From left to right: Mango milk tea with boba Strawberry berry tea Caramelized brown sugar boba
    Juanna F.

Ordered the caramelized brown sugar boba specialty drink and my brothers got the mango milk tea with boba and strawberry berry tea. I've gone to the now closed rare tea in Berkeley before and was excited they opened one in Vacaville because I used to love getting the caramelized brown sugar boba drink. It was just as I remembered - delicious, rich, buttery, warm fresh boba with a splash of cold creamy milk to fill half of the drink. The drinks were prepared quickly and the pricing is on par with other boba spots. Tried my brothers' drinks- the strawberry berry tea was very fruity and flavorful and the mango milk tea had a great balance of mango and tea flavor. Definitely going to be my go-to boba spot whenever I'm in the area again.

I was craving boba as usual and was happy to find that there's a RareTea in Nut Tree. It's not very obvious as you're driving by because it's inside of a poke shop. They have a fairly limited menu. I ordered the mango milk tea with boba, less ice and 50% sweet. This location doesn't seem too popping so I was a little worried about how good the boba would be, but I was pleasantly surprised! The drink came out within minutes. The milk tea tastes just like a standard mango milk tea, in a good way, and the pearls were still warm and the perfect consistency. Glad to find another boba place in Vacaville! The poke bowls here looked pretty good and the fish looked fresh. I plan to try them next time I am in the area and have a poke craving.

Came here for the tea, stayed for the poke. They're located inside Poke Ichii because boba and poke is always a good idea, but not always for my wallet though! I've been to the Rare tea in Berkeley and the Davis and I'm glad they're branching out to more locations! Raretea has a good selection of drinks and smoothies to choose from. There's a flavaflav for everyone. The milk teas are made with non-dairy milk and the Tea-pressos are made with milk. They ain't about that powder and syrup life, which is what I like. Rare tea uses organic milk, fruit jams and purees and cane sugar in their drinks. I'm a fruit tea lover and I love when there's real fresh to def fruit in my tea. You can adjust the sweetness and ice level and you can add toppings such as lychee jelly, pudding, and aloe vera if you don't want boba. The drinks are pretty delish and their tea is strong. So strong it'll keep me up at night when I have to get up hella early for work. So strong that I can't cancel it out with melatonin gummies. I've had their okinawa milk tea, kiwi fruit tea w/ aiyu jellies and their passion, orange, grapefruit tea and they've all been on point. My favorite topping is their aiyu jelly in the kiwi fruit tea. It's soft with a sweet mild lemon flavor to it. The boba is pretty fresh as well and has good consistency and taste to it. The shop is quite small with about 5 or 6 tables and benches. You order and pay at the front and grab your drink down at the end. Overall, pretty good boba shop. The workers are nice and quick to whip up the drinks. Prices are a bit high for Vacaville, but for the quality I'd say it's worth it.

I was craving a smoothie for dinner. But, then changed my mind and decided on a poke bowl. I really was trying to avoid Jamba Juice. This Rare Tea location is inside Poke Ichii. I took a look at the menu and saw that there were many little logos next to smoothies to help in deciding what to order (I.e. popular, decaf, etc). Once I saw there was a smoothie that was decaf (mind you it's after 7pm, I need nothing caffeinated at this point), I changed my mind back to ordering a smoothie. I ordered the taro smoothie. Which had the little logo next to it indicating that it is a decaf smoothie. I vowed to never drinking at Rare Tea again after getting sick from a milk tea (with a horrible aftertaste!) I had at the DOCO location in Sacramento. The Taro smoothie I had tonight was sweet and smooth! I almost finished it before getting home, it was that good!! The gentleman taking my order was friendly. The staff was quick making my drink. I was so pleased with my experience (especially that Taro smoothie)that I look forward to coming back to Rare Tea! Till next time!! :)

Great service here to post the menu also! Also a good place for poke too. Tea is quite delicious will be back for more boba and poke.

Rare Tea is one of the boba tea bars I like. This one in Vacaville is no exception. I ordered the Matcha Smoothie from their menu. It has good taste but is not overly sweet, even though I didn't adjust the sweet level. The service is fast. The workers are pleasant. I like the shop inside. They have tables inside where you can enjoy the drinks, or an outdoor seating area is available too!

New boba joint in Vacaville. They are located inside Poke Ichii. They do not have a store sign but they have a small menu sign outside. Don't blink you might miss it. We ordered the strawberry berry snow cream with boba and the Thai milk tea with boba. You can choose the level of sweetness and ice. The strawberry berry snow cream was pretty good. The boba was cooked properly. It had real strawberries in it. I think they forgot the snow cream, but it's ok. It was still pretty good. The Thai milk tea tasted as expected. I'm very pleased with our experience and will definitely come back.

New boba place that popped up in Vacaville, this location also sells pokebowl and and I think mochi ice cream near the back. Located right across from the Nut Tree Plaza. To be honest, I came in with low expectations because I've been to a RareTea location elsewhere and it was really lackluster. However I ordered the matcha rose latte w/boba and enjoyed it. The matcha flavor was pretty strong so it overpowered the rose flavor. I would probably get a regular matcha latte next time. The boba was warm, fresh and chewy though. The drinks and add ons are on the pricier side so be aware of what you add on. My matcha latte came out to be $8 with boba and almond milk. This is probably my favorite place around Fairfield/Vacaville to get a matcha latte w/boba since not a lot of places do it right or sell it.

My favorite drinks are the Caramelized Brown Sugar Boba and the Strawberry Smoothea with boba. I tried the strawberry berry tea but I prefer the smoothie kind. Always great to get my boba fix while getting a poke bowl.

This review is only for the drinks. I didn't realize this place would have poke bowls, or else I would've saved my stomach to eat here too! I'll come again next time with an empty stomach. We ordered 4 drinks: 2 Okinawa milk teas (one with and one without boba), taro milk tea, and strawberry smoothie for the kids. Everything was flavorful. We usually ask for less sugar for our milk teas but forgot this time, oops. Oh well, life is short, just have that sugar right? ‍ I love that the location is super close to the outlets. And the teas here taste better than Quickly's across the street, although more expensive. They were super fast too!

Very yummy boba!! We got taro and caramelized brown sugar, both really good. The caramelized one tastes super milky, but was still good! The taro was probably one of the best taro boba's I've had before. Very flavorful and the perfect amount of boba. They come with SOOO much boba, which I LOVE. There aren't a ton of blended flavors, which I like best, so we choose what we could. Lots of different tea and goji flavors. And the brown sugar boba is amazing! We didn't eat here, but the poki bowls also looked and smelt so yummy. We want to come back and try them some day! Great place to stop if you're shopping in the Nut Tree area!

There is none other like it, I play basketball for my aau travel team and I've traveled to the Bay Area, Sacramento, San Diego, Reno, Tahoe you name it and I've tried boba from all around and there is none like poke ichii. They always come straight to the desk and ask you rite away what you want to order and they help you out with exactly what to get. And the inside is so simple with the poke bar and colorful lighting. If you're looking for a good boba and poke bowl you can not pass this place bye.

Raretea has a new spot on Vacaville and surprisingly wasn't too crowded on Grand Opening day. My favorite are the Teaspresso drinks and my husband loves the classic coffee. Everything turned out perfect and the wait wasn't too long at all. Check it out!

I failed to get a photo, but we also got takoyaki. I don't recommend this dish from here. The sauce was watery. And there were few tiny bits of octopus inside. Otherwise this place is a perfect stop from outlet shopping to get your boba fix.

I spent my fair share of time in Vacaville when I was a student at UC Davis, but I don't remember there being much of a (if any) Vietnamese food scene in the area a few plus years ago, so it seems things have changed for the better. Anyways, I decided to give this place a go and wowww I'm mind-blown it's so good! I got the fried tofu banh mi, and it's better than any of the 15-something tofu banh mi's I've tried in and around San Francisco. I'm not even saying this because of how affordably the banh mi is priced here, although that's definitely a nice perk! The tofu banh mi specifically is great here because the fried tofu is hot, has a good subtle flavor from the seasoning it's prepared with, and isn't greasy at all. Additionally, the baguette has a nice crispy exterior but is pillowy soft inside, and the veggies are cool and crunchy. This family-run business nailed it. It's not often that I find a café where BOTH the food and drinks are good, but once again, B&B is an exception. The passionfruit green tea is 10/10. It's on par with my favorite boba tea shop in San Francisco's Sunset district but more affordable. I'm only sad this place isn't closer to me, but hey, it gives me something to look forward to next time I'm in the area.

We placed an order that was canceled after an unsuccessful call attempt. Understanding that an item may have been out of stock, we placed a second order removing the item we suspected was the issue (the boba), since this has happened before. That order was canceled as well. We then called the store directly and were told to "go ahead and place it again" because the issue was the boba. So we attempted to place the order a THIRD time, only to suddenly find the DoorDash platform marked as "temporarily closed." Then pickup orders became unavailable. Then every platform, including the main website, suddenly showed the store as closed despite the store hours publicly stating they close at 10 PM and it still being 30 minutes before closing. At that point, it genuinely felt like the online ordering platforms were intentionally shut off to avoid fulfilling our order. We tried calling again afterward and no one answered the phone. If your business advertises delivery and online ordering until a certain time, customers should still be able to place orders during those posted hours. Some customers; including pregnant women like myself, rely on these services because we may not have the energy or ability to drive in person. This entire situation was frustrating, dismissive, and handled very poorly.
