points over time to earn free drinks. So it honestly pains me to write this. Tonight, I ordered two Mango Matchas and actually watched the lady behind the counter pour sink water into one of them after realizing she made a mistake. I wish I hadn't seen that, but I did. Suddenly, it made sense why my drinks have tasted so watered down the last few visits. Vacaville's tap water is hard and not safe to drink directly, let alone use in drinks being sold to customers. My partner and I even contemplated how to approach it...he wanted to say something right then and there, but I knew mentioning "sink water" would just embarrass the lady to death. So instead, we quietly threw our drinks away and decided we won't be coming back. It's really disappointing because I've supported this place from day one, but this crossed a line. I truly hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper training and standards moving forward. read more

The Basil has mango and Pineapple is so delicious. The seeds don't over power the mango or Pineapple. The sweetness is not to much just right today. The Pink Rose Buball is very flavorful with sweet tone of rose a little on the sweet side but definitely will order this again. All I can say the restaurant and service is 100000% the best. I ordered the Okinawa iced milk tea with 100% sweetness. The tea was as expected however the mini pearl bobas was not cooked all the way and still hard in the middle. It was very hard to enjoy the drink to say the least. I normally don't get boba for this reason so I have no idea what possessed me to get my tea with boba today.
